Too many problems to even address all here. Structural issues had to pay out of pocket to have repaired. Was told by engineers to not allow my family on deck could collapse. Structure problems with support of stone fireplace. Tile cracking. Doors don’t work, hardware put on crooked, hardwoods creak like crazy, paid for dehumidifier but was never hooked up , not discovered for over a year. Trim work cracks. Never did final walk thru although was told I would have one. Went over on construction time. Quoted for a patio, ended up with deck. Not at all what we wanted. Stay away!!!!!

We bought a brand new home and within the first year the settling was excessive. At lest 50 screws or nails popping down out of the ceiling dry wall. Terrible tile job and flakey grout in our UPGRADED showers we paid extra for. Cracks in foundation bricks in first year. Horrible discoloration on cement on the driveway. Some trim work on floor boards that literally looks like they just snapped it with their hands instead of cutting it- rough edge and they just painted over it. Our kitchen island wobbles when we walk near it!! The heaviest person in our household weighs about 200lbs, nothing extreme. We are 4 years in this home now and our cabinets are detaching from the walls and granite is falling off!!! We also paid for upgrading to oil rubbed bronze in entire house and our bathrooms were still chrome, except he left our half bath with all chrome and then a bronze light fixture. Honestly hilarious. Oh and our dining chandelier he bought for $39 at lowes abs was actually BLACK not bronze- which was cheaper at the time. Our kitchen cabinet knobs also black and not bronze!!!
Our trim and front porch needed repainted after the second year and it was only my husband and I with an infant in the household. Like they used the wrong paint or not enough coats? A wall in our half bath is crooked by about an inch and noticeable with the lines in the flooring. Our master bedroom door and closet doors in a bedroom barely shut because of the settling. Our floors creak and pop worse than any house I’ve ever lived in, since around the 1 year mark, and we’ve lived in much older homes. And we now have about 12 good sized gaps in our floating floor on the first floor and we can’t get to slide back. Extreme settling.
To top it off the company that installed the HVAC (4 seasons heating and air) did cheap inefficient ducting work. We paid for the routine maintenance through them since day one to keep everything up to date and clean since it was all new and it kept breaking since the first year. Wouldn’t cool upstairs and would turn itself off. 4 seasons kept coming out and fixing a damper to make it cool but we ALWAYS have extremely forceful air blowing with heat and air because of the ducting work. Like when it kicks on we can’t hear the tv and it blows my linen curtains up in the air! Even blows the metal vents up out of the floor!!! We had 2 other companies Come out and they said that it will never cool properly in the summer unless the ducting design is totally redone!!!
Literally everything about the house is falling apart. I fear my bed will fall through into the garage. but really.
Kevin and his crew were nice. But there has to be inexperience and cutting corners because the house quality is a joke.
