A great company that helped us from start to finish and then some, they were very on time with everything and they helped with everything

I had a really simple issue - replacing an attic vent that squirrels had chewed through. I called, their guy stopped by the next day and fixed it.

While looking into roofing material, BA Roofing went above and beyond to help us out despite not being an active client at the time. They are extremely product knowledgeable and put clients first, a trait that is unfortunately difficult to come by. After interacting with them, I would trust their quality and service!

Blake and crew came in and did a fantastic repair job on my rubber roof after a tree fell on it. They came quickly and finished the job in no time for a very fair price. I would highly recommend their service!

Judging off all the other 5 star reviews, I was expecting my experience to be great with BA Roofing, but I didn't have the same experience sadly. I contacted Blake back in April, and he came out right away and took a look at my roof and explained everything thoroughly to me. He was very nice and it seemed like a good fit. I contacted insurance and Blake was kind enough to send photos to them, for them to write my claim.

Something after that changed. I waited 4 months for them to come out to take roof samples. They never, not once called me back to tell me an update. I had to be the one to call, and the woman in the office was so nice but didn't know much. Blake never called me back ever. I was so fed up by month 6 not hearing anything from them that I decided to take my business elsewhere, but I needed them to come put back the roof tiles that they took as samples.

I tried calling for weeks but continuously got placed on hold. I emailed Blake multiple times and never heard back. I had to scour the internet to find Blake's phone number and left him a message.

I understand if a company is busy and has bigger projects to work on. But if I've been in communication with you for months, I would appreciate updates along the way — good or bad.

It’s funny he responds and says he contacted me shortly after, but this was not the case. The last thing I had heard was samples were still off getting tested. Possible communication error on their part.

Blake and his crew did a fantastic, professional job installing our new roof and gutters! We had some shingles fall off and called BA to come out to help us.
Blake came out right away. We were very pleased with their promptness.
Their process from start to finish was seamless with no issues. The workers were knowledgeable, polite, and neat. The timeline was meet without issues. They cleaned the project site very well. The final product was amazing. Blake walked us through the process with his in depth experience, care and kindness.
Our new roof looks beautiful and is a big improvement from our previous roof. The gutter system they designed and installed is working great too! I highly recommend them!

Update: not long after this post I was finally given a response that my project was too small and then they gave my contact information to someone else without my consent.

Called their office for an estimate on a project, was given a few options for times and dates and picked a time that wasn't at the end of the day. When that day and time came and went I got a text from Blake asking if I was free the following day because they were running behind at an existing project. I told them it was absolutely fine and I'd be available the following day like they asked for the entire afternoon. The following day came and Blake still didn't show up and then stopped responding to the messages from the previous day.

Great experience working with BA Roofing. Blake and his team worked with me through an insurance claim. Given supply chain issues in 2021 and Minnesota weather, replacing my siding, windows and removing ugly orange brick from the front of my house and replacing it with an updated siding and ledgestone look, took longer than normal, But Blake stayed in touch keeping me informed as supplies came in and his various crews were scheduled and completed the work. He also stopped out frequently to review his crews work. On one trip he identified An issue when gutters were dropped to replace the facia, and that crew had damaged the roofing. Blake identified and corrected the situation, replacing the damaged shingles at no cost to me. Overall Blake advised me well and kept his promises. He also estimated well and billed what he quoted. I highly recommend the BA Roofing team!

I had Blake out to look at my roof for a leak and possibly a roof replacement. He looked at the roof form inside and out. Then he informed me that I didn't need a roof yet just a small repair that he was able and willing to do on the spot. He was honest and knowledgeable. I will call him again when the time comes.

Blake is really great to work with. He is the real deal. He says what he can do and will follow thru from start to finish, and then some. Very refreshing. Blake was the only person of the 3 roofers we called to climb a ladder and inspect everything. We needed a new roof and gutters and I'm happy to say that we got a great roof installed and new gutters that look and work great.

What started as roof repair ended, thankfully, with roof replacement. I would not have know how to navigate the insurance and roofing system without the care and guidance from Blake and his staff. The roofing workers were absolutely exceptional in their efficiency, cleanliness of work area, and care of the individuals in (and out) of the home. Highly recommend, and am very grateful for their, and Blake's service.

Jay and the BA team were life savers when my company ran into a snag that was out of our scope. They handled the insect damage as quickly as humanly possible, coordinated with the City of Minneapolis (which is no small task), and communicated flawlessly throughout! We had a professional and courteous experience with our roof inspection from BA Roofing after some recent storms and were relieved to hear that we did NOT receive roof damage. (Our neighbor's roof also cleared their inspection.) So good to know you can receive an honest answer from those whose livelihood depends on replacing roofs! We had storm damage on our aging roof and our insurance company had denied our claim when just about every neighbor on the street got a new roof from the storm damage. Years later I had another roofing company attempt to work with my insurance company, also to no avail. When a representative from this company approached me wanting to work with my insurance, I was very reluctant and told them I didn't want to go through the process again, not at all! They told me they would handle everything with the insurance company and to my surprise were able to get insurance money, with next to no work on my part. That in and of itself seemed like a miracle at that point, then add to that highly professional service during the construction itself and an absolutely beautiful roof! Very ethical people you can trust. I highly recommend working with this company.
