Had them insulate my shop with spray foam on the walls, and another company sprayed in fiberglass insulation on attic floor. Mostly well insulated, but there are a couple spots where warm air is slipping through as you can see frost on roof melting unevenly, working its way up from the sides. Also they were a bit sloppy in the work. They tried convincing me the melting was from air flowing through the soffit. That makes no sense, because that is cold air from outside, flowing into and through the attic space, NOT warm heated air from inside. Somewhere is a gap, and it could be from either company. So I give the benefit of the doubt, and say their insulation does a good job. I manage to heat the shop with a propane heater, and wood stove, and the insulation definitely helps retain most of the heat.

It was the sloppiness, and attitude, which I did not care for. They masked off all the electric outlets before spraying, but they were careless when removing the tape afterword, breaking several of my outlet faceplates in the process. They also failed to remove tape from one of my light fixtures, which may be difficult to see in photo. And in the office area I had begun sheetrock and intended on completely finishing that room. I made this clear beforehand, yet they over sprayed onto much of the drywall.

I called and asked them to come out for a visit, then I explained all this in person. I asked if I could sand down the over spray and he said that would not work. Yet he offered no other solution, nor did he offer any apology. Did not apologize for the several broken outlet faceplates, or offer to pay for replacement. Finally, I asked if he could have someone come out and remove the tape, still covering the end of a light fixture, as I did not want to climb 14' up to do this myself. He climbed up then and there, and removed this himself, using my ladder. I was happy for that, but the attitude he exuded was not as if he was sorry for my inconvenience, rather he seemed annoyed that I had asked him to come out. He offered no apology for the sloppiness or broken faceplates, but seemed bothered that I had actually complained about all the damage.

I used Bel Air Foam to do some foam insulation for me.. They did a great job !! The price was fair in my opinion and they cleaned up pretty well after the job.. I would recommend them.. Thank You!!
