It was time for a new roof for my family's home, and Baklava Roofing delivered! This was without a doubt one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to home repair. Both Manny and Arturo were so pleasant to work with when getting all of the details hashed out (insurance, scheduling, and installation of the roof). I have never had such detailed and a thorough explanation of the step-by-step processes when having a new roof being installed. Manny and Arturo are top-notch at both their customer service, and the quality of product that they are providing for homeowners. I own other properties and will be reaching out to Baklava Roofing for roof replacement when the time comes. All of the personnel that we spoke with were thorough, detail-oriented, and most importantly very personable, which gave my family and so much peace of mind.

I am extremely happy with my roof! I was one of the only homes in the neighborhood in Wylie with 3-Tab shingles. Baklava roofing was able to replace my roof with insurance proceeds and upgrade me to a 30 year shingle. Their quality control manager (Brian) was on site the entire day and my yard was clean when they were finished.
