Beckon Call

Beckon Call does not use the traditional window washing method with ladders, lamb's wool scrubber, squeegee and towel. They wash with a long pole with a dedicated brush and pumped, highly filtered water. This method does not really get windows as clean as the traditional method. After I pointed out windows that weren't clean, Jim went back, on a ladder, and removed stuck on stuff and streaks. Without a ladder, he had to go through the house, moving things out of the way, to remove and replace screens. He was only washing outside.
In the end, the windows are clean.

Beckon Call does a great job! The office is helpful and gets us on the schedule for every 2 months and Jim comes and cleans all the windows inside and out.

Jim is the best! Came out to clean windows at our farm. I thought the grass had got greener. It was the dirt off the windows!! Needed work done for a photo shoot and Jim scheduled immediately. We live on a farm on a dirt road. I don’t know how long since the windows were washed but they were REALLY DIRTY. Jim did a fabulous job. Quick. Friendly. Scheduled us right away (we had a photo shoot the next day). Reached all the hard places. Everything with a smile. Inside and out. Right price for the job. Thank you! Next time we won’t wait so long. This is by far the best Window Cleaning ever! Jim and his worker do excellent work, are extremely thoughtful and neat and punctual. Their prices are competitive with other companies. I can’t believe I waited so long to get my windows professionally cleaned. It makes a huge difference in the quality of light coming into the house, and at an embarrassingly low price I should have been paying a couple times a year. Jim took all the screens down, washed them, he did all the sills, he dealt with a difficult window and put it back correctly. We think very highly of Jim and Beckon Call!

I've been very happy with their services in the past and have recommended the company to many friends, BUT they really dropped the ball this morning. I was scheduled for a window cleaning to begin at 8 am. By 9 am I called the office to find out what was going on. She said she would get back to me with an ETA. I waited until 11:45 and called again. Oh, they were doubled-booked and will need to reschedule! Why didn't I receive a call with that information and suitable apology first thing this morning? Or yesterday? Unacceptable.

I discovered Beckon Call last year, and after having them clean our windows, I would hesitate to use a different service. I think the deionize process they use is amazing. Having them back in November to clean our gutters.

Ordered the full gutter cleaning, but when only a blocked down pipe required work was only charged a portion of the ordered service, very fair and honest. Would recommend

Had the exterior siding and outside face of the windows done. Walls looked great but there were smears on the windows. This was my first time using a cleaning service like this and so the pricing seemed high (though I can be a bit cheap). Anyway, the quoting is fast and easy so you'll know what you're paying. The workers were nice, hard working and professional. Too bad about the smears though. I'll probably hire them again the next time the house needs a cleaning.

Responded quickly- had 3 types of moss growing on the roof. At 3 months out can clearly see nothing is growing there now.

Beckon Call did a great job. I utilized them to clean the windows (inside and outside) after I moved out of my current place. They cleaned not only all my windows but also sprayed the patio and front porch clean.

Our home has never looked better. Beckon Call not only gave us the greatest view through our clean windows but also nicely power washed our vinyl siding to keep away any moss buildup. I had Beckon Call do a chemical cleaning of my badly stained Trex decks and cedar guard rails. They did an excellent job, and for a fraction of the cost of my other bid.

I think punctuality is Jim's middle name. He arrived exactly on time to do the estimate and to do the work. He and crew did a great job cleaning our house, deck, gazebo, and tool shed. The sidewalks and driveway haven't looked so good in years! I have LP siding, so I like the detergent/wash-off method Jim used on our house rather than pressure washing. I'm very happy with the work done and I'd recommend Beckon Call.

We just had Jim and crew wash the house, windows and clean the gutters all of which was done thoroughly and efficiently. Additionally, they completed the thankless task of cleaning out our garage attic and disposing of the items there, many left from the previous owner. I highly recommend Beckon Call for any of the services they provide. Jim cleaned our roof and gutters this winter doing a much better job than previous companies. He and his crew just finished washing our house and cleaning our windows inside and out. The windows are cleaner than they've been in a long time. Sebastian did meticulous work on the inside. I particularly appreciated that there was no damage to my plants in the garden areas next to the house.

I hired Beckon Call for roof cleaning and gutter cleaning. They were courteous and professional, but not overpriced. The lead guy, Jim, came out and gave me a quote, and we scheduled the work. On the day of the work, Jim and his crew came out and got to work. They did what they said they would do, and everything went smoothly. Jim has been cleaning my windows and screens for years. Every 3 months on schedule he shows up and leaves me with a sparkling outlook on life, the neighborhood and my back yard. He has added awning cleaning and today I am not looking out the kitchen window at a moldy awning. Thank goodness!

I've had Jim clean my windows and screens on several occasions. This week I asked him to clean a covered deck and a smaller open deck besides cleaning my windows inside and out and their screens. Additionally, he attacked my roof which had moss and algae growing on it.
