The company was very professional throughout my experience. The initial response for an estimate was prompt. I was given plenty of notice and options in regards to scheduling. They arrived on time the day of the replacement. I was given updates while the work was being done, and the project was completed quickly. The company did a good job with cleaning before leaving. Most people are delighted when their insurance company says new roof is needed after a hail storm, but not us. Since our roof was so large and complicated, we dreaded going through the trauma. I had visions of it being a big mess and taking a long time to complete.
We called OK Roofer's who put the original roof on 20 years ago when we built the house, and Gary came out immediately and gave us a bid. He helped us with the insurance company and worked directly with them which made the process really easy on us. Gary noticed other hail damage which we didn’t know to look for and worked with the insurance company on that also. The entire process actually only took a day and half to remove the old shingles and put on the new. The OK people were with us supervising the workers the entire time and did a great job making sure everything was cleaned up properly. We highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. They are the best in Texas.

Michael Ross, Poncho, and crew did an amazing job on our roof. Michael took the time to show us different color samples to choose from, and he even compared samples to the color of our brick in the 100 degree heat! He explained the sequence of events too—gutters, ceiling and fence would be next. Additionally, I was impressed with how Michael took the time to replace our Welcome mat. Talk about lagniappe. (Note: Our dog was scared of roofers and had an accident on it.)

I loved how Poncho and his crew took time to cleanup and leave our area looking good again. Poor guys had to be exhausted from the heat, but they didn’t take any shortcuts.

To sum it up, you can’t go wrong using OK Roofers. They make it so easy—one stop shopping.

OK Roofers recently replaced our roof due to weather damage. We decided to try a black roof and love it. The communication was excellent with Gary Banks. He is so easy to work with because he is honest, knowledgeable and HE CARES. His crew also did a great job cleaning up! “THE BEST ROOFING” company ever! The crew were all experienced and they did a fantastic job.

OK Roofers installed the new roof just as promised. The roof looks great and the shingles are a nice upgrade from what we had. They did an excellent job cleaning up around the house.

OK Roofers recently replaced two roofs on two separate properties for us due to hail damage. The communication was excellent with Gary Banks. They have a great crew that is very experienced and they did a fantastic job. They were meticulous about cleaning up and made absolutely sure no nails were left behind. Hopefully we don’t need another roof, but I would call them in a heartbeat if needed.

I used OK Roofers to replace roof shingles and add gutters to my son's home. We also had them build a covered patio from the ground up that included lighting and a ceiling fan as well. It turned out so much better than we had even imagined and we are thrilled with the end result. First of all, Mike and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. Out of several local roofing companies we dealt with, OK Roofers were most concerned about getting our damaged roof replaced and preventing further interior damage from the sudden leaks.
Mike and Gary put my mind at ease after our first meeting. They are friendly, personable, and understand the frustration a homeowner feels when dealing with insurance companies. They know the business, are established in our community, communicate amazingly well , and answer all your questions and concerns.
They were on time, EVERY TIME, and actually got our roof replaced a week earlier than we expected.
Their crew arrived exactly on time, assessed the location and went right to work. They took off the old roof to bare decking, exposing damage left covered from old layer of tar paper left by previous roof replacement. They replaced several bad areas of decking and corrected valley and chimney areas that weren’t properly done before.
They tarped around the house and caught all the debris and left area looking better than it did before. There was no loud music or messing around, just fast, efficient, and professional work. The old 3 tab shingles were replaced with 30 year Owens Corning shingles that look wonderful. New flashing, vents, and edging are 100% better than before.
Both the house and detached garage were completed before 5 pm the same day.
I highly recommend OK Roofers and will use them if need ever arises again.

Had my first contact a week ago tomorrow. Insurance came fast so we were able to get on the schedule. Everything has gone exactly as they said it would. Had to remove four layers of the felt and found several holes in the wood. They replaced them and got it all done in 6 hours. Some repair work was needed before replacing roof and gutters and it was done to our satisfaction. The roof was replaced in time frame promised and the crew worked even in a rain storm to do what needed to be done. They also left the area cleaner than when they started. We were impressed. The gutters were replaced and 2 sections added as agreed and when promised. We are pleased with all the work and with our interaction with Brad and Gary.
