I had a leaky roof for close to a year without knowing it, before bedstone exteriors stepped in and saved the day. A process that would have become extremely daunting and too expensive in just a few more weeks had it not been discovered, became one of the easiest projects to be done on my house, given the scale of the work involved. The bedstone team to include Josh, Quentin, Craig, Scott Phillips and the boss Scott Williams rallied to get my family and I taken care off within a short amount of time from start to finish and left us with a pretty great roof, quality experience, and peace of mind. Outstanding service when dealing with Insurance claims! Joshua Workman handled my claim from start to finish, spanning almost 5 months while the insurance company refused to cover my entire roof. FOUR reports were submitted to my insurance, along with repair test results (including a video the insurance company demanded!) Joshua workman did not only gain a complete shingle replacement, but also sat with my children and explained the process to them in a way they could understand as young adults never having dealt with an insurance claim. Not even a week after the claim was approved, my roof was replaced and repaired! The crew Bedstone Exteriors hired was on time at 630 am after driving two hours! they were professional and answered any question i had about the process, while remaining respectful. The crew was quick with removal, repair, installation and disposal. No negative remarks. Definitely recommend, not only for roofing, but gutters and other home exterior needs.

Getting a new roof and gutters isn’t a simple get a couple of quotes and have it done type of decision. At least it shouldn’t be. As for my wife and I, we had quite a few quotes with a variety of options from different companies. Each with their own pros and cons. However, with Bedstone Exteriors, Scotty, one of the owners, personally came to my house and made the statement “We are not in the roofing business. We are in the relationship business.” Not only is the statement true, they strive to make certain that the work being completed is done right and to the customer’s satisfaction.
