I worked with Mitchell Hines regarding my roof damage and replacement. Mitchell went above and beyond to make my experience stress-free. Everything went exactly as explained. The crew who actually performed the replacement was a very well organized and professional group. they were finished with my roof in a few hours, and left my home cleaner than they found it! Most Importantly, I love my new roof! I would highly recommend BCG, and Mitchell Hines, to anyone in the market for a new roof!

When I called and scheduled an appointment for a roof quote they asked for the name of my insurance company because there could be storm and hail damage. I said weren’t filing a claim, so you don’t need that information - we just need a quote.

When the salesperson arrived he said (paraphrase), “I understand you don’t want to go through your insurance? There have been some storms in the area...I’ll look for damage while I’m up there.” He comes down and says there’s really no signs of damage - just a few shingles possibly, but not enough to file a claim. He said he needed to view some aerial shots of the roof before providing a quote.

A few days passed and I followed up to see when the quote would be ready. He apologized for the delay and said he’d have it the next day. We never received the quote. Based on our interaction, they seem more interested in dealing with customers that will file insurance claims which is fine, but state this up front and avoid wasting someone's time.

Great company to work with. They even fight the insurance company for you to get a roof when you need it. Fast and they do the clean up and removal.

BCG was very professional from start to finish. The salesman who helped get the insurance involved, and providing samples and options in a friendly informative manner. The crew got the job done in one day with limited interference and cleaned up as if they had never been there. The roof looks great!
