These guys I can’t recommend enough. Communication and flexibility is above and beyond. They cleaned our metal roof and garage. Got rid of all the algae and mold that had grown. 5 stars all the way! Will definitely use them in the future.

I am happy to share my experience in doing business with BTXteriors to install much needed gutters on my house! Not only are they a local company and not national, which I like, but they do a wonderful job! From my first contact with them, their follow-through and attention to detail is impressive. They were on time, and kept in constant contact with me from beginning to end. Amber made sure their work was quality and was what we had expected to be done! Also, their prices were better than the other quotes I got from other companies around the area, which was also nice! Had new Velux skylights installed replacing a pair of old ones. BTX did a fabulous job! They apprised me every step of the way, were careful and even cleaned up after the job was finished. Thanks to Danny and the guys-totally love the finished product.

BTExteriors are the best people to work with when you need some work or repairs on your roof. They helped with navigating the insurance hassle, and explained it to me in simplified terms that I could understand without being condescending while getting me a new roof. Once the insurance mess was taken care of, the crew came out and the job was done quick. Clean up was as if they were never here. If I need another roof or any other work such as siding or anything else they offer, I will for sure be utilizing them. They are some of the most friendliest people I’ve met.

I spoke with them on Wednesday, they came out on Thursday and gave me a quote that afternoon and the crew was out Friday and installed the gutters. They know what they are doing. I've used BT Xteriors just for the last job that my aunts roof was damaged caused by bad weather. Mr Turner and his work staff know all about roofing and what weather can do damage to a roof. We had a hail and wind storm come through and got linked up with Bryan through a mutual friend. This was the first time my wife and I had ever been through an insurance claim process and Bryan and crew were freaking PHENOMENAL!! His communication throughout the process was second to none. He helped us navigate the treacherous waters that is insurance. On top of that, the work they did was exceptional to say the least. I expected to be finding nails and crap for weeks and it's been MONTHS and I found two total. BTXteriors did an amazing job replacing my old, storm-damaged roof with a beautiful Owens Corning impact-resistant roof in Onyx Black. The new roof looks fantastic and gives me peace of mind knowing it's built to last. They also installed new Norandex 5-inch seamless aluminum gutters that work great and look super clean. On top of that, they replaced my wind-damaged vinyl siding with LP SmartSide siding — the quality difference is incredible. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. Highly recommend BTXteriors for any exterior home improvement!

The process with btx was very professional from the time they came out to give the quote send a detailed email on what the service would be and how much then very promptly sent a crew out within a week to do the work. It took about 5 hours to complete it they were done the same day everything was cleaned up as if they weren't even here excellent job excellent company

Very professional. We had half a roof on a double wide MH down to the decking blown off by 90 mph winds on a Tuesday morning. Rain was expected that weekend. I called Bryan and he sent one of his employees promptly to cover the roof until it could be fixed. Bryan also came out the following Monday when our insurance adjuster was here.
His crew showed up and not only replaced the roof that was blown off but also replaced our roof. Our roof was original with the house and was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. I was amazed that 2 roofs were replaced in one day. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards too. Hard working. You couldn’t ask for better service.

Brian was professional and prompt. From start to finish, he was exceptional. He explained everything clearly. His co-worker was courteous and the workmanship was top-notch. They even went above and beyond with the cleanup, leaving my yard spotless. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

With fair and accurate estimate, they had my repairs done in a week, replacing both siding and the roofing shingles some other repairs to the roof. Tom Groves is great and even came back to a temporary patch on the roof.

BTXteriors helped us with a roof replacement after we had wind damage from a nearby tornado. Bryan helped us with filing the claim, following up with the adjuster, and worked with us all the way through the process. Their team did a fabulous job on the roof and cleaned up our property when the job was done. All in all they did an awesome job. I highly recommend Bryan and his team.

No hassle company and they did the job they came to do. I had looked for someone to repair gutters on neighbors house that my tree limb fell on. I had companies that were not willing to do repair unless they were the ones who put the gutters up. I also had companies come out and just try to sell the neighbor new gutters or roof and did not care what we really needed. When one company was supposed to come out and give estimate they sent this little lady sales representative. I was so angry for wasting my time and the neighbors time because they mislead me. Not BTXteriors they came out and looked at damage immediately, gave me 3 different options on what they could do and the price. When I picked what repair we wanted to do they did not argue my decision. They did an amazing job, even better than I was expecting. When it was time to pay the bill it was exactly what they said it would be, no added fees for any other things that they may have needed to do. Don’t waste your time with other companies. Brian and Amber came out on time as promised, they assessed the hail damage, they were spot on, they dealt with the insurance company and got me all the proceeds that was required to get the job done efficiently and on time, the job was delayed one day and it's because of the weather that day, the crew showed up on time the next day and went to work immediately, the job was done very quickly despite the scorching temp that day, after completion the driveway and the yards were cleaned up from any debris and the worksite was spotless, when their gutter people got to work they did the job to my complete satisfaction, I do recommend BTXteriors to anyone in need of a roof repair or gutter service, those guys will do the job with the atmost professionality and integrity, thank you guys for a job well done.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. We bought a 2 year old home that didn’t have roof vents installed (builder oversight) and knew we needed to get it corrected ASAP. BTXteriors did a fantastic job of reviewing our options and providing a quote. They did not price gouge us, and completed the project two days after we closed on the house. My primary concern was appearance. I’ve seen roof vents placed where they look like someone randomly installed them, and I’ve seen them where the color is not a good match making them stand out like a sore thumb. None of that nonsense with these guys!! It looks so much better than other roofs I’ve seen. He came out the day before, checked the color, all vents are properly spaced in a nice clean row, and placed discreetly but still functional. They cleaned up and carried off the debris as well! We will be a repeat customer and recommend these guys to everyone we know!

They sent a couple of guys out at separate times to examine my roof and generate an estimate. Their description of the work was essentially the same as the other two quotes I received, but 15-20% lower.
After acceptance of the quote. they were quick to come out and complete the job.

Bryan Turner and BTXteriors are an excellent choice as a roofing contractor. Bryan is an excellent businessman who utilizes the most current technology for communication, planning, evaluating and estimating. If you are like me and have a need for information about the process, the products, timing etc. then Bryan is definitely your guy. His roofing team, job supervisor, Danny, and support personnel are easy to work with and know that Bryan expects them to uphold his high standards of completion. I made my first contact with Bryan on June 5th and my roof was completed by June 23rd. Most of that time was me making my shingle selection which btw, I love so much! I had a very tight deadline for delivery of the materials and completion of the roof and Bryan never hesitated on being able to deliver. I would use Bryan and BTXteriors again in a heartbeat!

i had extensive hail damage on my house. Roof, siding and gutters badly damaged. Bryan Turner was the project manager for the repairs on my house. He was great dealing with the insurance company. and getting the right working crews for each phase of the repairs. They had a supply problem with the siding due to all the damage in the area, but Bryan kept me in the loop and informed every step of the way. My house looks great. I am very pleased with the work done by BT Xteriors and Bryan Turner.

BTXteriors LLC put our new roof on this weekend. I can't say enough good things about their work. Showed up early Sat and worked past dark. Came back Sunday morning and did clean up. They left our yard cleaner than when they got here!

BT Xteriors installed a ventable, solar-powered skylight in a small upstairs bathroom. The skylight provides much-needed natural light and ventilation. Bryan Turner and his team were reliable and responsive.

Quick and efficient. Help me with the contractor. The paperwork covered every repair needed. Came back to put in more damaged tiles after the guy left. Kind staff that work extremely hard to make you happy. I love my new roof and gutters.

BTXtreiors LLC added onto our house with a patio cover. Despite a few minor setbacks everything was communicated effectively with quality work. I would recommend them and will call them for future jobs if needed.

I am happy to say that BTXteriors did a great job on my screw replacement on a 12 year old metal roof. I had several estimates from different roofing companies, but Bryan sold me on the job. Their rates were reasonable and were very professional in their evaluation of the job. The crew was very personable and did a great job ,,on time, and on budget. Everything was cleaned up and I am secure in knowing they did a good job. Will use them again on future projects.

Bryan did a great job replacing our roof a couple of months ago after the hailstorm in March. Our roof is especially challenging due to multiple steep slopes and they did a great job. Would highly recommend him.

BX Xteriors did an excellent job on our indoor painting. Our salesmen, Brett and Codey showed up when they said that they would, both for the estimate and the day of the job. We felt the price was a good value. They didn't just send a crew (who were excellent too). They were here overseeing the work. They moved furniture and anything else to help the painting go smoothly. The project manager, Bryan, was also here. They were all very professional. The painting was flawless, with no smears, drips or where it shouldn't be. I was amazed that the job was finished in 1 day. Customer service was personal and they cared about the job they were doing. Rare, these days. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They do a wide variety of work. I did not know any of them before this job.
