Stefano is the best in the bee removal business, hands down. We’ve collaborated a few times. He’s wonderfully patient and professional, answers all the questions, and he clearly cares about the bees and making sure they are re-established successfully. Highly recommend.

Take the time to talk to me and explain my situation. I called numerous companies and nobody was willing to come out or even answer the phone. This company answer the phone, and was willing to explain to me and look at pictures. To help me gain knowledge of my situation.

Stefano is amazing. We had a big, scary bee swarm outside -- and then inside -- our house. He guided us through how to get through it with minimal hassle and correctly predicted it would be over in a couple of days. And charged us nothing! He's great and I strongly recommend him.

Stefano (and Bill Castro) came to help remove honeybees that were nesting just beyond the insulation in our 12-foot ceiling. Stefano was very communicative and thoroughly explained (and assured us!) on what to expect throughout the entire process, from consultation to extraction. On the day of the removal, they were extremely courteous and respectful of our home. They brought a bunch of drop cloths to cover our floors, and Stefano brought extras and covered our furniture with care. We are a shoes-off home, and they were respectful of this even when they were working. They also taped painter's plastic from the ceiling to the floor to contain the dust and bees. Stefano's quote for the work was both reasonable and accurate, and I would absolutely recommend Stefano to anyone seeking help with honeybee removals.

A+ service! We had a great experience with Stefano. We discovered recently that honeybees were building a hive in the crawlspace above our bedroom. Stefano and his assistant rehomed the hive, and our bedroom did not look any worse for the wear at all! He had to cut a hole into the ceiling in our bedroom to get to the hive, then he removed the hive, captured the queen and patched up the hole in the ceiling. He left our place spotless, removed the hive efficiently and humanely, and was very communicative. Would highly recommend him if you ever encounter a bee situation in your home! Price was reasonable, he and his assistant arrived on time, and it was an overall great experience.

I contacted Stephano, the local bee removal guy. He was very helpful in helping me determine what type of bees I had and how to handle them. He saved me hundreds of dollars that I would of paid an exterminator!

Stefano was amazing! He is so knowledgeable and willing to share all he knows. We had honey bees in our exterior bathroom fan vent. He took one look & knew they had selected a space too small for them. He said give it a day or so & likely they’ll leave. Stefano came to rescue my mailbox from a very large swarm of honey bees this week. The swarm was approximately 40,000 bees and had attached itself to my mailbox while I was out. Stefano is amazing, gently moving the bees to the temporary hive he brought with him. It was a several-hour-long process but he patiently coaxed every bee into the hive where he had placed the queen.

Stefano came out to my place in DC to look at a bee problem in my roof joists. He explained his process and the work he does including costs/timeframe/etc. and used his heat sensitive camera to locate the hive. After further examination, he determined the insects were actually yellow jackets. He explained to me they would almost certainly not reuse the nest and advised me to wait until winter to see if they left. He did not charge me for the consult since they didn’t turn out to be honeybees and they did not need to be removed even though he generously shared his expertise. Thank you, Stefano.

Stefano maintains an excellent bee removal service. I regularly refer my pest control clients to him, since we do not do bee removal services ourselves. He is always punctual and prompt and finds creative ways to remove the colony while saving the queen and her workers whenever possible to add to his own bee colonies, since he is also a beekeeper.
