Very professional and fast service! Got a water heater installed right away.
Rusty was very helpful with getting everything scheduled and getting me to someone for the information I needed.
John was also very informative and even got in touch with Tallman to find out exactly when the heater would be delivered!

No one ever called us back, during the coldest weather we were having issues with the septic tank.
Just left old pipe laying on ground and threw the water hose over my bushes with total disregard for my property.
Tromped our bushes and landscaping and tracked through the house with dirty shoes.
Was very rude and disrespectful to my wife and to me on the phone.

DON'T USE THIS PLACE!! They charge 4% for using credit card. Service technician will cuss you out!! Doesn't clean after they leave no payment arrangements. Technician wanted to take old plumbing said it was Brass. Older gentlemen is okay but he's not the one doing the work. They do not deserve one star.

We tried to use this business however no one ever called us back, during the coldest weather that we've had in years we were having issues with the septic tank. The secretary always said every day for two weeks they will call when they were on the way and I guess they're still on the way but I've already got the problem resolved with a very professional plumber with Smith's plumbing try them out, they're great.

The service guy left a hole in foundation after repair. Just left old pipe laying on ground and threw the water hose over my bushes with total disregard for my property. I sent pictures and email to the company with no response. I called the company and they said they would get back to me, but never did. I think this will help you decide not to use this company for any service or repair.

Secretary was very nice and professional but this was Absolutely the WORST experience we have EVER had with a “professional “ plumber ! Tromped our bushes and landscaping and tracked through the house with dirty shoes. Scraped up our gutters with a ladder and refused to clean out main drain line . Was very rude and in a big hurry with no regard to property or our needs as a customer. Was VERY RUDE and disrespectful to my wife and to me on the phone ( I was at work) Showed up in Roto Rooter truck so if they were subbing for someone they need to find someone else. I was told The Florence Roto Rooter And Beck are one in the same by other plumbers . He gave us some cock and bull story about needing a backhoe to dig and put a cleanout in when we had a cleanout on our poarch ! Got on the roof for no reason and slammed the door in my wife’s face when she was asking him about the job. Called another plumber who took care of it in a very efficient and professional manner the same day.
