Bear brothers roofing did a wonderful job , they worked with my insurance and were clear about what each next step would be. The roofers were fast and did a really nice job. Jon was so helpful and transparent about what they were doing and what our options were.

Bear Brothers Roofing do great work with terrific customer service. Laurel is very communicative and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They worked closely with my insurance company, completed the work quickly and dealt with all of the inspections. I will happily recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends!

Working with bar brothers was easy and great! We cashed them they came to our house really fast to inspect and give us a quote. Then they scheduled the new roof to be replaced. It was fast and very efficient! They were at our house 1 day and we were good to go! Will use then in the future for sure.

I was not home, a friend was at my house and explicitly told Christina he was not the home owner. Christina continued to pressure, and against my friends will, scheduled a visit for next week with...NOT THE HOME OWNER.

|Door to Door Post Hail Storm|
Anyone who works blue collar knows to avoid these companies. Do not fall into the trap of door to door roofers...especially after a hail storm, they even tell you to avoid this on the news.

Absolute predatory tactics, unlawful scheduling of visits with individuals other than the home owner. Be very careful, avoid this company at all costs.

This company replaced my roof over 6 months ago. They never had it inspected eventhough we paid them almost the entire balance. I waited to pay the balance until it was properly inspected. Jon rector failed to have our roof inspected until I brought it to his attention over 6mos later. Then, the inspector shows up and it doesnt pass as shingles were not installed properly. So now, after 6+ mos they are demanding I pay double the remaining balance or they will place a lien on our home. Terrible experience and will make sure I spread the word

I spotted their roofing crew working up the street and asked them for an estimate on my garage roof. One of their project managers, Justin, noticed that I had hail damage on the garage and on my main roof as well and recommended I put in a claim. As it turned out the claim was approved and they worked with my insurance company to replace both roofs with minimal cost to us. We found the roofing crew to be very professional, courteous, and meticulous. They carefully cleaned up after themselves and we saw almost no debris left on the grounds after the installation. Highly recommend this company.

Bear Brothers replaced our roof June 2019 after a hail storm. They came highly recommended by Allstate. Everything has was done quick & painlessly with no problems. Fast forward to today and we are selling our house. The inspection report came back requesting a minor repair in the attic. One of their service techs, Steve Riedesel came out the same day. He was courteous & quick. Dan provided an email documenting the adjustment for the new buyers. Justin Smith was also helpful in providing a warranty confirmation that the new owners can have transferred to them since it is good for 4 more years. We were very happy with their quick follow through on a warranty item. Thanks guys!

Bear Brothers Roofing is a local roofing company that has been in business for 20 years, and they are amazing. Justin was our contractor and we were nothing but happy with our experience with him from start to finish. He is not only super friendly, but also knowledgable and informative. I would like to highly recommend Bear Brothers Roofing. When I first reached out to this company, I was nowhere near writing this recommendation. There had been a very large hail storm in the area and a project manager was assigned to manage our roof damage. After several phone calls to see when our repairs would begin, I was not getting the customer service we deserved. A phone call and visit from the owner, led us to a new project manager being assigned to address our roof damage. Justin Gonzales from Bear Brothers roofing was absolutely incredible. Justin did an amazing job addressing all of our needs including resulting cosmetic damage to our roof soffits, that couldn't be repaired by the roofing company. Justin recommended a separate contractor that repaired the soffits before the rood repair had begun. If you are choosing Bear Brothers Roofing, please request Justin Gonzales. Bear Brothers Roofing is top notch in my book. Without Justin's tenacity, my insurance company would have only approved for replacement of only several shingles and not a full replacement. Bear Brothers is honest and reliable. Justin made sure his crew left my property neat and tidy.

Neighbor recommended Bear Brothers as he was having work done by them at the time. I asked for an assessment and Justin found more than our insurance assessor had and incorporated that into the quote, (which was more than the insurance wanted to commit for repairs). Justin promised a 3 week start to finish project with him dealing with the insurance company and city permits, he also had them agree to pay for the code upgrades without any additional out of pocket expenses for me. Bear Brothers was recommend by my neighbor. I thought I would give it a shot. I had a very complicated roof with 28 solar panels, 4 car garage and many strange shapes. Justin showed up very quickly and we walked the roof. We went over the insurance claim and he said he could do the roof for the amount quoted by my insurance guy. He was ready to replace it the next week. I needed to line up my Solar Installer to remove the solar panels before the roof work could begin. My Solar Installer let me down being unable to quote a date for the removal. Bear Brothers recommend a contractor that was ready immediately. The Solar Panels came off, Bear Brothers came out the next day with a crew of 12 people stripped and replaced the roof in one day. I was stunned!!!!! The work was top notch. It is at least twice the roof I had on there. I walked the roof and every thing was beautiful. Good flashing next to siding. Flashing on the exposed roof line that does not have gutter. I can't say enough about them.

Justin did an excellent job. He was extremely knowledgeable helping us find upgrades, select materials and make the roof better than it was before with no additional cost. Delivery of materials was timed just as planned and then in 1 work day, his crew removed the old roof, put on the new one, cleaned up all the nails and scrap, replaced the gutters and rolled away. Granted, it was great weather that day, but wow. Justin was communicative throughout the process taking care of our HOA and the city. Bears Bros. roofing did a awesome job on my roof. The Project manager Laurel Kjersten was very professional kept me informed on any changes and on how the whole process was done. The crew showed on time and did a amazing job. They kept my yard cleaned and always made sure the gate was closed so i could let my dog out. Even with a 1 hr rain delay they finished by 6pm. They did a good job cleaning up the trash and them nasty nails. i have already recommended them to my family and friends. Due to hail, we just had our roof replaced by Bear Brothers Roofing. They did an excellent job. They responded to our request much more quickly than any of the other companies that we called. Our project manager, Justin Gonzales, came out within 2 days of our call and walked us through the whole process. He coordinated everything with the insurance company and our job was completed within 2 weeks of our initial call! The workers were polite, and extremely careful with the landscaping around our home. They worked fast and their clean-up was amazing. You couldn't even tell that they had been there! And to date, we have not found even ONE roofing nail anywhere on our property! I highly recommend Bear Brothers. Fast and professional!

Dan Mehan at Bear Brothers Roofing is the one to call if you need roof work done, whether it is for repairs or full replacement. He has gone above and beyond in working with me and my insurance company. He even came and met with the adjuster to make sure they didn't miss anything for the claim. He has walked me through the process, making sure the insurance covered the code-mandated upgrades.
