Paul and his crew did a great job and got all the work done within 3 days (including garbage pickup), I would recommend Paul's services for roofing, also his quote compared to other large roofing companies was also quite competitive. All work was done as promised.

I recently moved into a new place with an original 25+ year-old cedar roof, and my experience with Paul from B Cheema Roofing has been GOOD overall. Paul provided a competitive quote and started immediately on the project. With a sizeable team at his disposal and conveniently located nearby, Paul visited the site frequently, overseeing the progress.

One aspect that particularly stood out was Paul's recommendation of GAF shingles, known for their durability. Paul shared a link to warranty of 20 years for these GAF shingles.. Additionally, Paul offered a 10-year workmanship warranty to address any potential issues down the line, further instilling confidence in the quality of his work.

Throughout the project, Paul and his team put aside the waste/debris and arranged for waste removal from the site twice during the project.

That being said, there was a minor issue regarding some metal flashings that were pulled out while installing roof but weren't placed back to their original position/condition. While Paul mentioned that the chimney specialists would handle it, this remains the only visible flaw in an otherwise satisfactory job. I would have appreciated if he arranged for it to be fixed in the agreed cost or mentioned it up front while giving a quote.

Overall, I am pleased with the outcome and grateful for Paul's expertise and post installation support promise for 10 years.

I am extremely satisfied with B cheema roofing service. I recently had them replaced my roof. It was a very smooth process from getting the quote till te roof replacement process. Paul gave one of the best quotes out of 7 roofers I have contacted. He also gave an option to freeze the quote for a year for 10 percent deposit. It helped me a lot as I got the quote last year and didn't have the full money to cover the entire cost at that time. They finished the job in 2 days this year. The whole team was really good and took a lot of safety measures while doing the job. I strongly recommend Paul and his team for any roofing work.

Our Roof was a cedar to shingle conversion with hidden gutters; we started in January calling roofing companies.

A friend of ours contacted B Cheema Roofing; they check out the company but did not use Cheema Roofing, as he used a Roofer, he had a deal with in the past. While we had three offers for the conversion from cedar to the CertainTeed Landmark’s Presidential sake shingle LT, we found them very similar in price.
However, Paul Cheema was very much on top of his offer. I have signed an “all-inclusive contract,” including replacement of some weathered and deteriorate Fascia board; this was in the end replaced as part of the contract. We have hidden gutter here we needed to put down “Can stick,” to get better drainage, this was an unknown and extra cost.
As this was a large job, it took 11 days; Paul was very much involved. He supervised the unloading - and loading of the materials on the Roof, which made me feel, we had chosen the right contractor as this was a complicated procedure and a big job. The foreman of the Crew, Mr. Akish, and his three helpers worked very hard, he certainly knows his craft, and we have nothing but praise for the team. I had spent time watching CertainTeed’s web video and YouTube on the installation of the had a good idea of what to expect.
The job turned out better than we had anticipated, with good materials, solid Roof.

In summary, we are very pleased with the job, quality materials, dictated and hardworking crew and the Roof looks great.
