I contacted Banner Roofing after discovering a leak. Mark responded quickly, he and Blaine did a thorough inspection, clearly explained what needed attention, and kept me updated every step of the way. They took care of the leak and addressed all the smaller problems without any hassle. I highly recommend Banner Roofing.

Mark inspected our roof and reported no hail damage requiring replacement, only some spot issues that needed repair. Luis amd crew came out, repaired the issues and re-inspected the roof, found a couple more issues and repaired those! Thanks Banner Roofing!

We cannot recommend Banner Roofing enough! We have been working with Zach and Blaine to get our roof replaced. From the very first call, we knew that Banner Roofing was different than the other roofing companies we have dealt with in the past. Zach was so thorough and courteous, and I felt certain that it was going to be a great working relationship from that first phone call. Blaine came out to the house and he was such a breath of fresh air. In an industry that can be overrun with rude, discourteous, or unethical people, Blaine stands out as the antithesis of those things. Blaine even answered a late night, weekend call when we had catastrophic hail damage and helped us patch it the next day. Blaine and Zach have both been amazing as we navigated unexpected hail damage while in the process of replacing our roof and they have kept pricing extremely fair, even providing a generous discount for my husband‘s law-enforcement service. We truly feel that we have advocates who will help us with navigating insurance claims and a roof replacement, and not that we are left to figure it out ourselves. We have recommended Blaine to everyone who is in need of roof work, and will continue to do so. We are excited to have them as partners as we go through the roof replacement process. Many thanks to Blaine for really helping me on this project. Had several things such as doctor appointments and trips to emergency room for me and my wife come up and Blaine was so helpful in scheduling around all that. Blaine was also very helpful in attempting to get my insurance to replace the complete roof so that maybe it would cost me less.
I really liked working with Blaine, he even answered a text while in Mexico. Blaine is why I give 5 stars, because he is really the only person I had to deal with.

Banner did an amazing job for us. Zach took the time to carefully inspect our roof and attic. While other companies acted as if we owed them our business because they gave us a quote, Zach and his crew were patient and answered all of our questions. They were competitive on their quote and managed the entire process for the roof replacement (including several other repairs that we needed). In addition, they communicated directly with our insurance company to help manage the claim process. We would not hesitate to use them again and have already referred them to friends.

Zach was amazing as were my interactions with Tiffanie. Great roofing company who went above and beyond to exceed expectations. I received regular updates during the roofing process and was sooo happy with the outcome. I couldn't recommend them any higher.

Robbie came out and checked our roof penetrations for leaks. There were some bad ones which we already knew about because a previous contractor had not done the work necessary. The guys spent a day and a half closing in the gaps and the roof looks great. Much appreciated for sealing it up before the winter rainy season hits.

James walked us through the process of work ing with Insurance Company. Roof, screens guttering and other projects were done in timely manner. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Great experience, it was nice to work with a roofing professional who has been in the business for many years not just a contractor running a roof crew. Robbie identified a unique under-laminate installed by a previous owner and brought it to the attention of the insurance company during the quoting process. This allowed me to fairly maximize my reimbursement from the insurance company.

These guys came quick went through and fixed the damage. Trinity Christian Academy will continue to use Banner Roofing in the future.

We called Banner Roofing for a roof inspection due to a severe hail storm we had in March. We got a very timely response and visit from them to determine the damage. We all agreed there was significant damage that required a new roof. The Banner Roofing crew was right on time on the day we agreed upon for removal and replacement of our old roof, incredibly efficient and found underlying damage to our roof decking and resolved it without additional costs. They also protected our plants and property and cleaned up incredibly well when the job was complete. Their representatives were very courteous and explained everything in a manner that we could understand and, in turn, helped us to know how to best deal with our insurance claim. They never once asked about our claim or how much we would be receiving. We felt that we were treated very fairly and are very proud of our new roof!

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome of this last project carried out by Banner Roofing. We have used this company in the past. Honest, trustworthy and dependable come to mind when we think of Banner Roofing. Then when you add the outstanding "workmanship" of the crew there is no other company we would want to work on our home.

Anthony was in constant communication with me from start to finish, from the initial adjuster inspection, to communicating with insurance, to project completion. The roofing team was professional and respectful of our property, and did a great job cleaning up both the trash and leftover supplies. I even had a couple questions I was able to text him about, even after the job was done, and they were quick to get back with me each time. They even came back to paint the flashing to match the roof shingles and siding. A+++

Banner Roofing provided an oustanding experience installing our roof and gutters after storm damage. They were prompt with answers to questions, keeping us updated on the installation timeline, reactive to sitiuations that arose including work outside of their scope and provided details about the warranty and upgraded materials that were used. We highly recommend them if you are in need of their services.

I recently used Banner Roofing & Construction for a few projects. They painted vanities in my master bathroom as well as matching trim, doors, etc. The painter did an excellent job, in a timely manner, and Banner was in constant communication with me until the project was completed. They responded immediately when I asked for a quote and I received a contract within 24 hours. I also used them to correct a gutter problem on my patio. Not only did they find a solution to the problem, their worker installed a new drainpipe and spent an additional 45 minutes making sure the rest of our gutter system was working properly and made adjustments as needed. Banner did so well on these two projects I had them come out a week later to paint my garden room. Once again, a beautiful job! I would recommend Banner Roofing & Construction Company to my friends and will use them again. 5/5 Stars!!!

I would recommend Banner roofing to anyone needing any work on their roof. They are very professional and when I had a leak they came fast to tarp my roof and give me an estimate so we could get the insurance to ok a new roof. They had my roof done In One day and before they started they put tarps all around the house to catch all nails and trash. Now when I drive up to my house I see my very well roofed house and smile.
