Rafael and his crew were extremely prompt, efficient, and effective in cleaning up our front and back yard for the winter. Within a day of being notified, they arrived and took on a daunting task with a swiftness and thoroughness that was more than impressive. What would have likely taken me weeks they tackled in a day and a half with an attention to detail that would have been beyond me. Before I knew it, the debris was cleared and I found myself wandering my yard and no longer feeling glum and depressed. Even dressed down in its winter garb, my yard now sparks joy.

Rafael and his crew were a delight to interact with as well. Communication was prompt, polite, and detailed, and there was no pressure to sell me on services that I did not need. The options and costs were laid out plainly. It was good to see other services available too, and should I need those in the future, I will be sure to return to Barbosa Home Maintenance Services immediately.

The 3 man crew showed up promptly Monday morning May 15th, and removed the mulch. Then layed down new dirt. The next day Rafael's crew was installing new Sod and co pleted on Wednesday. His crew were professional and respectful. I will continue to use Barbosa Home Maintenance Services for my future projects.

Rafael did a great job cleaning up the yard on our rental house. We are out of town owners, and he texted pics of his progress.

His prices are reasonable and I would have no problem recommending him to others.

We had two prominent gutter companies tell us our gutters were beyond repair, and they quoted us thousands to replace them. Rafael and his crew fixed them, in one day, for a fraction of the price. They also did a complete yard makeover and now do regular yard maintenance for us. Everyone on his team is professional, hardworking and punctual. Rafael is wonderful to work with and very communicative. He offers suggestions but is never pushy, and honestly all of his ideas have been good ones. Really grateful we found this company.

The crew pruned a large overgrown photinia hedge to my desired size, and they did a great job with cleaning up all the debris. Rafael responded promptly to my text request for scheduling. I will be asking for a return visit to return to prune another large shrub (post-flowering) to a manageable size. Thanks for a job well done.

Rafael and his crew are very efficient and did a great job cleaning up my backyard. He is patient and really easy to work with. Fairly priced. Great communication and follow through. He listened to what I have to say and did everything I asked for and beyond! He even went out of his way to cut the overgrown tree branches that land on my roof and gutters to make my side yard entry more accessible and looks better. Rafael did a FANTASTIC job cleaning up the yard / house on a home we were listing for sale. He was my 5th quote (I rarely do even 3 but all of them were out of the park) and what convinced me to hire him was his ability to do everything I needed vs. hiring multiple companies. Originally I asked him for a quote on cleaning up the yard only - but he also built a new fence for me, power washed the roof, driveway, deck and patio (sealed them too) and he put sod in the backyard. It was a total transformation on the outside of this property. He showed up on time, every time, did a thorough job and left the site clean each day. Rafael is industrious and priced fairly. Mr. Barbosa did a very professional job for me on this job. I live in Portland, OR and he was taking care of the lawn of my deceased sister's house near Corvallis, OR. He would take pictures if the lawn after he had finished cutting and trimming and send them to me so I could see his work. This was very helpful since I couldn't be there to see it.

Barbosa Home Maintenance, is a fantastic service. I was given a quote and that is what I paid. No changes to it. They arrived at the time they said they would. I had a very large project needing done, and they stayed till it was all done. 9 hours to be exact. His employee Javier did 95% of the work. He is a very dedicated and hard worker. They are a very polite and made sure I was happy with the work they were doing. Everything I asked to be done was, and done wonderfully. If you need yard maintenance done big or small, then this the service you should call. I know if I ever need and more yard service done, I will be calling them. Rafael did a great job doing a whole clean up on my entire yard. His quote was reasonable and he stuck to the agreed upon price even though it probably took more work than he intially thought. I have hired him to continue with maintenaning my yard on a regular basis.

Raphael's men have cleaned my roof two times this past year and I am completely happy with the job. I live under fir trees and oaks and my roof and yard are littered with needles and leaves. I asked them to simply clean off the roof, but they took the initiative afterwards to clean the area around the house and down my long driveway as well. Really nice guys - in their work and their friendliness.

Rafael arrived at my house at a designated time, looked at the eaves and downspouts on my house and prepared an online estimate of the cost of cleaning them, including pressure washing them. I found the estimate to be reasonable, and he and his worker arrived on time the morning the work was to be done, started immediately, and spent quite a lot of time completing the job. At the end of it, he showed me digital photographs of the cleaned gutters, and they were perfect. All in all, for this project, I can give a good recommendation for his business.

He and his crew worked tirelessly to do some major cleanup on our long-neglected lawn, shrubs, trees and garden areas--and then went to work to clean the roof and clear the gutters. They transformed our property! The result of this first experience is that his company is now doing our regular lawn maintenance.

Incredible service! Rafael responded to my phone calls and email promptly and was able to squeeze in my spring yard clean-up earlier than expected (despite catching him during a very busy time). He and his crew began work on my severely overgrown yard, and within a couple hours, it was the most beautiful it has EVER looked! The trim was perfectly edged. I have recently worked with Rafael for cleaning and regulating my garden. The completed tasks includes removal of trees (some of them were large and stubborn), several bushes and weeds. Also cutting grassing, landscaping garden in general, pressure washing patio, and pruning various trees and bushes. All tasks have been completed successfully and quickly. Our yard hasn't looked this good in ages! We originally hired him to clean our gutters. However, when he informed us he could do our yard as well we jumped at the chance. He and his guy took the time to make sure our yard was done right. Also, he doesn't use harsh chemicals. Thank you for your excellent work.

I've been really impressed with the attention to detail as well as the speed of the work.
