Bardin Roofing checked my roof with a drone and sent me photos. Everyone was friendly and they were honest (no significant damage to my roof).

We could not be happier with our new roof. Gabe was always quick to respond to all our questions and he went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. The crew was efficient and cleaned up well. Bardin made the whole process easy and painless.

I was not impressed with a salesperson from this company who recently came to our door. He leaned against our house on a freshly painted surface—while texting on his phone. That’s not only unprofessional, it shows a lack of respect for someone’s property.

We live in a non-solicitation neighborhood, and we have a 3-year-old roofing system in perfect condition. Just because we live in a stately home doesn’t mean we need or want unsolicited sales visits.

This kind of approach makes a poor impression. I recommend Bardin Roofing reevaluate how they train and manage their canvassing team. Please respect neighborhood rules and homeowners’ property.

A representative knocked on my door and offered to take drone photos of my roof. In the end, there were no major issues found, which shows they are honest and professional in their work.

The roofers were great and work was completed in one day. They use a sub contractor for gutters and he stood us up three times. I suggest getting your own gutter repair person yourself.

These guys did a great job helping me jump through the hoops with insurance and being flexible around payment as we had to coordinate with insurance and mortgage company. They did a great job in one day. Only thing I would recommend with these guys is if you ask for anything "extra", get it in writing. They said they would clean up my gutters for me and that didn't happen.

They offered a free roof analysis with a drone in order to inspect my roof. Although I did not need a replacement, I was happy to have them do a free analysis. Very professional and and outstanding communication. Will keep their number handy if I ever need roof repairs or replacement.

Great service. Like many companies that come to knock on doors because they are on the area but not the same. The rep offer a free drone inspection. I liked it because i didn’t want anyone on my roof so this was acceptable to me. They followed up with text messages to let me know when they were doing the inspection and followed up with a call to let me know there is no damage. So 5 stars for service, communication and trust

I filed a claim with my insurance company after I was assured verbally and in writing multiple times by a rep from Bardin Roofing that my roof was absolutely eligible for replacement. He went as far as to say that if it was denied, they would fight the insurance company for us because they were so confident. Well, it was denied and Bardin Roofing went MIA. The rep who was so responsive during the process quickly stopped returning messages. I then reached out to someone else within the company to request a new quote for the very minor repairs that were approved by my insurance company. I sent her the estimate and info from the insurance adjustor as requested and then never heard back. So thanks to Bardin Roofing, my insurance premium will increase at renewal, that is if they don’t drop us entirely. It is also important to note that I expressed great concern about filing another claim and the financial implications it could have to our Bardin rep before filing the claim because we had 2 previous claims (frozen pipes) within the past 2 years and he assured me that our roof was definitely eligible for replacement. So, thanks a lot Bardin Roofing….cant wait to see my next renewal.

I was referred to this company by a big company called Berkshire Hathaway & this was truly a God send. I can’t say enough good things about this company! I worked with Greg Bardin. Using his professional expertise he helped me file a roofing claim through my insurance. It was tedious and took 2 months until my insurance company finally agreed to the claim. Greg was extremely patient and had to do a ton of work just so my insurance company would finally pay. This is a family owned company and they truly do care. I will refer anyone I know to this company because they are beyond just a roofing repair company. They give dependable professional service, all while treating you like family! Honestly I am blown away by this company so please use them you will not be disappointed and service like this must be rewarded!!

One person came to my house and offered a free roof inspection. He explained everything to me in 5 mins. Then I had nothing more to do. Someone flew a drone over my house, they looked at the video and then called me to tell that my roof was OK.
At no point was pressure to get something done or sign up for some service. I can recommend them to anyone.

Absolute pleasure doing business with this company. Understood we were paying out of pocket and gave us a grate rate. Alex and John were both phenomenal at communication and scheduling. Their guys were on the roof by 8am and cleaned up and gone by 5pm. Roof looks amazing couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

The workers were really nice, the gentleman Jeremy came and knock on my door was very polite, and said they were in the neighborhood doing free roof inspections with a drone, at one of my neighbors house, and asked if I wanted to take advantage, so they did it, the communication from the office was clear and concise and very pleasant with Joy who sent the reports and pictures to me, so when i do need some roofing I will be checking in with them first. Great Customer service always trumps anything in my opinon, especially these days where it is severely lacking, you guys and gals keep up the good work.

Bardin Roofing was great to work with and made the entire process, from start to finish, so simple! I’m actually very skeptical about hiring companies to complete home repairs and I was no different this time but they proved me wrong and I LOVE the results! We searched for a while to find a roofing company we could work with on our roof after experiencing some storm damage. I found Bardin Roofing on Nextdoor, reached out, and within 30 minutes received a follow up call + text from Chad. I was already very impressed with their responsiveness as every other company I called would either take forever to get back to us or ghost us completely.

Chad explained the entire process and gave estimated timelines on our roof inspection, which was done using the latest technology. The inspection was done promptly on the date Chad said and Chad called me shortly after to explain the results. Chad worked with our insurance company, including handling the initial call, which we really appreciated.

Chad worked with us to install gutter guard on our roof as well and the overall install of the roof+guard went great. We had questions throughout the process and Chad was patient and answered all of our questions. We felt really confident throughout the entire process and knew we could trust Bardin roofing with the project.

We called Bardin Roofing becaause our neighbor had a great experience with them. Chad Bailey came out promptly and inspected our roof after a hail storm; our roof is 23 years old—he could’ve easily sold us a new roof, but instead, said that it is still in okay condition, and we didn’t need a replacement just yet. He spent alot of time with us, patiently explaining the process—we appreciate his honesty and integrity and will definitely be calling Bardin when we do replace it.

Greg and his team did an amazing job taking care of us. The project went quickly and on schedule and he worked with our insurance to get us an outstanding replacement for our storm-damaged roof. The new roof looks amazing and now even two years later I don't have a to check the house for water stains after every storm. If we ever need an expert opinion on our roof or gutters, I'll call Greg first.

Jennifer and Chad from Bardin Roofing came out to inspect my roof, they showed me a video of the condition of my roof and let me know I'm in good shape for a couple years. They also put me on their semi-annual maintenance program so they can make sure there are no surprises. They both seem very knowledgeable and helped to ease my concerns.
