When providing the roofing quote ahead of time Arsh promised to provide the roofing manufacturer’s product warranty which is one of the reasons I contracted with him. He and his crew showed up on time and installed my torch-on roof and flashing within 3 days. When finished, he did not have a copy of the warranty with him, but promised to email it to me that night. Accepting his word, I paid him in full. He has since never provided the warranty and all texts, phone calls and emails to him have been ignored. I managed to get through to him once by borrowing a phone with a number he didn’t recognize. Again he promised to send it following the call, but never did. The work done appears acceptable (no leaks yet ), but have to question why he refuses to provide the warranty. Did he use a different product or did the application not meet the manufacturer’s spec?? His continued ghosting of calls and emails makes it obvious he also will not stand behind his workmanship if future problems arise. I do not recommend!

Baaz Roofing was referred to my by my Refrigeration guy to do a commercial roof for me. I contacted four different companies and had three quotations including Baaz Roofing. The one quotation was way over than the others. Before, deciding to give the job to Mr. Arsh from Baaz roofing, I did a google search and found out that some reviews were concerning. I decided to contact my Refrigeration guy. He said that Baaz roofing has done many projects for him, and none has any issues. After, discussing my concern with Mr. Arsh, he assured me that the job will be done based on professionalism and to my satisfaction. The whole job was almost done in three days. He had crew of 7 people. During the whole process, Mr. Arsh was making sure that the crew was doing everything right. The job was done the area was clean before they left. Thank you Arsh, and I would definitely recommend Baaz roofing.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
