Bachman recently replaced the siding on my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the attention to detail truly reflected their craftsmanship. The crew was professional, thorough, and dedicated to doing the job right.

We recently had an estimate with no intention of committing before meeting with a few more companies. We quickly changed our minds after meeting and working with Paul. He did a complete inspection, documented and shared his findings and showed us multiple options. They cover parts of the roofing process we hadn't thought of before this meeting. We were so impressed with the quality of the materials, the detailed explanation of the process and Paul's professionalism that we decided we didn't need to look any further. The price we were quoted for the level of detail and quality of work that will be put into the job is very reasonable. We feel confident that we chose the best company for our roof replacement.

The crew worked in coordination with each other and the job was complete perfectly in one day. Jared was in sight and I I highly recommend this team of workers!!!

A few Complante 1 you said Wednesday well you called and said the crew is taking longer on Wednesdays job so it will be Friday at 8 am I promise your the first job on the list.. 8 rolls around comes and goes we call wear is the c the crew? Called back wears the crew they took another job first there be there by 11. 11 comes and goes call back there be there by 1 one comes and goes then looked at the time 2 pm truck pulls up two guys pull up we can't say good after noon what took so long all they speak is Spanish. My wife and I think everyone has a right to work but if your going to other homes you better be able to as peak English they were going to do our Garage not our house they had no idea no contract in there hand nothing hell if we didn't have the sign in the yard we let the sales man out up I bet they wouldn't have found the house. Otherwise the job was done right the company has to get English speaking workers so we can talk and ask questions I had to point at things and let him guess.

Paul was very efficient in the roofing knowledge and in estimating final cost to us. His ability to go quickly and efficiently was great. We would highly recommend him for anyone s roofing needs.

We signed up for a gutter quote through Lowe’s and the representative who came to our home was Eric B. It was a great experience! He was very knowledgeable and detailed, he walk us through the entire install process, reviewed and explained each item on the quote, and helped us find the best payment option. The entire experience was smooth and he was very personable and professional. Keep him on your staff!

Bachman’s arrived early for our consultation. Kortez is extremely knowledgeable. He provided us a thorough inspection outside and inside. He explained everything he thought we needed to help fix our water issues. He and his team worked with us to break down what fit in our budget. Highly recommend Bachman’s and Kortez!

Keith came to the house to give us a quote. he was very professional and not pushy like some. the quote was reasonable and he even got us a discount. we signed that day, within a week the workers were here to install, they were great, project done in less than 3 hours! the general manager stopped by to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and everything was cleaned up properly, which it was. i would recommend bachman's roofing to anyone i know. great job!

I need a new roof, and on Facebook I see an ad for a roofing company by John Stokes with a bunch of Amish guys standing on a roof. I click on the add and it asks me a couple questions and I'm forwarded to a Facebook messenger account under the name John Stokes. I answer the questions and was immediately responded to and I asked to fill out a questionnaire. I complete the questionnaire and I'm reached out to via text message by a third party scheduling company. They ask a few questions and set up an appointment. I ask who the contractor is and they tell me Bachman's Roofing that is about 50 miles from my home. The appointment for the estimate was for 9:00am on Saturday morning. Result: NO CALL, NO SHOW.
I reached out and complained to the scheduler and rescheduled the appointment for Monday evening at 6:00pm. Result: NO CALL, NO SHOW AGAIN.
Needless to say, John Stokes and Bachman's Roofing and who else is involved with this shabby organization, missed out on a good opportunity and I will inform everyone I know what kind of experience I had with these people.

Mr. Paul Macari from Bachmans came out today to do an estimate on replacing my siding. You can imagine my excitement when he said I only needed a small repair job. Thank you Mr. Paul for your honesty, a thorough inspection and an experienced eye. I truly appreciate our visit.

My wife and I are in the process of picking someone out to do our roof. While we haven’t picked Bachmans yet specifically, Cory took the time to sit down and create multiple packages that would fit our needs, and answered every question that we had. He explained everything from how to roof is actually built, to any discounts that could apply to us.

They arrived on time and explained everything to us every step of the way. Not only were they friendly & easy to talk to, they even played with our dog Bella. I trust their opinion and the plan of action to repair damage the storm caused to our roof.

Derek, who initially came, was great! We had some issues that needed dealt with by the roofers, and it took multiple emails, phone calls, and visits to get everything right. Travis, who is knowledgeable and friendly, was very helpful in making sure things were correct and that we were happy.

Today we met with one of Bachman’s Roofing Company project managers, Brett Clark. Brett traveled to our little town of Emporium, PA from West Virginia. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took his time explaining what products and services their company uses in roof installation. We were very impressed with the years in business and the quality of products and workmanship that they have.

So today we met with Brett Clark the Project Consultant for Bachman’s Roofing. Brett drove all the way here to our small town in the middle of nowhere from Cumberland, WV. He was definitely one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable and kindest people that we have dealt with when making such a large purchase for our home. We have decided to go with Bachman’s roofing for several reasons. Most importantly, their years in business and the quality of their products and workmanship. We decided to pick quality over cost, which isn’t always what we have done in the past. I am sure we could get this done cheaper but that wouldn’t include the peace of mind that we would be getting with choosing this company.

Derek was easy to work with. I appreciate his knowledge of the Certainteed siding products. I am looking forward to seeing the results of our siding installation.

The discussion phase, negotiation and purchase went very well. Derek is very professional, knowledgeable and I recommend him for his no pressure sales methods.

So far so good! We decided to move forward with a integrated solar system and I must say that so far the Bachman team has came through on everything that they said so far, reviewed products and options, didn’t supply unneeded sales pressure, and were extremely professional in all communications and interactions. Our Project Consultant Brett Clark has been excellent to work with and has made us feel comfortable at each step so far!

I made an inquiry to have our gutters and downspouts replaced. Only 3 days later did Eric Boyer arrive. He was on time, polite, easy to talk to, and listened to our questions. He even chased down my sneaky pup and brought him back to the house. . We decided to ask about a new roof as well and offered to do an assessment right then. He came back with a quote within 20 mins, and dang if that wasn't a great one, too! We ended up signing the contract for a new roof right then. No pressure, just plenty of explanations and information. He's a lovely man to deal with and wonderful at his job. We are expecting installation of both roof and gutters in the next 2-3 weeks. We will review with pictures once complete. Wonderful experience so far.

I recently worked with Bachmans on my roofing project, and the experience with Eric Boyer was exceptional. Eric's professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The install crew did an amazing job too. We were blown away that we were able to get a high end quality roof installed just 3 days after signing the contract. I highly recommend Eric and his team at Bachmans.

Eric Boyer arrived at our house right on the schedule time which to us was important. He explained was he was going to do. He did it. Came in and sat down and went over everything with us. After he was done, we were going to get other estimates but we felt we didn't need to. He was very informative and not pushy. He was very helpful and nice.

I had Bachmans come and do my gutters. They installed my roof 2 years prior and did a great job. They came through once again. My gutters can now handle heavy storms with no problem and are no longer leaking at every corner.

Their customer service is second to none. Will, my project manager went out of his way to find my odd sizes pvc connectors to finish the job properly. He also gave me his cell phone number, which made it extremely easy to schedule and reschedule in the hectic winter months.They are a great and very responsive company. I highly recommend.

Overall excellent experience with the entire team! From the 1st walk thru with Aaron and then finalizing with Marci. All through the process Marci was available and supportive as needed. Post installation there was a minor issue and as expected they were on site within a few hours. From start to finish and even later Bachman's is there for us. Thank you Aaron, Marci and the Bachman's team!

We definitely recommend this company for shingled roofing. The experience leading up to the roof replacement was comfortable and every person associated with the project was knowledgeable and highly personable. Any questions we had as homeowners were answered timely and meaningfully. Prices were comparable to other quotes, provided the most value for the cost, and unit costs for additional work that might have been needed were clearly stated (example, extra sheets on our garage roof).

We do, however, have some feedback/constructive comments for the company and things to be aware of for future buyers: 1) Consider tarping or removing items directly under the roofing area including crawl spaces if you have gaps in your existing roof that require shingle removal. This clean-up was difficult in storage areas and could have been minimized with the correct planning. 2) Request a thorough inspection of the roof be made by Bachman personnel after installation. We discovered a few issues on our own that should have been noticed and taken care of prior to final payment. All was taken care of by Bachman’s without issue, but we would be more satisfied if we hadn’t discovered them upon our own investigation.

I had a great experience working with Karl and Kevin. They were extremely professional and completely explained how the process would go. They were very knowledgeable about the products being used for the job and had an estimate for me quickly. I’m a stickler for finish work and neatness and I was not disappointed with the finished product!

Kevin and the team came out and inspected our roof, drip edges and facia. Hands down they were so professional it was refreshing. They were on time for our appointment, they didn’t keep us longer than they needed to and they answered all of our questions and made everything easy to understand. I can't express enough positivity and gratitude for the team at Bachman Roofing and our experience with them. They were quick to schedule an estimate... Josh was top-of-the-line when it came to customer service and explaining the process and recommendations -- not pushy, very personable and knowledgeable. He was gracious with his time and would respond to our questions promptly. The roofers were on-time, efficient, and respectful of us and our property. As a first-time homebuyer, knowing that we needed a roof replacement was daunting, but their team made it as stress-free (as it could have been).

This is a great company. Kevin, Travis and Karl are the greatest. I had my house totally resided with Hardie Board siding and even per the siding rep from Hardie who were on site three times they stated that this was one of the top five best jobs they've ever seen as far as installation goes. They also did some other work for me which was nothing but professional. I'm going to say the siding team of Vincente and his workers we're the greatest. They love life, they love their jobs, they work exceptionally hard, are trustworthy and they did excellent work. I am totally satisfied and would recommend this company. They stood by their word and even the cleanup and detail followup was excellent.

I had an excellent experience with the staff at Bachmans twice. I have dealt with Kevin getting everything set up. The one thing I want to express is that the company stands by their word. Kevin is such an amazing employee there and his personality and kindness doesn't go unnoticed. We has roof and new gutters placed on our home. I highly recommend this company. .

My solar had not worked for years, which was discovered after my husband’s death. Kristi and Justin were so kind and thorough as they performed all of the detective work to track down the problem, connect me with the right help, and explain terms with me so I could do what was needed on my end. Turned out no service visit was needed and they charged me nothing for all of their time and expertise. Amazing team and service values of this company.

I had Bachman's install a Quiet cool attic fan to help remove heat from our attic. The work crew were very efficient and neat in the installation and made sure the fan operated before leaving the job site. Josh phoned to make sure we were satisfied with the entire instillation process. We would recommend Bachman's for any roofing needs.

I manage over 28 hoas/condominiums made up of over 1000 homes, and my 'go to' is bachman roofing. The company will complete 3 roof replacements at 2 of my 28 before May is out, and the workmanship is outstanding and the prices are more than fair. Also, I call on them just about every day to address leaks at a number of homes from Greensburg to Butler and all places in between, and they respond to me the same day, and repairs are always done within 24 hours of my request. This company gets my HIGHEST recommendation.

After I got my roof redone, my friend reached out to ask who I used. She was having a lot of issues with her roof. I told her about Bachman's, and to my surprise they had another location here!! I referred her to them and she was so happy that they got everything finished with her roof super fast. I can't recommend them enough, they're amazing!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company. We had been having some problems with leaks coming from our roof and soffit. Contractors came out several times to examine the problem, break down possible routes of repair, and (best of all) explain fully what our options were. They made recommendations but never in a way that felt pressured, and made sure we understood all of our options. Josh in particular did a fantastic job of explaining things and was very patient and informative when we called with follow-up questions.

The workmen that came to do the job were polite, professional, and did an absolutely stellar job. The new roof looks lovely (and works great, too). Such a great experience. Will be looking to Bachman's again for any future work.

We had shutters installed on our second story windows today, as well as some minor roof repairs. Bachman’s had a great selection of shutter styles and colors, adding to our home’s curb appeal. From sales to installers, we found Bachman’s to be professional, reasonably priced and timely. We look forward to our future roofing projects that we have scheduled with them.

My initial review was 2 years ago, had to call Bachman's again for another leak. Brett came and inspected the roof. Upon completion he gave me my options, just like last time with Kevin, there was no sales pressure. But unlike last time, I have decided to replace the roof as opposed to just having the leaking area repaired (due to the age of the roof 22 years). Brett was very professional and clear in his explanation of the current issues, and then with the process of what replacing the roof entails.

I had selected another Pittsburgh area Roofing Company for some roof and siding repairs. But, due to lead time, I decided to contact Bachman's. After the initial visit and discussion with Kevin, I decided to use them. The other company was a reputable Pitt firm, but Kevin made all the difference. He made me feel comfortable with what needed to be done, without me feeling that I was being giving a sales job. His honesty and sincerity closed the deal.
Now that the job is complete, I know I made the right decision. Alex and his team just left, and they were exceptional to deal with. He walked me through what they were doing and showed me why they needed to do it.
I will not hesitate to use Bachman's again in a few years, when my roof needs replaced.
