I am 27 years old and currently navigating the home buying process for the first time. As a newcomer, there's a lot of information to absorb, and naturally, I don't have all the answers. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been disappointing. After a phone call where I sought advice and information, I overheard the staff talking negatively, thinking they had hung up. This behavior is incredibly unprofessional and disheartening, especially when dealing with such an important and stressful process. I expected better treatment and respect as a customer and first-time homebuyer.

My inspection was quick, resonably priced, and the report was thorough. All communication was timely and I was kept up to date during the entire process. I appreciate that they also included additional information on how to care for the property due to is proximity to the ocean. I would highly recommend Ayuso Inspections.

Carlos is a very experienced inspector and very helpful with understanding the results of his inspection. I was on a tight timeline for inspection which I would recommend adding more time in purchase contracts for inspection. the Inspection report takes 5-7 business days to make. It is not a simple checklist; it is a more comprehensive report. Mine was close to 100 pages. In the end, Carlos worked over the weekend to meet my deadline. I almost took a star away due to the long time it took to get the report, but once I received the report, I understood the long timeline to create it. I would use Ayuso inspection again and would add 3 weeks for inspection to my purchase agreements going forward, 2 weeks is too tight.

Working with Ayuso Inspection Co was great. They were responsive, detailed and exceeded all of our expectations. They are a professional and experienced company. Edwin, our inspector, was right on time, thorough, knowledgeable, approachable and very considerate. He is bilingual and answered our questions. He delivered his detailed report on time.
