The company did a great job sending a crew out quickly for our free estimate then once we signed getting us on the schedule quickly as well. Overall process from scheduling the estimate to completion was about 1 week.

It is really rare today to find company's like AZ Roofing Works. We hired them to do an extension of our patio that our house builder refused to do. Part of this project was going to be DIY and the other part needed to be professionally done. Not only were they fast and finished ahead of schedule in a couple of days, but they were THOUSANDS less than most other companies that quoted the same job.

Austin and Terry were fantastic to work with and we could not be more pleased with hiring this company. They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them for any of your building needs.

I would highly recommend this company for your roof repair! We received multiple quotes for our roof and felt like AZ Roofing Works was honest and fair in their estimate. From start to finish, they were easy to work with and accommodated our needs (as an example, we asked for during/after photos... we expected maybe a handful of photos but they sent us 83 pictures that made us feel like we were on the roof with them during the installation). I know that our roof isn't too far off from needing a full replacement and when that time comes, I absolutely intend to give them a call again.

Tanner Broadbent was my estimator and he gave us a fantastic quote. Then Antonio and his team came and did the tear off and installation of our new shingle roof. Not only was Antonio fast but he was efficient. Our roof looks absolutely beautiful. So grateful to this wonderful company!!!

Back in 2017, after getting 3 quotes, I chose AZ Roofing Works. They were ‘t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive. What set them apart was their professionalism, customer service, and their expertise. They installed a new roof (using my old shingles), replaced quite a few eaves, and put down new layers. I was very impressed. Fast forward 5 years later in 2022, my roof is leaking in the garage after a big storm and I don’t know why. My husband notices that the front entrance eaves are water damaged. I don’t immediately assume it’s their fault because there could be a number of reasons for the leak. We just want it fixed, whether it’s under warranty or not. I called AZ Roofing Works again and they had an inspector come out THE SAME DAY!!! :) Then, their expert roofer came out maybe 2 days later, and within less than a week, they repaired my roof — FREE OF CHARGE. The customer service, scheduling, and work ethic is phenomenal. AZ Roofing Works is the only roofing company I will ever use because they were FAST, AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL, and ORGANIZED!!! Stellar customer experience!!! You will not be disappointed.

Will try to up SALE you by telling you the entire roof needs to be repaired for $5,300 when it passed inspection for only 800 dlls!! Of Course every Inspection would recommend a NEW roof! People be ware! take your time and get at least 3 Quote. always get on roof with inspector do NOT just trust pictures.

Went out to Maricopa for my clients who are looking at purchasing a home and did a foundation inspection to ensure there were no issues! Squeezed us in on a tight timeline and will definitely be using these guys for any future inspections and projects!

The roofers that AZ Roofing Works employs are exceptional and work tirelessly to complete the job. I would really have liked to give the business 5 stars but for some reason they did not order enough shingles to complete the work in 2 days and had to finish up on the 3rd day. Not sure why they did not come out and measure the roof in order to get an accurate assessment of how many shingles were needed. I also would like to say that the price is very competitive and is better than most other roofing companies. The work was completed today, September 29, 2021 and again I cannot emphasize enough how excellently the roofers worked to complete the work.

Very good experience start to finish. When I called to schedule, the woman I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and understood and respected the very short time-frame I was working with. Aaron arrived at the scheduled time and was very helpful and informative and was able to provide me with a detailed quote within hours of the initial inspection. He was able to speak "roof" to me in regular people words, which was much appreciated and put me at ease about the needed repairs.

When purchasing our first home AZ Roofing Works was hired to perform a roof inspection and failed miserably. The roof on the house we purchased has a low slope and should not have shingles, a basic observation for any credible roofer but far too much to ask for AZ Roofing Works. They were paid thousands to seal some penetrations in the roof that have found multiple leaks in those same spots since their “workmanship” was complete. Three other companies came out after multiple issues with continued leaks and easily identified we had the wrong kind of roof and that AZ Roofing Works should have identified during inspection. Despite continued complaints and recognition themselves the slope of our roof should not have shingles on it, AZ Roofing Works has fought to not replace our roof properly. We have given up and gone with a much more reputable company due to the lack of integrity and workmanship of AZ Roofing Works. Beware of doing any sort of business with this company, they will go out of their way not to do the right thing when push comes to shove.

AZ Roofing Works did an amazing job! From the time of initial discussions through the completion of work, I also knew what was going on a new the initial estimate was completely accurate. They actually finished the job early and didn’t damage anything on the outside of our home. Thank you!

AZ Roofing Works added an indoor/outdoor fireplace (where there was nothing), with amazing custom details. Stone surround and custom mantel outside and black shiplap, custom tile and a custom mantel inside. The finished product exceeded my expectations! It's amazing!

Based on what I saw I won't be doing business with them if I need it. I just saw them throw out a McDonald's bag out thier window onto the side of the street. I'm sure that there is a trash can at thier next stop or back at the office. That was disgusting and doesn't help our city that is trying to grow.

AZ Roofing was quick to come out and give me an estimate and scheduled the repair in a timely manner. I liked the report of service completed, with photos of the work.

Other than a touch of spill over, that is easily cleaned up, these guys/gals are number one! I will be coming back to them for years to come (because I see some other spots that need addressing :) ).

Austin came out and evaluated my client's roofing issue and had a crew out crew out the next day! Fast, fantastic work. I couldn't have had a better experience. Some of the damage was caused by the solar company. He called and got them to admit responsibility, and pay their share of the repair cost! I am a Realtor and use them exclusively because of service like this!

I highly recommend AZ Roofing Works for roof replacement. They arrived to work exactly as they said they would, cleaned up each day before leaving, completed the job in three days, and were very respectful throughout the process. I ended up with a beautiful roof and a new 10" tubular skylight. My only problem was that I had a reverse mortgage and HUD was difficult to deal with, but AZ Roofing Works was willing to work with me on getting payment.

AZ Roofing Works were responsive to a time sensitive project. They went above and beyond to do a great job in a very timely manner.

Very easy company to work with. Paperwork was done online and roof crew was professional and friendly. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to and did an excellent job. Roof looks great. Cost was slightly lower than other quotes we received and they did not charge for any extras. Great experience and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them.

My house has a covered patio that was built by the original builder. The builder screwed up the drainage from the patio roof and the water was coming into the patio rather than outside the patio. I asked AZ Roofing Works to repair it. They recommended replacing the entire roof as this would give me the best warranty. They came on time and finished on time. The Workers were polite as were the supervisors. I would use this service again.

The first parts of this process were okay. I made an appointment and Craig came out and took a look. I received the quote later that afternoon. I felt the quote was on the high side due to the fact that two others were half the price for the same work. I followed up with an email saying so and I also asked a question. I have not heard back since. Sadly I cannot offer any opinion on the quality of actual work, because it never got that far, but I do have opinion when I don't get a response. My main point is; always get multiple quotes.

Good company to work with. We had 2 issues over the years with our new roof and Austin came out to take care of it and sent some of his best people to resolve our issue. Highly recommend because they guarantee their work and follow through.

I wanted to give 5 stars because of the amazing follow-up that Craig had from original quote to after the work was completed. The only reason I didn't was because sub-contractors actually doing the work were cutting corners on material used and jobs to be performed. Luckily I was watching and found out half way through the job. Craig jumped in and made them start over and do the job correctly. Afterward, another supervisor (?) came to inspect the "finished" job. He found something else that the work crew had missed and spent several more hours correcting the situation. I never would have known that it was wrong, so I give MUCH CREDIT to Craig and the supervisors at AZ Roofing Works for being totally honest and making it right even though they didn't have to.

AZ Roofing works came out to my project home and gave me an honest bid, but also took the time to explain the process of repairing silicone roofing to me and the steps involved in the repair. Thanks again for another job well done.

Very disappointed in our roof inspection. The home inspection company called Az Roofing to come do our roof inspection. The home owners also had this company come do a second inspection. Turns out the first person was a "rookie" with only one day on the job as verified by Austin the lead roofer. He said entire roof needs repair, needing underlayment tile replacement and storm collars. The second person who inspected the same roof had a totally different take on it, just needing a few tiles and a few patches. Roof will be "fine" for 5 more years. This company has put our home purchase in jeopardy and in our eyes has little credibility left. People base their financial decisions and terms of negotiation on how the inspection is done. There is a $9000 difference in the 2 inspections. No thanks to your company we may miss out on the home of our dreams.

Just moved here and found Flat Roof flooded my 2 upstairs bathrooms. My daughter gave me Austin’s name. The company not only fixed my roof quickly and at a fair price....they also sent someone to fix 2 bathroom ceilings.
That renovation team also worked diligently and was included in price. My children have also now gotten estimates and are also happy with estimates. They now have 3 additional customers!!!!!

My experience of those that have posted negative reviews for any business, are those who are combative, rude, condescending and have unrealistic expectations. Az Roofing are top notch!

UPDATE. So they stop answering my calls and they also stop answering the BBB calls. So now there’s no way I can get my money back from this company. If you decide to use this company make sure it’s in the paper that they are fixing a water leak not just the tiles. We didn’t know that they were going to just replace the tiles and not fix the water leaks that we had. Every time we had bad rain the roof would leak. 4 times trying to Fix the same water leaks and now the manager is saying that they didn’t know the roof had a water leak when from the beginning that was the whole reason I called. I even showed them the water damage it created and now they are pretending they never heard about it or seen it. Now I’m stuck with a bad roof leak and trying to find a company that fixes water leaks and not just checks if the tiles are good or not. We will be contacting the better business bureau about this.

Horrible company. I had my roof completely re-done before moving into it 2 years ago. I called to let them know my roof was leaking heavily both in a bedroom and in the kitchen. I was informed that my 2 year warranty was expired by about 30 days. I was told that they would call me back and let me know what they could do. No phone call back and my issue is just being ignored. This company did sub-par work and wants to get out of doing the repairs on a technicality of 30 days. I new roof should not leak after just 2 short years.

I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Craig had given me a quote on a roof repair and when I tried to contact him back about completing the repair, I couldn't get a hold of him. Called, texted and emailed him and no answer. He was quick to come, take pictures and get me a quote but after that he failed to follow up with me and schedule the repairs.

Very difficult to get a hold of and especially when they need to come back and take care of very shotty work it has been crickets... I’ve been very cool and have given ample time... but still to no resolve. First crew that came over left plenty of trash and do never ask these gentlemen to do any sort of fascia work! Next I ended up with I guessed about $750 of over ordered material.... not good, not happy at all. It’s been over a month and the only response I’ve received is when I’ve hounded them. Hopefully this will get their attention. Sorry for anyone else that had this same experience.

It has still been another couple weeks I had a guy come over(last minute without any real prior notice just about an hour) put some putty on miters and left still no follow up. I’m getting ready to just finish job myself so very disappointed and unhappy. Seems like no pride in work at all! Just a quick blow and go! This is who sunrun uses for roofing repairs!

After the roof was complete, TONS of debris littered the entire area. It took quite awhile to clean up. They also stole our garden rake and we were promised that they would either return it or credit us for a new one. They also promised to follow up with us about it to ensure it was corrected. The roofers ended up leaving, having not returned our rake, and instead left us an EXTREMELY cheap leaf rake instead. We were never contacted to see if the matter had been resolved. Do NOT go with this company.

I did not realize the repair was so insignificant my property management people recommended this company we were selling the house the property inspector found this. $350 for a 10 minute job I wish I knew I I am in anthem they are from mesa. so I guess we paid for their travel never use them again
