Bailey's recently put a roof on my house in Sulphur, and the house looks great. The people, the quality of materials, the work, it was worth every penny and I would definitely recommend them!!!

After spring storm damage we had Bailey's Roofing remove our old roof and replaced it with a new Class 4 shingle roof which included all new underlayment, vent covers, vent pipe boots, flashing, and even did some minor deck repairs . They completed our 3000 sq ft house in 2 days. Bailey's crew worked hard, were courteous, qualified to do the work and did a great job on clean up as well. The company did what they said they would do for the price they quoted, no oops we forgot something, for an additional expense. They also worked with our insurance to insure the process was seamless. Would highly recommend them.

Working with Terrel was easy and fast. He took care of everything we needed. Their crew did an excellent job and was extremely quick with getting our roof done and it looks really good. They cleaned up and put everything back the way it was. My wife and I have already recommended them to others.

I will recommend Bailey’s Roofing to all friends and family. From the time they did my initial inspection. Until the new roof was actually completed the whole team was professional And very knowledgeable. Bailey’s was quick to respond and come out for an estimate. They were flexible and willing to work with us while we waited for the insurance to release the money for the roof to be repaired. Our new roof looks amazing. They did a great job and it was completed in 1 day.

My new roof looks awesome! I'm very impressed with the job they did. When they arrived to start the job, I was very sick with pneumonia so they didn't bother me at all. I could hear how they methodically worked from one end of the roof to the other, quickly and efficiently--I don't think it took more than two to three hours even though they had to replace some decking as well. They did a great job on clean up too! And my poor old weather-beaten roof looks fabulous! I would definitely recommend Bailey's to friends or family, and would use them in the future. Bailey's Roofing is the 6th company I have contacted since March 1 in regard to a roof leak. I either got a voice mail to leave my info and they would get back to me (which they never did) or yes we will be there tomorrow and they never showed up. I actually got a human, Michelle?, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful, set me up with a date of Zack to come by to see what was going on. Believe it or not, he called and showed up and gave me what he would call the solution to my problem, or an alternative. I am so thankful and impressed. I realize all roofing companies in our area are swamped these days with the weather we have had, but these people did what they said they would do, which makes me a happy camper. Thanks Bailey's and Zack, and Michelle, you rock.

Zach came out because we had a couple small leaks on our roof from previous storms this month. He was the first to inspect our entire roof and found a nail sticking up and is certain this has been the reason why our roof has as leaking. This place is my forever go to for roof issues. A+++ rating!

4/5 stars. Don’t know anything about roofs but they replaced mine and it doesn’t leak and looks great. They were quick and efficient and left the area clean afterwards. One star removed because they did break my fence in order to get to the backyard and did not bother to let us know before they left so letting the dogs out that night was problematic. Maybe next time let someone knkw when you tear their stuff apart or just fix it before you bounce? Other than that, good job on the roof.

Recently had my mom's roof inspected and repairs made to prepare the house for sell. Bailey's Roofing and their team were quick to respond and complete an inspection and provide a quote. I found them to be thorough, professional and very good at accessing issues and providing resolutions. Pricing was fair and accurate to the job scope. The Bailey's team have great customer service from the field personnel, to the inspector, to the office personnel. Highly recommend them for your next roofing job.

I needed some roof and siding repair due to a leak. Bailey's was available and professional. Zach came out and provided an estimate within a timely manner. They completed the work and did a good job at a scheduled time we set. In an area where it's hard to find good and reliable help, I'm pleased with their service and would recommend. Great company! Terrel was super helpful from start to finish. He explained the process, helped us work with the insurance company on parts of our insurance claim that wasn’t related to the roof. The crew that installed the roof and gutters did a great job! Super nice and helpful. I would recommend calling and asking for Terrel, he made the process easy and less stressful.

Baileys was great to work with. Built our barn and when there was trouble, Josh was always available to help make sure we were happy and well taken care of. Would definitely use again!

I had my gutters installed and this company did an excellent job. Terrel was my contact and his communication and ability to meet and exceed expectations is his goal. Even after the invoice was paid about 2 months later, they came back to repair a leak. That means a lot that a company cares even after the invoice is fully paid.

From sales to the execution of installing new roof on the house, great team of guys and easy process!! Tore off old, replaced bad decking, and laid new shingles same day! Looks great! You won’t go wrong with Bailey’s Roofing!

We had this company
do our roof about 4 years ago.
The company did a really good job then.
I was amazed how
fast, the crew worked.
Plus, my husband was very pleased with their work as well.

The shingles got delivered one afternoon & the crew returned very early the next morning.
They had it finished around noon.
They're very efficient & dedicated to please their customers.
I was so impressed that they had it finished so quickly.
I sometimes work from home, so I was a little nervous about how loud the noise might be, & honestly, it wasn't bad.
I was very happy I was able to complete my work with no interruptions.
This year, we needed them again, We received some serious damage during this tornado season.
So, of course, we called them again.
They did another great job.
I'll post pictures later.
We've gone on vacation & I haven't had time, but I felt it important to at least write my review now.

If or when we need our roof done again, we'll definitely use them.

Zack Conley was our sales rep and him and his team were amazing to work with! They were fast effective and polite! The workers did an amazing job on our roof and gutters and were super considerate of the rose beds and clean up was spotless! Could not ask for a better company to work with!

Bailey's Roofing was amazing, they reached out very quickly after I placed interest of needed roof repair after a hailstorm, Zack the sales rep walked me through the process with insurance and stayed in touch with me during the replacement. The contractors where very easy to talk to about time frames, the work crews cleaned up and came back very promptly when I had issue with a few shingles, VERY PROFESSIONAL and KIND...Would recommend for your project:)

Had hail damage to my roof. Called Zac with Bailey's roofing. He helped guide me through the insurance claim process as well as making sure the insurance adjuster done a thorough inspection of my roof. I highly recommend Bailey's roofing.

The men that did the roof and the windows were fantastic!! In and out efficiently and effectively. I recommend them to anyone. Secondly through they contracted to do my soffits. None existed at the time. Was put off abs put off about when they were coming. I called one day and stated he had had three crews there and wanted to know how they were doing? I told him not so great. They haven’t been here? At that point I don’t want anyone working on my house if they have to be forced. So I release them from that part of the contract. Hired a different contractor who also informed me that the lumber had laid in the yard so, he wouldn’t recommend using it .

They were very professional and did a fantastic job. They worked with my insurance company and kept me informed during the whole process!

I hired Bailey's for a new roof. They did what they said, when they said and for how much they said. With contractors nowadays, that's rare. It took one day, and clean-up was about as good as it gets. Highly recommended.

Once we got on the schedule things went quickly and smoothly. We had a bit of wait on one piece of the project but it was resolved satisfactorily. We appreciated the good communication between the supervisors and the salespeople and us, the clients.

We had a great experience with Baileys and would definitely use them again. Terrel answered all of our questions and was so kind and prompt. Danny and his crew were super fast and cleaned everything up really well. We had one concern with how some of the trim was replaced and Terrel took care of that immediately. They replaced not only the roof but some of the decking and soffits as well. We felt like Baileys was really fair in what they recommended needed replacing and how much it all cost. Terrel even recommended a painter that we ended up using and were really happy with. Everything from start to finish was handled promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.

We had Bailey’s re-roof 2 homes. They came exactly when they said they would. They did absolutely awesome work and were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done correctly. Bailey's did an excellent job of replacing my roof! They were competitively priced and were able to schedule my installation quickly after coming to bid my job. The crew were pleasant, hardworking and cleaned up well when they were finished. Their crew forman was pleasant and explained all processes as they went along. Job took only 2 days. Rip off old roof and install new one with vents.

We had Bailey's Roofing replace the roof on our 4 bedroom mobile home. They completed the roof in about 6 hours and they cleaned up afterwards really well. However we had several leaks after it had rained. Mr Josh their installation Foreman responded the same afternoon to resolve the issues. The next day after it had rained the leaks were back but Mr Josh responded quickly and professionally. The leaks would reappear every time it rained that week but Mr Josh would respond quickly and professionally to reassure us that He would resolve the issues even if he had to replace the roof and I believe he would have to. After some serious searching He resolved the issues. Bailey's Roofing should pay Him more than what they are doing. I would have gone off on them and had no respect for their company if not for Him. But His professionalism and sincere concerns for Our satisfaction keep me from doing either. Thank you Mr Josh and God bless you and your family.

We agreed by contract to a price and a date for installation. They arrived on the date as promised, finished the job in 1 day. I paid them, end of story. Overall very happy with the outcome.

Bailey’s made our lives so much more peaceful. 3 days after moving to Florida, our home that was about to be listed for sale in Oklahoma was hit by the bad hail storm. We called Jerry and he took care of everything for us! So amazing!

I have no problem with the minor work to repair a couple of shingles blown up and dislodged. I do have an issue because Zack took pictures of the damage and has not responded to my request to provide a couple of the shots. This damage was on a Church building and most of us are older and don't need to be on a ladder, else we would have done repairs ourselves. I have requested pictures by text and by email. NO RESPONSE for over two weeks.

Roof needed a complete replacement due to storm damage and age.
Bailey's was excellent to work with, especially since I was living 1200 miles away. Very reaponsive, very honest, very reasonable pricing and co-operative.
