The realitor hired a company to do the roof. I got up on the roof to look when I got home. Every shingle was installed incorrectly. Either high nails or nails blown completely thru. I told them to stop and I called their boss. The crew left and didn't clean up any of their mess. The screen shot is the response from the home inspectior after I sent him pics. Wouldnt recommend this company to people I didn't like. Oh they also left the vent holes completly open with rain coming a few hours later.

I found this company very easy to work with on all levels. Brian/Owner gave an absolutely fair price on material's/Labor.
They were on time & very efficient getting materials up & down roof. Cleaned up behind themselves very professionally. Best of all, they were done in 2 days. Will definitely refer.

I would highly recommend Ideal Roofing. They operate with great skill and integrity. In several cases, Ideal Roofing recommended options that were cheaper and better for me the as the customer. Even though they could have easily taken advantage of my inexperience and suggested very costly work, they fixed my issues for a price that extremely fair. As an example, another local roofing company quoted me 10x more for the same repair, so if you are exploring options I would encourage you to get a quote from this company first!

Ideal Roofing did a wonderful job! They got us on the schedule quickly, did a great job, kept the jobsite impeccably clean, and were easy to work with throughout the process.

After several bids, we knew Ideal Roofing was the right choice. Everyone made the process so easy replacing our roof. The crew showed up on a holiday and put in a long day but completed tearing off and replacing our 30 year old roof. Every step of the process left me pleasantly surprised and happy. Everyone was amazingly professional, on-time and knowledgeable.

I called and had someone come to our home to tell us what the issue was. Spencer came over, said he needed to check with a distributor because it was a custom size. We didn’t hear back from anyone. I texted Spencer and he responded once, then never heard back. I called multiple times, texted him, and yet zero response. I even asked if he would tell me if he wasn’t going to respond and asked if I should go with someone else. So I guess he told me he wasn’t going to respond to me and to go somewhere else by not responding to me. I was super kind to him, and was kind in all my messages and calls to him too.

I found this business on Yelp and couldn't be happier with their service. I had multiple leaks, and after confirming their clean status on the State Contractors Board website, Brian came out for a free estimate. He answered all my questions and concerns in a patient, straight forward honest manner, as did his Manager, Spencer, throughout the process. Their crew was excellent. The work was efficient, professional, considerate of neighbors, and I was very pleased there were no gutter damages plus the crew did a VERY thorough clean up job, including use of a magnet to ensure no nails were left on the paths. We just had 5 days of heavy rain, and I no concerns as I knew their work was a top quality job. I highly recommend this business. Their honest, fairly priced, competent and professional approach is impressive.

Ideal Roofing was an all around good decision for our re-roofing project. Fair price for quality material. Very professional and friendly team. Main house was done in one day. We added on the carport while they were here, and they came back the next day for that. Very efficient clean up, as well.

Great first impressions! Gentlemen came out, I wish I could remember his name, think it was Brian. He came out checked my roof, even checked my gutters, even sprayed out one of them! He checked our attick as we have leak but the roof was fine aside from the plants growing up there lol. He was able to pinpoint the leak and give me a recommendation to a company for heating and cooling as it was not a roof or vent problem. Very humble, kind, helpful guy. There was no bs or trying to sell me anything and did all this without charging me which this guy deserves at least $300 for coming out and taking time out his schedule. Thankfully no re-roofing needed but I will definitely be using his company for my mossy roof situation! Random ramble: I was nervous at first as I'm an awkward introvert for #1, #2 I'm not handy and was expecting to have him be condensending to me but he was genuinely kind, patient, respectful and helpful.

Our roof was in very bad shape. Ideal Roofing came out and gave an amazing quote. They came out and replaced our roof and even made a couple of unplanned repairs. We are thrilled with our roof.

At almost 20 years our roof was due for a replacement. We shopped around a bit and found Ideal had good prices and materials.

They did a great job and even flexed the schedule a little to help me make a repair. The end result looks great and has a good warranty. I've gotten multiple complements on the new roof, which is a first for me.

I was very pleased with ideal. I had a fair estimate. Roof was installed even sooner than estimated. When rain was in the forecast, they came on a weekend to complete the job. I shopped around for contractor to replace my 18 year old roof. Ideal Roofing came to my house and gave me the best bid so I told Bran let’s do it. They showed up with enough workers and got the job done in one day. The crew was hard working and very polite. After I spoke with Jason, and got answers to all my questions and concerns I was hoping his bid would come in competitive, because I knew after talking with him, I wanted his company to replace my roof. His bid for the job was great. The warranty and guarantee was great. His crew did an awesome job, completed the work quickly, professionally and the quality was excellent. They even left the site completely clean and picked up. We are 100% happy with Ideal Roofing.

Brian and Jason are very professional and friendly. The crew worked very hard to finish the job in a timely manner. The clean-up was beyond expectation. The ground around the house was raked and all roofing material was picked up and everything was left as it was found and even better. The price for the service and the new roof was in line with other estimates but this company went over and beyond all others in customer service.

We had our roof replaced in October or November of 2020. (I can’t remember the exact date)
Our roof was a one-day job, and by gosh it got done in one day. The contractors that came to do the initial quote and then check the progress as the roof was installed were kind and professional. The workers that were on the roof doing all the labor were incredible.
The work was done quickly, it was done well, and they cleaned up so well afterward. They were kind to my littles that kept wanting to run out and check on the roofers. They were very cognizant about where the kids were running and they made sure to keep the areas clear for them.
I had an exceptional experience with this team.

When they removed to original roof there was unexpected damage to the plywood and existing skylight. They explained the problem and the options. They were very efficient and completed the job on time. I would recommend them to anyone searching for roofing.

Initially, great response, reasonable quote and quick and efficient work. A few months later, when there's a couple of small leaks that I need them to repair, they're refusing to return phone calls for nearly a week.

Would be 5 stars if they'd respond to calls and stand behind their work after the job is completed.
