We have never had a question that Bears Valley Roofing & Exteriors could not answer. They have always been extremely quick to respond to emergencies. We have trusted a $200,000.00 job with them and we are very glad we did. Do yourself a favor and have a conversation with Dan and his team should you have any exterior needs or questions.

We had around 3000 sq ft of metal random plank and metal v-groove siding that we needed installed on a multiplex. When we first contacted Bears Valley the instal price was excellent and they offered to have a four man crew out to us within 2 weeks. We had delays, but when we were ready to proceed Bears Valley had a crew of 3 ready to start again within 2 weeks. As part of their process, Dan did a personal site visit at that point, to ensure that all aspects of the installation are considered and prepared for ahead of the crew arriving. During this visit, Dan evaluated the complexity of the work, and made the decision to assign a different smaller crew who loved to specialize in the most intricate metal installations. THIS is what sets Bears Valley apart from all other outfits, the depth of their high talent pool of installers, and their ability to match the right crew with the right job in a timely manner! Our installation went flawlessly, the time spent and the attention to detail were as high as anyone could ever hope for, we just couldn’t be happier that Bears Valley has expanded into the Columbia Valley!

Top class contractor. We asked Bear Valley for a second opinion on our home hail insurance claim. I was skeptical of Dan's insurance claim plan. It seemed too good to be true, but the Bear team delivered beyond what our underwriters' contractor originally quoted. Efficient communication, and easy to work with. Friendly roofing and trades crew. Quality work. Couldn't recommend them more.

After multiple phone calls and delays from local contractors, we contacted Bear Valley Roofing to estimate a metal roof on a heritage home. They responded within a day of my request, and I had an estimate within a week. We were also provided with an option on when we to start the work.
The team showed up on the day and time as agreed, and put in some significant hours and days. They were also open to our suggestions and input. Although we did request an additional job outside the scope of roofing that required some re-work, Dan was quick to follow up and ensure the implementation of a satisfactory solution. This threw off the schedule, but in the end we were very happy with the quality of the work and the end result. Dan was very timely with all communications and was great to work with. Would definitely recommend!
