Todd, Carlos and their crew were great in repairing a portion of our soffit and patching in the siding on our house. They were not the original installing contractor but we’re willing to tackle the repair with great quality at a fair price.

This past winter we had a new roof put on our house. The crew was efficient and professional. Have had many comments from neighbors as to how nice my house looks with the new roof.

Most recently we had an old deck replaced. Once again it looks wonderful. Todd was so helpful when it came to design and I especially like the solar caps at the top and bottom of the posts on the steps.

We needed a step by our front door to make it easier for us to get in and out of the house and Todd graciously said (not to worry) he would make us one. Yesterday one of his crew came and made the step. It is amazing and perfect. My husband and I are so happy with this step.

I had great experience with Bel AIR Roofing and Siding recently May 2024. Todd was readily available conducted easy evaluation to siding on my home with estimate. His team of workers I nicknamed "Batman and Robin". They worked close together and entire siding was completed in timely manner with great professionalism , workmanship and detail. I got blessed with good weather during these few days. I would strongly recommend this company. My neighbors loved the color choice on home and the re design of two Alps above front door. Todd has photos of work done he welcome to share.

Not only did they do an amazing job on my roof, but assisted with the insurance claim process from start to finish! Estimate was the lowest of the 3 we received and work was impeccable! Went the extra mile to make sure everything was properly done! Todd and his staff are top notch and I would never consider going anywhere else should the need arise in the future!

BAR&S did a great job replacing wind damaged siding on our house. They found a good match for our old siding. The price was reasonable, work was completed as promised, promptly and when scheduled. Definitely recommend.

After a 2 day downpour we had water entering our house. I sent an email that night to Bel Air Roofing and other roofers looking for an estimate.

Todd answered my request THAT NIGHT and arranged for a inspection and quote the next day. Flashing around the chimney and a slightly lifted peak cap looked like the culprit.

After a few days of snow and rain we had new flashing ( done right) and cap renailed and sealed. The crew arived on time, communicated with me as they worked and cleaned up.

I highly recommend this company. I had siding repaired. I went on line, chatted and sent pictures to on line agent. The response and communication is excellent and quick. Within 2 days of initial contact, job was done. Professional and craftsmanship is outstanding! Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!!

We first used this company back in 2016 to put on a new roof. We were extremely pleased with the work done, the professionalism & craftsmanship of the guys that did the work, & the price was very fair. We then had some small work done like siding replacement on the side of our townhome due to storm damage, & a gutter/down spout repair. Today, we had a repair work done to a 6 foot high wood fence. Two panels were blow down in a windstorm & 2 posts needed to be replaced. Like all the work we've had done from the company, the guys did an excellent job and also re-enforced some other panels so they wouldn't fall. We're very pleased with the work & the price was very fair. Truth be told, we wouldn't want to use another company for this type of work. Highly recommend this company for any of the work you may need.

I highly recommend anyone needing a new roof consider Bel Air Roofing and Siding Co. We got the Timberline HDZ shingles and they look fantastic. Tyler, Todd, and their crew are professional, reliable, and do a great job. They were willing to work with our insurance company to get us a high-quality new roof after it was damaged in a storm. We love our new roof, and it was more affordable than the other quotes we got. I also loved that they were available to answer our questions and were flexible with scheduling as well. They were even happy to work around the solar panel company's... quirks. For reference, I am the type who always shops around, gets multiple offers, and asks a lot of questions. We have no regrets!

3/13/24 Todd and his crew just completed adding a metal roof on our preexisting fabric awning frame. Their ingenuity and expert craftsmanship is beyond words. We highly recommend them and will certainly use them for future needs.

The wind from a recent storm displaced one of our shutters. Todd was very helpful in getting it reinstalled the day after I called them. The job was small but the service from Bel Air roofing and siding was top notch!!

They were very professional and are excellent craftsman. They put board and batten siding on the front of the house and their break expertise bending aluminum to cover the door trim is outstanding. We loved their work and highly recommend them.

Bel Air Roofing and Siding put a new roof on our home after we had some storm damage. They did an excellent job. They came back the following day to help secure a piece of siding. The crew cleaned everything up when they were finished. Our insurance agent mentioned how easy it was to work with them and that they submitted all documentation and requests very quickly. We chose Bel Air Roofing and Siding to install all new siding, gutters, downspouts and trim on our townhome recently and are so glad we did. They are professional, competitively priced, knowledgeable and do such great work. They showed up every day until the job was finished and Tyler communicated every step of the way as far as materials arriving, work being done and what to expect. I cannot say enough good things about this company and will definitely use them in the future for any further needs.

Do not use this company. Owner Subs all work out to other teams. Subs can't speak English, which results in lack of communication. Poor craftsmanship by the sub-contractors and the customer is left out to dry. Gutter sub-contractors are just as bad. Second there is a problem the owner will not address or correct the issues. Extreme lack of professionalism by insulting the customer. Totally disappointed with hiring this company.

Needed original gables on rancher replaced with vinyl siding and a small repair. We are very happy with the quality of work and pricing was the best out of three we had. Tyler was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed.
