Mike and his team completely remodeled our entire unfinished basement. When we moved in, the basement was an odd split level with cement floors, unframed/non-insulated walls, a scary bathroom, and even an old canning stove. Before we decided to hire Mike, my husband and I interviewed 11 contracting companies. Some were priced slightly lower but we feared the project’s scope would snowball prices and they seemed unreliable; others were priced significantly higher, (talking down to us) and we figured they just didn’t want our work so they priced us out.

Mike was spot on from the very beginning- his professional and kind demeanor were comforting. He listened to what we wanted done and then walked us through (mapped out) a realistic plan which enhanced even our original thoughts. We felt stress-free with his company, not only because they are licensed but because they have years of experience and history. You hear horror stories with some contractors and but we never had to worry about Mike and his team. Even as material costs may have changed as supply chains changed (throughout COVID), Mike always honored his contract.

When I struggled to figure out what tile decisions to make for the bathroom floor and shower, Mike when above and beyond by accompanying me to Home Depot, The Tile Store, and Lowes and talking through design options. He clearly cares about how his work turns out and wants his clients to be happy.

His workers were friendly and very hard working- it was so fun to see the work come to life when we went into the basement every night. I could go on and on about how Mike made this overwhelming basement project easy. We will definitely be hiring them back when we have more future projects. I hope to upload more finished pictures (once we organize our boxes of ‘stuff’ that we are now filling our family room and bedroom with. For now, here are a few before and after snapshots.

Fantastic to work with! We are first time homebuyers and our home was in major need of renovation…everywhere! Electrical upgrades, HVAC repair, concrete work, drywall repair, windows rotted.. you name it, we had it. We were nervous going into this process but Mike was responsive and helpful every step of the way. The work got done at the time he promised it would and we are so happy with the results! Mike & team were easy to work with & extremely professional. They removed and replaced floor tiles plus installed sub flooring. They cleaned up at the end of each day and the end product is gorgeous. Demolished old kitchen and installed new kitchen to include new flooring, new cabinets with crown molding, island and tile backsplash.

All work was performed in a timely fashion. Work crews covered all essential furnishings as well as floor. Put runners down for paths of travel.

The true test is if you need to contact the contractor due to a minor issue. We had a small issue and made a call to Anibal and he came out as soon as possible and made the proper correction on the area of dry wall. Excellent work on painting and very reasonable rates.
Recently had this business install a gravel/rock parking pad for our RV. All work was completed on time plus electrical work for a 30 amp 120 volt RV plug. Work done to code and have had no issues.

Very professional organization from start to finish, cleaned up the job site on a daily basis. Really paid attention to every detail of the project. I would highly recommend them. They stayed within my budget and got the job done on time.

I contracted with Mike to put in a new kitchen that I ordered thru Elegant Kitchen and Designs. Mike and his team did a fantastic job. They installed new recessed lighting and outlets and switches as well as two light fixtures and a new stove fan. They dipped out the old cabinets but saved my beloved sink for the new kitchen. They installed new cabinets and organizers and fitted my pantry with new doors. They did an amazing job finishing everything out even taking care to hide the small issues that the previous owners created. Every day the team made sure to clean up after themselves. Mike was always available by text for any questions that popped up. He also stopped by periodically to make sure it was all running smoothly. He did a great job coordinating with the cabinet and counter company to have it all installed in a timely manner. They finished the entire project in 10 days. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I leave very early for work so I rarely saw the crew but never felt out of the loop always knew what was going on communication was excellent. Also very comfortable allowing them to work in the house when I wasn't home. Would highly recommend.
