Matt and team did a great job on a last minute project. Home insurance told me I needed a deck railing before my annual policy renewal, with 30 days notice. It was the middle of winter, not the ideal time to work on a deck! Baird responded quick and provided us different options and got to work right away even in the freezing temps. They kept the space clean and the final product looks great. Will definitely use Baird again!

My husband and I cannot recommend Baird Home Solutions enough and we are so lucky we found them! We are new to New Hampshire and had a new build that needed several different issues addressed. One small fix that we needed turned into us hiring them to complete all the projects we needed completed. Their breadth of knowledge and scope and quality of work has enabled us to relax knowing they have all the separate issues covered. It is comforting knowing that we did not need to go hire several different people or companies to complete the projects we needed help with. Additionally, the constant communication and check ins they have provided has been wonderful. We truly trust them with all of our new home needs and will continue to use them forever.

I wasn’t sure what a kitchen remodel was going to cost, and I wasn’t sure how to tell who was truly qualified (there is no contractors license in NH). But Evin and the folks at Baird really helped me understand how to spend wisely on my remodel, and get all of the features that we’re most important to me (like a pop-up mixer shelf!). Special thanks to their designer Christian for making that happen! Also they have the Massachusetts contractors license, which pretty much no contractors in NH have (none of the other contractors I spoke to had ANY kind of license certification.) Anyway, Baird handled everything from start to finish, and I’m loving my new kitchen.

The Baird Home Solutions team has been an integral part of our home improvement plans. They did a 1400 sq ft basement for us, and that’s the best part of our home. More recently they helped us navigate a claim with our home insurance company and get the full claim amount approved. They took care of the repairs related to the claim and are thorough professionals!

They do good work at a good price. They are responsive to customer concerns and go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with the results. The have good ideas and advice to offer but understand its your project and its your say on the matter.

The experience was great. Quality workmanship combined with compassion and ethics. Permits and all the nitty gritty was handled proactively to keep us compliant and on schedule. The entire team is great as well! Kudos!

I live in a modular home. I needed to be sure that the under carriage was critter, weather and had no leaks. I called Baird and made an appointment. They came out to the house, checked and took pictures. They came is showed me all the pictures, (The whole underneath was taken). Showed me the areas that needed attention. Within a week they were here to fix the problems at a very reasonable price. The gentleman who came was so good, made me feel confident that it was all done. Since then we have not had any little critters try to come into the house.

I have rental properties that needed work when I was changing tenants, I had heard good things about these guys so I called them, not only did they call back right away they were there when they said they would, they did awesome work. I have since then called on them when tenants have had issues and they support me 100%, the tenants love them. I now use them for work on my home and exclusively use them for work on my properties. They are fair and honest and they do great work.

The work quality is fine, the business practices and who they sub out to is the problem.

Their project manager Dan sucked at communication, timelines, status updates, etc. If you have a project manager, you should not have to chase them for any of this. Repairs exceeded the initial quote by more than the 10% and never bothered to get a change order or notify us that we were going to exceed it, we only knew when an invoice showed up.

They setup the invoicing ahead of time, and we kept getting invoiced ahead of schedule and work completion.

If you see a JM Contractor van pull up, be prepared for them to damage your property and not mention it. Their employees broke our garage door, threw it out of alignment and then said nothing. They used the garage daily, on camera, but coincidentally did not the week I was onsite, had I not traveled back to view progress, 100% they would have left it damaged and inoperable without saying anything. Upon telling Dan, and mentioning I was onsite that week, just promises of they'll get someone to review. Even after it was noted that it was broken, and I was no longer onsite, the crew then started using the garage again, prying it open and jumping on it to close it. They only got someone out there after I mentioned to Dan that I was going to get someone out and asked who to send the bill to. As well their employees, on a day they weren't doing any work due to it pouring, used our garage to look at and work on their van.

At the end of the work they left the property unlocked, which was vacant at the time, their workers left stuff in the fridge for us to throw out as well.

The whole process honestly sucked, and we should have walked away after having to chase them for the quote in the beginning. I absolutely hate leaving a negative review for a small business.

To top it all off, we got final notification that the job was done, and photos were sent, and within 24 hours from the owner, Matt, in a complete condescending tone, insinuating we were the problem with communication, that we had to pay by EOD, we were waiting on a friend to stop by the same day to review. Not once did anyone apologize for the lack of communication or that their sub contractor broke the garage and weren't going to say anything. Just a slap in the face when you are paying someone $25k for a job.

End of the day, the work got done, it's fine, just would not recommend using them at this point, unfortunately 0/2 lately for using local contractors and I guess its better to deal with the bigger shops if you want professionalism.

I’m a flooring contractor and a work for a lot of builders and it was such a pleasure to have somebody that was ready to go. Had everything lined up and no other subs in my way I would definitely recommend this company if you’re doing any Remodeling projects. They deliver on time!

The Baird team converted my deck into a sunroom last summer. They were proactive with communication and responsive to any concerns. They kept us informed at every step of the way and worked hard to produce a quality renovation on time and on budget. I am thrilled with the result and excited to enjoy this peaceful space during the warm weather season.

Baird home solutions by far exceeded our expectations. Matthew and his crew did an amazing job. We needed a new bathroom floor,(in the basement), previous floor was from the 1980’s. Matthew and his crew did an amazing job. I no longer dislike going in that room. Here are a few pictures of current floor, he checked for mold and mildew also. Baird Home Solutions did a great job helping out with my deck. Understanding expectations is very important when hiring anyone. Expectations from both sides were very clear from the getgo. I received quick answers to all of my questions throughout the project. Great communication from beginning to end. Good experience all around.

Matt did some work on one of my bathrooms recently and he did an amazing job! I wanted the walls painted, floor redone, and the light fixtures and mirror to be swapped out. Matt explained that it would be 3-4 days for the project and worked really long days to get it done on schedule even with some extra time needed for the mud to dry on the walls from patches. Matt was very professional, set realistic expectations, and communicated clearly before, during and at the completion of the project. I highly recommend him and his team!
