Andrew received payment for a job that my mom thought was completed correctly after Andrew sent yet another crew to fix and they screwed it up again. Andrew will not RESPOND to my mom after poor workmanship. He did not pull a building permit after my mom contacted the building inspection dept at the city of Lexington. ANDREW the owner of Bassett roofing prayed on an older woman took her money and left her with a mess. Andrew then has the nerve to post photos of her home that she does not want.

Andrew @ Bassett is a great guy. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. He offered to come help me determine my roof issue on a Sunday. To me that’s great service. Most companies use an answering service but he answers the phone on Sunday and showed up soon thereafter. I’d recommend calling Andrew @ Bassett for your roofing or contacting needs.

I can not say enough about this company. they We're very professional And patient as I was picking out materials And their work was Timely and beyond my expectation. there CEO came out inspected everything And made sure that everything that I had asked for was done. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Their crew was respectful of my home And Completed the project in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Can't go wrong with Andrew and his crew! Andrew was there the day I called him for an estimate and is well informed on insurance claims. I had no idea my roof would even qualify to be replaced from storm damage. He also had color samples for us to choose from and we got the perfect color to match our house. The whole experience from beginning to end was a pleasure with basset roofing and contracting!

I had a great experience with Basset Roofing, Andrew came out within a day of me calling and was able to get my roof paid for through my insurance. Was not aware that was an option until he brought it to my attention. He showed up on time for everything and even came out when my adjuster did to walk me through the process. My new roof was put on within 3 weeks of my first initial call and I love my new roof! I will be using this company for any future needs they can help with.
