What can I say about Michael and his team. Very professional; and punctual. Michael was very helpful, and straightforward about the amount of work and time it would take to make repairs after I suffered water damage in my condominium. You couldn’t have wanted a better Contractor than Michael. He ensured the project stayed on schedule, and if any hiccups arose, Michael was there in a matter of hours. I cannot say enough about the work crew. They were simply awesome. Worked very efficiently and made every effort to make sure they kept the property clean while working and at the end of each day. They communicated with me if they had questions, but always contacted Michael to keep him abreast of the work. An honest effort also was made to protect my furniture. They had plastic covers when it rained the entire week of the project and protected everything humanly possible. Thank God everything survived the heavy rain.
