Although I only took a single star away, overall I cannot say I was particularly happy with my experience and probably would not recommend them. The office communicated consistently, however onsite communication was nearly non-existent. Unfortunately the first workers arrived during school drop off and and I was only barely able to acknowledge that I was expecting them and they were clear to start working (communicating via my video doorbell is always a challenge). Spoke with a worker later briefly to establish where the dump truck should be parked and that was it. Perhaps my expectations were off, but I fully expected to be contacted by the onsite foreman that first day to review the work to be done but that never happened. Project took a few days and on the day that the office had communicated that they expected the work to be completed, the workers cleaned up and left. No review of the work, discussion of anything they found that might have been concerning, no feedback on the job whatsoever. The office had mentioned that they would be leaving early and might not confirm completion until Monday, however I still expected something from the onsite team.

Not a roof guy, but when reviewing the results myself, some of the work looked a bit rough and definitely not as aesthetically pleasing as the original. Not that I could or can say anything was done bad or was "wrong", but there were a few areas where larger "trays"?? were installed. I could see that these larger parts would probably provide better drainage, but the "finish" are the trays was much rougher that the original.

Ultimately emailed the office with my concerns regarding the work, lack of communication, and uncertainty that they were actually finished since no one spoke to us when they left. I did receive a response from the foreman(??) that he would be out Monday to perform a final signoff. Unsure if this Monday visit was always the plan or only planned in response to my email as prior communication from the office did not mention it. Once the review was complete, outside of straightening a crooked vent, they indicated that all work was as it should be.

Cannot say that there was anything "wrong" with the work, but overall experience was not what I expected. Will attach some pictures of the completed work and let others make their own judgement.

Jeff came to my home and gave me his appraisal. Of the three appraisals that I received from three different roofing companies I felt more at ease with the one from Behner Roofing even though it was slightly higher than one of the others. I asked them all very direct questions that I knew the answers to from previous experiences just to see if I would get straight and precise answers. Jeff's knowledge was better than theirs and better than mine. From the time I signed the contract to the time of completion was the most professional, precise and best experience I could have asked for. The team that came out were excellent. Any questions I had during the job I directed as advised to their liaison Linda and she made sure they were answered to my satisfaction almost immediately. GREAT JOB!!!

What a pleasure it was to work with Behmer Roofing with our two roofing projects this past month. Replacing a roof is not something you do every day, nor is it something you really want to do...but the experience using Behmer was A++++. We had multiple companies provide us estimates and decided to work with Behmer Roofs based on their reviews, long history in the Valley, but also the one/one communication. We had Behmer replace the underlayment under two tile roofs that were about 25 years old, along with sections of the flat roofs.

Beginning with Jeff with the onsite Estimate (and millions of questions to follow), Linda with the scheduling and daily updates, and of course the crew lead Miguel...everyone was amazing to work with. Both roof projects went smoothly without any issues, and the crew cleaned up after every day. I would without a doubt recommend Behmer for your roofing project.

Behmer roofing Scottsdale installed a metal roof on my home. They started on time and finished quickly without any mess in my yard. The roof is beautiful. Mr Baker went beyond and did some small repairs on another part of the house. I would recommend Behmer 100%.

There was no nickel and dime-ing upon completion, pricing held.

Linda and Jeff are amazing. Linda got me scheduled immediately. They had a proposal to me within an hour after looking at my property. Their prices are very fair and lower than other company's I have looked at. Jeff didn’t hesitate to answer any questions, and was very kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

The whole staff was friendly, competent, accommodating, and professional. Also, they were craftsman. It's hard to find folks who take pride in their craftsmanship.

We had an extremely positive experience with Behmer who replaced our existing tile roof with new concrete tile. We had received quotes from several roofing contractors and Behmer was the roofing contractor we felt most comfortable with given their experience, professionalism, responsiveness and customer focus. After selecting Behmer they did not disappoint; they only reinforced our decision to have them replace our tile roof.

Prior to executing the roof project they worked with us by providing sample concrete tiles and tile information for our HOA approval which was significant since our home was the first in our development to have a tile roof fully replaced. They also work well with us in scheduling our roof replacement as we had a very tight scheduling window to complete the project.

They did an outstanding job with the roof replacement itself. There was great communication on what to expect before and during the project. Their crews were very hardworking and accommodating and they made sure they cleaned up after the project not only at our home but our neighbors as well. Behmer was wonderful to work with. It was great to have a contact like Linda whom I could always depend on to answer my questions, The bid was fair, the workers were efficient and very nice and always cleaned the area every day. It was also great that their trash bin lifted up to the level of our roof so there was very little debris on the ground compared to many of our neighbors. I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience with this company. They removed my old shake roof and installed a new asphalt tile roof. They completed the job on time and cleaned up after themselves at the end of everyday. I would highly recommend using this company.

I don’t typically write reviews, good or bad, and when I do it’s rare that I will give 5 stars. Too many times 5 stars are handed out like candy, and I believe 5 stars means the business and experience was exceptional! Well, in the case of Behmer Roofing, they truly deserve 5 stars. It all started with my first phone call to Behmer, and with Nicole. Nicole was courteous and professional every step of the way. She scheduled Jeff to come out to walk and measure the roof. Jeff was on-time and extremely knowledgeable and professional. He discussed what he found and said he would send me an estimate within in an hour. I had a detailed, fair priced estimate with photos and links to videos about their process and company in less than an hour. Jeff was first-rate and he recommended I get two to three more estimates before making a decision. I did just that and it was clear that Behemer was the way to go. A couple days later Nicole followed up to see if I had some questions and when she didn’t know the answers she put me in touch with Jeff. Nicole maintained clear communication with me throughout the job, and the crew showed up on-time everyday. The crew was also very professional and got the job done on-time, even with a slight weather delay. My interaction with everyone at Behmer was incredibly positive. The owner, Matt Behmer, also was in communication with me and would respond to any questions I had immediately. When the job was finished, Miguel came out and ensured the job was completed correctly. Miguel spent the time to show me what they repaired, with before and after photos pop. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had with them. It’s clear that Matt is running a great company. If you are needing a new roof, I suggest you call Behmer Roofing. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Had our roof underlayment redone on a concrete tile roof. The project went super smooth - their crew was clean and courteous, and the quality was fantastic. After the job we had a couple of questions and Jeff came back out and walked us through everything the same day we called. Their knowledge and attention to detail are second to none - probably the best experience we’ve ever had with contractors/trades. Price was also super fair and never did we feel we were getting gouged. It’s a shame your roof only needs to be done every 20+ years, would definitely not hesitate to ever do business with Behmer again or recommend their services to anyone looking to have repairs/new roof done.

Installed roof underlayments on the roof . Very responsive in communicating our concerns .Nicole is very helpful in making this project done as scheduled . Will use them again in the future & will be happy to refer Behmer roofing to neighbors & friends.

Our flat roof was over 25 years old and had two leaks in December 2022. Behmer gave us an estimate, made some emergency repairs and as soon as the rain stopped removed the old roofing materials and applied new elastomeric and polyurethane foam coatings along with new attic vents. All this was done in one day. We are very satisfied with their professionalism and highly recommend anyone consider them for roof repair or replacement.

Our roof was damaged in the monsoon and we had to get a full replacement. The first company that helped us with the inspection and insurance process didn’t follow though with an estimate. So we called Behmer and they came out right away. They answered all our questions and sent two estimates for two different roofing options (shingle & metal). We went with the shingle roof. We had to wait awhile for them to start our project but when they finally did, things went really well. They were fast, clean, professional, and did a great job communicating with us along the way. Our main contact, Cortney, was exceptional. We’re very happy with the results. They also made it easy for us to get the receipts/invoices we needed to get reimbursed by the insurance company. Two big storms hit us this winter and the roof held up great. No problems. I highly recommend this company.

The Behmer Roofing & Sheet Metal team is the best of the best. Unlike many other roofing companies, they have an in-house team (they don't hire subcontractors), they have a physical office (not just a Google pin), and they own their own equipment. Inspection was paid for by home owners. to Taylor on July 1st by phone on American Express .for $ 150.. Attachments had to be re-sent to manager because all paperwork had been lost.
Inspection took place on July 2nd at 8:06 AM and report was received on July 3rd. . All of these can be verified in existing files.
Job was approved . Date was set. Money was in escrow waiting for job completion . No one shows. Owners waited for workers at 6:00 AM but not a phone call from anyone. Owners waited for 2 months from date of job schedule.
Behmer was called by escrow company to arrange payment and. Behmer never returned calls and never responded. Manager became elusive. Many calls and messages were left with different employees ( name on file ).
The owners, and escrow company have still to get a call .
This response shows total lack of professionalism , reliability and major disorganization.. Do not response with false excuses.
Yes the company has been in business for 40 years and I have dealt with the Behmer family for 17 years . The company was also sold to new generation 3 years ago. Not same ethics obviously.
Have Matt Behmer call me . BEHMER 's family would have never treated clients in that manner. .The response does not come from him ! I am sure he would be happy to know from 3 parties involved about the owners experience !

After 16 years in our home we woke up to some rain, in the house! I called Behmer, a Sedona roofing company who did some work for us some years earlier. They were out within hours. Looked at the roof, and quickly followed up with an acceptable cost estimate and when they could start the job. They gave us an excellent recommendation on who could replace the fascia. They did the coordinating with us and all the companies involved. The re-roofing went smooth. The crew doing the work were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They kept us in the loop of any issues that came up. And despite the hottest days ever in early May, worked hard each day till the job was complete. The clean up was thorough. The house looks wonderful.

Behmer Roofing came out and fixed a leak in my roof that another roofing company totally butchered. They were very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and just over all did a great job.

Yes, there was a bid for a rebuild, but in the initial consultation, I asked how bad my roof was, aka, do I need to replace this urgently? To which I was told it wasn’t that bad, and the REPAIRS would buy me a few years, as this is a home I only plan to own for a couple years.

I had a coating put on my flat part of my roof in March. Since then, they have already had to come out TWICE during the storms to redo their work because rain was coming through my air vents and worst of all, I now have to replace my drywall because they neglected to address that I had no flashings or cricket against my chimney to ward water away. Their initial consult took less than 5 minutes and was clearly not thorough. I Asked if I needed to replace the roof and they said no. I’ve since had 4 different bids and they ALL say I need underlayment replacement. So now I’ve paid Behmer 1500 to do poor work, and then they tried to quote me for More work with no mention of why the original job wasn’t done correctly the first time. My phone call to inform them of water damage was met with a smug “you didn’t replace your roof, you just repaired it”. Which again, I told them to be upfront and let me know if I needed to replace because I would have. But too late, I now have had another company diligently replace my roof and FIX Behmer roofing’s shotty work. I gave them $1500 for basically nothing and I ended up losing more money due to their negligence. Beware!

Matt Behmer is a professional who knows his business. A true measure is the quality of the team that worked on my home. Every worker who represented Behmer was courteous, respectful and handled my home with care. I was kept informed of each step in the process and when the work was done the team left my house clean and complete. For me it’s the little things that mean the most. All this and a good price to boot. Thanks guys.

Matt Beamer and his team provide excellent customer service. They are on time, reliable, and very honest. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all my roofing needs.

First of all let me just say that I ran into Matt totally by fate. I was his waiter and after we got to talking he told me that he was a roofer and I told him about the nightmare roofing situation my mom was in. Within a day of texting and setting up and appointment for him to come over and look at the roof, he and the guys were working on that roof within what felt like no time at all, which is really something because the original roof company told my mother that they wouldn't be able to help her until the middle of January and that was from December. Long story short the roof came out GREAT, under budget, and this company was Fast and Effective plus they walked with us through the entire operation so nothing was left unsaid or unanswered. Do yourself a favor, call these guys! They have truly earned my respect and lifetime buisness!
