Excellent service from Brian! I had an underground water leak on a 200 foot line that had no obvious water standing above ground. Brian used his knowledge and technology to locate the leak. It was under a driveway and he was able to get me within 18 to 24 inches of where a tree root had stretched water lines creating pinhole leaks. I would choose this company again; but hopefully won’t need his services!
Our plumber told us our leak was underneath the house and concrete would have to be removed to repair it. We called Bryan at AZ Thermal Vision and he was able to pinpoint the leak in the back yard. No concrete was damaged. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Brian was extremely thorough, detailed and responsive through the whole process. A very professional, skilled and caring man. I personally love this technology for proving to contractors that not only does the issue in fact exist, but where the leaking and damage has occurred. I have already recommended him to a few friends.
