I had a pretty bad leak on my roof and Shantel helped calm.me down and let me know everything will be just fine. Too bad Google doesn't allow 10 stars!! Super job by the folks at Axis. On time, on budget. They were referred to me by my insurance company and you know how picky they can be. . . From tearoff to final inspection it was just 48 hours. Their on-site project managers and roof crews kept things as clean as possible, putting in 12 hour days . . in July!! July 2025. Special shoutout to Rosie/Shantel/Stacy who kept the insurance paperwork moving too.

From making the appointment to completing my roof repairs, everything was top notch and professional. I highly recommend Axis and their whole staff.

Justin Hall came to inspect and he caulked some flashing and cleaned a valley of debris. He is going to find one replacement tile and return with it. Great job and best recommendation for an honest roofer. Will call again for any roofing needs

They showed up on time for appointments, made efforts to meet me at my house to show me samples and talk through details, and helped through options when we had to make some last minute changes due to my HOA. Jason and Ammon were good communicators and followed through when they said they would get something taken care of.

The crew arrived on time, worked diligently and completed the project within the promised timeframe. Plus, there a contractual misunderstanding resulted in the omission of bird stop installation. Jimmy with Axis Roofing is great! Always answers my emails in a timely matter. Provides me with a date and time of when the tech is scheduled to head out to the building. Follows up with a report that includes pictures of their findings, so helpful!
