Flavio helped us install a ceiling cassette Mitsubishi mini split system for our entire home. He gave us a great price and installed everything very fast. When there were any changes required to meet the city code, Flavio did them all immediately and did not change the price. Everything has been working great since, we highly recommend Flavio!

Flavio from Barreto Home Improvements was the first company to fix a leak in my mini split AC system that I had for 3 years. I've had 3 companies local to Westford, Ma come to my house to fix a leak in my mini split system. All had diff theories, bad flare, porous lines, bad compressor, line set too long. Their initial estimates to replace lines or equipment were close to buying an entire new system. I elected to repair and not replace. All companies said they fixed the leak, pressure tested and refilled system. All cost $2k or more. It would take several months and AC was once again not working properly bc tiny leak was never fixed by these companies local to Westford MA. Flavio was the first experienced and honest person I hired to repair our AC. Flavio went over the entire line set and tightened everything. Other companies did not do this and told me it did not need to be done bc they found the problem. (Complete BS) It was actually a simple repair that took a little time to fix. Workers are just lazy these days. Flavio was not lazy and got the job done. Flavio has since installed another mini split w hyper heat in my office and it works perfectly. He also took the time to help w the Mass Save rebate. This HVAC business is filled w unethical HVAC company owners. I would highly recommended hiring Barreto Home improvements due to their honesty, knowledge, and hard work ethic.

Had a mini split install by Barreto home improvement. Real nice guy arrived on time 9: 00 a.m. as scheduled. He very friendly and understood exactly what l needed he took the time to explain how the system works overall very happy with his service but can't say the same about his electrian waited on him all day he didn't show up until 4:40 p.m. then he was like working in a rush , didn't cover the holes he made on my walls which he should had. Now l not saying he not a bad electrician he is a nice guy but not punctual. Just for the record this does not reflect on Barreto home improvement service. Thank you Flavio keep up the good work ☺️.

Flavio went out of his way to do my home in Rhode Island as a favor for my brother, who uses his service for his home improvement business. And he and his assistant did very good work in cold weather (February) and worked underneath a crawl space for hours to make the look much better for my home. And he backed up his work by following up to tie loose ends in a reasonable timeframe. Best part is his costs were substantially lower than local competition. Flavio and his team are extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Flavio not only did my central air but added three split units with roof cassettes. This is not something everyone does it with the ease that Flavio accomplished. He has helped us from beginning to end of all our projects. I would highly recommend him without any reservations.
