A great contractor with a variety of skills - general construction, concrete work, metal work, roofing and siding. Responsive, detail oriented, punctual, very easy to work with, highly skilled, excellent communication skills. All work he did for us was excellent quality and we will absolutely hire him again for future projects. Highly recommend without reservations.

Love working with Junior and Bearwood! They have completed several projects for us. They are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to give the best end product for the homeowner. As a fellow contractor it’s great to find someone who truly cares about the homeowner and the end product. They are very cost effective for the high quality of work they do. They also gave me several suggestions and recommendations outside of their scope of work that were very appreciated and gave the overall project a better outcome. Will continue to work with them for framing, concrete, metal buildings, and metal roofing.
