Addition of In Law Suite to Son's Home.
I am giving them 2 stars rather than one, because several of their sub contractors deserve 5 stars. Plumber, zero. His work was poor quality, failed inspection on everything except once and was always waiting on him to return and fix what failed. He never showed up when expected and the few times he did was it was a surprised. Finalized build I would have given 4 stars. Problem is follow up, when we were told it was finished and they wanted final check, I asked about hole in bathroom ceiling and multiple gouge under kitchen sink along with some other noticeable details to ceiling, wall texture and paint. Brian, general contractor gave me a tentative date of return to fix, May 15. Project was completed end of April, strated mid September with a tentative completion in of 90 to 120 days. Most of the delay was due to Plumber. We have contacted Brian several and have sent him a detail list of items that need to be fixed. He keeps telling us Bobby will contact us or be out. Last time contacted week ago Friday, July 18, nothing since then.

These guys came out and did a roof on my house and wow. Super fast and attention to detail cleaned up all in one day. Roof looks amazing

We decided to remodel a few things in our home and called Banks Construction for a bid. Upon calling the lady who answered the phone, Misty was very knowledgeable and polite. To my surprise Gary was able to come out same day to give me a bid. Talk about stellar service. After receiving 4 other bids, I decided to go with Banks Construction and man I’m glad I did. Their construction team were extremely polite, clean job site at all times, and did I mention quick. I am absolutely in love with all the work they did. They will definitely be my go to contractor for any work I may need in the future.
