Mark and Blake were amazing! We hired them after water damage destroyed a wall and all our hardwood floors, and again after another leak issue. They were super responsive and did amazing work. Would absolutely hire again.

BPM successfully completed 2 home renovations for me since 2020. One was a total renovation due to water damage and included ceilings, floors, cabinets, counter tops, lighting, paint, and trim. The other included a bathroom remodel, whoe house paint, trim, floors, custom shelving, and lighting. The Banner Team provided excellent workmanship, adhered to the schedule, and answered the phone every time I called with a question-no matter how small. Do yourself a favor and hire BPM!

I cannot say enough about BPM inc. We had a refrigerator leak which ruined our hardwood floors that carried on throughout our entire downstairs. We contacted Mark & Blake and they could not have been any easier to work with. They have an awesome crew that showed up everyday which was very important. They are local, live in the area and take PRIDE in their work! I have recommended them to my friends and everyone says the same! They are the Best for any job! Contracted BPM to remodel our home which included the kitchen, both bathrooms, new flooring throughout, add crown molding & replace baseboards, and new paint throughout. Blake and Marc did a wonderful job! The finish work is top notch. They even had a challenge with a kitchen wall was not plumb to get the counter to ceiling cabinets to mount correctly. Their team is meticulous about getting things installed correctly and to code! They found several electrical items from our last kitchen remodel that were shoddy and definitely not up to code. We love our new bathrooms and new kitchen thanks to these guys.

Banner did a great job assisting us with Insurance Claim and Hurricane Ida repairs. They were responsive and professional and did a great job in completing the necessary repairs. Would definitely recommend them to do the repairs, their assistance in navigating the Insurance Claim process was invaluable.

My recent experience BPM was very positive. After experiencing a major water leak, their team went to work immediately to dry, sanitize and remove the damaged flooring and sheetrock. All this was done in a timely and professional manner. BPM also handled all of the insurance paper work.
I would recommend their firm to anyone needing a retable licensed General Contractor who cares about their client.

We initially met with Banner a few years ago, but delayed the project due to covid restrictions. Once we moved forward Blake and team were the right choice. Their team is a top notch group of professionals. Their proposals, follow through, and workmanship were second to none! They brought in the subs at the right times, were prompt, courteous and maintained a clean workspace at all times. The managers constantly followed up on work for the day and checked results, when i had questions or made changes they were prompt in responding, accommodating in our requests and ensured everything worked and fit to the nth degree. You were truly a lifesaver for us getting the house back to an even better condition. You turned our disaster into a gift. Because of your efforts, we were able to sell the house above asking price due to multiple offers. This allowed us to purchase the perfect home for us on the Northshore to be closer to our jobs. This is the 6th big project we’ve used BPM for, since 2003. Marc has done 3 kitchens for us, flood repair, addition, fencing, underground drainage, and most recently gutted and refurbished a utility room and constructed a beautiful zen garden complete with arbor and rain barrel.
