This is the second time Ben’s company has replaced our roof after a storm. He worked extremely hard with the insurance company to make sure we got the right product and pricing. I’ve recommended him to numerous people and will always call him for my construction or roofing needs.

I was visiting my son in Florida when a neighbor told me we had a big storm in Iowa and some shingles were blown off of my roof. I texted Ben at BD Gossman Construction and he immediately went to my home and secured the roof so there wouldn't be any more damage done to the exposed area. Fast Forward...The roofing crew just finished with my roof, they were fast, polite, cleaned everything up well and I am very pleased with the result. I had window screens also damaged and those are being repaired as I type this, next will be the gutters. I love that I can contact BD Gossman Construction and have all of my home repair needs taken care of in a quality, quick and cost effective way. I will always use Ben for exterior home repair, thanks Ben!

B D Gossman Construction did a great job for us. Ben met with insurance adjuster on site and took care of all communications with them. They were able to fix the damage to our porch, tear off and re shingle the roof and replace the gutters in a very reasonable amount of time. We highly recommend this company.

Had hail damage from storms last year. Insurance came out and offered what seemed ‘alright’ numbers for the repairs.
Ben came out, and quickly found more than the insurance guy had, and got the ENTIRE job done. Turns out, insurance was only going to put up about 1/3 of what needed done. Thanks to Ben, I got the new roof I needed, as well as gutters, and I paid the same amount for my deductible either way!

The job was done very well, everything looks great, and the new workmanship is certainly better than the old workmanship! I will happily vouch for BD Gossman Construction!

Ben helped us win a 5 year battle with our insurance to get our roof replaced. He came met with the adjuster for the inspection and fought for us by pointing out the issues we’ve been fighting over. He got us upgraded to architectural shingles, saving us on our insurance premium. His crew replaced the roof in one day, taking excellent care to clean up all the nails and debris. And Ben took care of all the documentation including the warranty. It was the easiest transaction and the professionalism was top notch from all parties.

BD Gossman Construction was terrific helping replace my hail damaged roof. I worked directly with Ben Gossman to understand the insurance aspect and he walked me through the claim process. Once that was done, his crew did a magnificent job removing and replacing the roof and the entire gutter system. The work was fast and efficient - and Ben made sure I was happy with the results. You will enjoy working with Ben and be pleased with their outstanding service.
