I’ve worked with Baystate for the last year and 2months on getting my home done. And I have to say is just wow. House looks so good inside and out. They did a very good job. And i am in just awe of how the house came out. I can’t believe it’s the same house. George was a very good project manager and walked me through the whole process. I will definitely keep Baystate in mind for future family members and friends whoever need them. Looking forward to moving back home!

I'm here to say that you cannot find a better group of people than baystate. If your trading negative reviews it's only because they either refuse to pay their share or not use to nice. We'll managed well constructed on point they go the extra mile. You have nothing to loose and much to gain. And mark, we'll mannered and works hard to give what he can. Baystate Restoration Group helped us with a hardwood floor renovation while we had 2 young toddlers in the house . The team was extremely professional, polite, reliable and their work is top notch. I’ve personally used this company a couple times. Once for water damage and once for a whole house renovation. Both times the projects went on without a hitch. All the workers were timely and professional. The owners and project managers were all courteous and fair. Can’t recommend them enough if you’re in need of restoring any property for the better.

Bay State Restoration has done a variety of work at our home. Mark and his crew have completely remodeled the interior of our home. They remodeled our kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, installed windows and doors. Their work was exceptional. Their workers were very professional and courteous. We had water/ice damage in a tricky part of our home's ceiling. Baystate visited us, explained what they were looking for in terms of damage and provided us with a timely quote. I have been working with baystate restoration for weeks and I would say they are one of the best groups to work with.they did a fantastic job in my basement. They responded immediately to my call and began working on it when my basement flooded. I would wish to thank George for being ontop of the game making sure everything was done perfectly and in accordance with the time set.he would communicate every step of the way which I liked. The crew that worked with him were awesome ,professional and perfect in whatever they did.the cleaning and painting, flooring etc. was to par and my furniture was all taken care of with no damages to it. Unfortunately I had water damage in my kitchen, one phone call to Baystate Restoration and got immediate response from them. They were here the next morning assessing the damage. Everyone I encountered was extremely courteous , including Dave Daviau. If anyone needs Restoration, please give them a call.
