Issues with roof .. called for a year stated they were busy and would be in touch. Sent two guys out during a storm . They Couldn’t get on roof . They called owner of company he hasn’t called me back or came out to look at roof . The roof has decking issues , I called about soon after roof was placed . He said it hadn’t got hot enough for it to stick down. His workers said the plywood decking was laid wrong , and not butted up to each other .
I have pictures of roofing nails that were left in my gutters they stepped on the gutters and bent them and clogged up with old shingles they left in the gutters . Over 23,000.00 lot a money for a bad job.

I simply do not think you could find a better roofer. He was punctual, kept up with everything himself, monitored his crew which were professional, and they paid attention to the details. I could not have expected any better and I have seen some really half-way bad jobs over the years which had to be corrected. Very strong recommendation for your job.

One of the best experiences I've ever had with any contractor. Very competitive pricing! James and his crew are fantastic! Old roof off, new roof on in one day and no cutting on quality. He uses the best quality ridge vents instead of the cheaper rolled ones. I opted for the hi-impact shingles and the extra cost was nominal and well worth it. The clean-up was so good, with no damage to my plants around the perimeter of the house, that I looked hard for any nails or debris from the install and I found only one nail and it was next to the trash can, lol. It was if Santa dropped a new roof on our house. You wouldn't have even known anything had happened unless you were there. James Barnett knows all the ins and outs of working with the insurance cos. and the village POA permit requirements. It's all included. Once you meet James you will take an instant liking to him and know you are in good hands.

James Helped me pick out a good looking architecture shingle. He helped me with the insurance. He had a good crew that got it done in a day and I haven’t found one nail in the driveway. I highly recommend James!

The entire process was seamless and James Barnett has been terrific. After completion, we had some areas of our garden where his crew couldn't get their huge magnet in to grab fallen nails, so they searched by hand on the ground to make sure my 2 dogs would not be hurt! WOW - no one asked for this kind gesture. Very professional, courteous crew, and gorgeous results. Love my new roof!

James Barnett has replaced two roofs for me this year. As far as I am concerned he is the Best in the business. He is very meticulous on the quality, value, responses and timely matter in which he handles his business. He shows pride in his work through and through. Highly recommend him for all your roofing needs.

I won’t use Barnett roofing again. I hired them to do a roof and they subcontracted the work to a non professional crew. They didn’t get all of the trash and nails cleaned up and the ridge cap isn’t straight. Barnett was very argumentative when I complained about it and he wouldn’t come back to fix it either.
