I'm happy to recommend AWS Roofing. Marvin made me confident in the work that was going to be done. When the crew showed up they went straight to work without having to be told what to do. They worked hard from sunup to sundown all three days they were here. Cleanup was very good too. I also feel like the price was very fair.

I am very satisfied with the roof installation. I had four estimates for this project. Although the estimate that Bob Malanga from AWS Roofing wasn't the lowest I received, I liked what Bob suggested and felt that going with a reputable local roofer that had been in business for years was the direction I preferred. To my amazement the installation was completed in one day. I also liked that the Vice President Marvin Powers, personally appeared to check on the project numerous times. They had a large crew working on this project, but every person knew what they were to do. It truly was a well oiled machine. The final inspection was completed and all was per code. The property was protected from nails & debris with tarps and final clean up included magnetic sweeps for any nails etc. AWS gets a 5 star rating from this customer.

Very professional service and within promised timeframe. this is the 3rd roof we had done by AWS and it won't be the last one. Very reliable and trustworthy company.

The crew did a fantastic job on the new roof. They arrived early in the morning and stayed into the late afternoon to complete the job in two days.
They repaired a few areas that needed attention, and the work was outstanding.

I am very happy. They came when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond. I have what would be called a difficult roof and I got over 15 estimates. Some companies gave very high quotes because they didn't want to do the job. AWS came in with a good price and had a great crew that worked all day and knew what they were doing. I knew that I had some rot that would need to be addressed. They repaired what was needed and didn't over charge. There have been some heavy rains since the new roof was installed and no leaks. I will definitely use them again and refer anyone that needs a roof.

We recently had to have our roof replaced due to our insurance company threatening to drop us! After much research, we chose AWS Roofing. From our first interaction with the office staff who scheduled having our quote done and assisted us in choosing colors, to the final cleanup day, AWS was top of game, professional, polite, helpful and efficient! About a week prior to our installation day, we noticed a damp spot in our back bedroom. We called AWS and they had someone out the very next morning to repair it at minimal charge. Working as a realtor for a client who used AWS for a new roof in 2016. I emailed after hours for info and had it at 8:17 the next morning. They did some repair work after a storm and were easy and communicated everything. Every person from AWS was polite professional and HELPFUL!!!

I would highly recommend AWS roofing. They came replaced a much needed roof, quickly and efficiently. I mostly loved that they filed the permit, and tool care of everything. And cleaned up afterwards. I am love with my new roof.

I had noticed water stains in my bathroom ceiling near my bathroom fan thinking I had a vent that was leaking. I called AWS and within 30 minutes they were here checking out my roof/ vents. I was quoted a great price for the replacement of my roof vent. I ended up in my attic the next day and called Bob back and we FaceTimed and my problem was resolved with him on FaceTime not needing a vent to be replaced. Sorry for rambling but thanks AWS Roofing you guys really saved me time and money!

Have used them personally and at our business. Couldn't believe how fast the job was done (big crew) and they stand behind their work. It was great working with them. We recommend AWS to friends all the time.

Totally impressed by how my job was handled. Original size of my barrel tiles were hard to find, but Randy found them and the job was completed in a professional manor, and cleanup was amazing. Very professional from start to finish.

I needed my metal roof replaced due to a material defect (AWS was not involved with the original defective material).

Good communication. Professional operation. Straight-forward estimate and competitive pricing. Showed up on time and the work proceeded quickly. All the the work was up to code and I don't have any concerns about leaks, but the final product was more "workman" quality than "master craftsman". The crews were certainly capable, but I never saw a supervisor actually get on the roof.

Faced with the same situation and pricing options, I'd hire them again. When I was bidding out the job, I received a quote from another contractor that confidently promised top-notch work...but the price was 20% more.

So if you're looking for a professional operation that provides quality work at a fair price, I recommend AWS. If you're seeking top-tier craftmanship and you're willing to pay for it, you might want to look elsewhere.

What a GREAT experience, we would recommend AWS Roofing without hesitation. When we purchased our home in NSB (2016) we didn’t know anyone and as luck would have it that we were introduced to AWS Roofing by our realtor. From day one, they took care of our repair needs and recently replaced our entire roof. Personally I wouldn’t use anyone else, every single person we’ve dealt with at AWS has always been courteous and professional. The installation team was excellent and our home has never looked better. In fact, we are looking into additional construction on our property and I wouldn’t consider anyone else to do the work.

I recently had my roof replace by AWS. My roof was in very bad shape. I had a reroof from years ago before I purchased my home. This caused a lot of damage to the structure of my roof. So I was scared, but I have to say the staff was amazing and helpful. The crew was punctual, professional and did an amazing job reconstructing my roof to make it brand new again. We can't say enough good things about AWS!!! The crew was here at the time promised and we are still in AWE at the work ethic and pride in the job they delivered. In 2 days they had the roof done and besides seeing the new shingles you would not know roofers were here. No trash left, all cleaned up each day and hauled away during and immediately after the job. Still yet to find a single roof nail in the yard :):)!! Very refreshing in today's environment to have a company over deliver on a customer's expectations!! Thanks again AWS.

AWS Roofing is the company you need to use they are honest and reliable with great workers. Tear off, dry in and new shingles in one day. They left my property spotless you wouldn’t know we had an etire roof replaced.

This company put my roof on 10 years ago. Since then we have had multiple leaks from the flat roof into the breakfast area. There was a new product put on that was supposed to be lifetime on the flat roof. They have come out several times and repaired and patched the areas. The last time they came out in August 2022 and repaired it and it leaked again. Somebody was supposed to come in September and meet my builder out here to see the new leak damage. Nobody showed up. I have called at least twice since. . Once the lady was supposed to get in touch with somebody and get back to me. The second time she sent me straight to the owners voicemail and I left a message. No response so that’s two times I’ve called with no response, and one time that he didn’t show up. I have also had a leak around the chimney since we’ve moved in. Nobody would help us with that either. I tried to be patient because I know everybody’s busy, but this is ridiculous now.

Update on my review from four months ago. They finally got back to me after calling my ex-husband several times not using my telephone number I left to call me instead. They sent a guy out and he looked at it and said he’d be back the next day to address the situation. I have yet to hear anything. That was four months ago. my flat roof is still leaking and has for 10 years. The product on it has a 20 year warranty. I have had to get in touch with a company in Orlando that deals with this kind of material and they are probably going to have to come rip it off and redo it at my expense. Obviously, AWS either does not know how to install this material or do not know how to do flat roofs. This is ridiculous and I’ve had it. I’m going to have to redo my ceiling in the breakfast room as well.

They were very efficient, on time…something I enjoyed was the comradery of the workers. They enjoyed working together..not complaining about the job, company or each other. They were all very pleasant, joking, etc..

The estimate was prompt and fair for the work, they showed up on time and completed work with quality. I would recommend this business to my family and neighbors.

Sent Jessica an email of the job, as requested by her, and have yet to hear back. Sent a follow up email....NOTHING !! Like many have said already "Guess they don't need the work".
Did a follow up call today. Got a different woman, Kim, to answer the phone. Sent Kim the same email I sent to Jessica. Let's see what happens.

Ok. Now you're talking out of both sides of your face. You said in your reply "We are not taking on any new construction". That's NOT what Jessica said. She said, "send us your plans", which I did. But nobody told me if "you were interested in bidding". You left me hanging for WEEKS, until I contacted Kim. You then responded, "if I FEEL, I had a negative EXPERIENCE"....I don't FEEL, I KNOW.

WOW! Before, during and after. AWS Roofing Services just replaced our old roof with a beautiful new roof. Friendly, knowledgeable crew. Clean up was great. Was cheaper than I expected. Very satisfied.

Outstanding!!!! Replaced an 8 yo roof after insurance claim validated. Very fair price, no surprises whatsoever, very good communications, friendly staff, hard working staff, and great attention to detail. I had AWS Roofing put a new roof on one of my duplexes. The price was fair, their crew is excellent. They were very well mannered and consistent in their work and mindful of a quality clean up. The complete job was finished in the time schedule. I would highly recommend them and I know I will be using them again in the future

AWS did an amazing job, at a great price and in a great time frame. Not only was their staff responsive, polite and helpful throughout the process. The workers did an amazing job, cleaned up nicely, and were polite as well. The foreman came to check on the job close to its completion and wasnt satisfied with how a particular piece came together, so he had his guys redo it. Thats something i have never seen from a contractor. That shows the quality and care that goes into the work we received from AWS. I would highly highly recommend them and will be using them for all future jobs.

Love the roof, and they were always very helpful in the office getting paperwork done. Price was reasonable and they worked quickly. We were finding some old roofing nails for a few weeks, but they did try to collect as many as they could find with their magnet. I would 100% use them again!

Amazing performance, and amazing staff. As with all jobs, you're going to run into some problems. With my job, we ran into massive problems; every piece of plywood on the entire house was compromised. Sonja in the office and the field manager immediately came up with a plan, helped me submit a supplemental claim with my insurance company, and got to work. They did an amazing job with nothing-less than an unexpected disaster zone. With Sonja's help, the much-bigger job didn't even cost me much more that I originally anticipated. I have bought and sold 7 homes during my 30 years in the Marine Corps. AWS was the BEST roofing Company I have ever used!

We here at Colony Beach Club can't say enough good about this company. I am the office manager of CBC. AWS had 8 buildings to complete, they started 10/23/19 and finished 11/20/19. They were fast, friendly, and worked immaculately. I would recommend them to anyone.

The crews let you know that they wanted to leave me with a good impression. Great crews left property without a single piece of scrap. The cheapest bid. And they had to be the best. Most caring crews.

These guys are top notch, it's no wonder why This Old House TV show featured them. I hired AWS to shingle my 2600 sq foot New Smyrna Beach home in 2006 and not only did they do a superb job, but they had superior integrity when an unexpected downpour caused some water damage to my ceilings when they had the old shingles removed. They were extremely diligent about watching the weather forecast; they got frequent updates from their headquarters, and yet still, as is common in Florida, a small localized rain storm got us before they could get the roof tarped. Without any hassle, they hired an excellent local paint company to repaint the stained ceilings. The painters were so good, we hired them to paint the rest of our house.

The quality of materials and workmanship from AWS is second to none. A few months after they were done, a small leak developed around some flashing, and they quickly came and repaired it no charge (under warranty). 13 years later our roof still looks good and has been leak-free ever since. Considering the quality of their work, the integrity, and craftsmanship, I will definitely hire them if I ever need roofing again.

I would give them zero stars if possible. Found them on Home Advisor. 3 weeks and still no call or response to my request to have someone come out to look at my roof which is in need of repairs due to the last hurricane. Very unprofessional. I guess they don't need the work.

I have to say I am blown away by the job you did on my roof! The guys did an outstanding job, and I still can’t believe they did it in 3 days. It looks great, and I think my yard is cleaner then when you started!

The VERY BEST roofing company! Call AWS right now like we did and here's what you get: a beautiful roof, beautiful craftsmanship and an entire crew of polite, dedicated hard workers. These guys showed up in a swarm and attacked the job with professional, targeted, well managed precision. They covered the gardens with huge drop cloths, some guys tore the old roof off, a huge truck showed up to deliver the tiles, with a crane people, every man on the roof worked, no one stood around. All the guys wore shirts, never found a cigarette butt on the ground and I looked. When they cleaned up they dragged a huge magnet around the yard to clean up any loose nails. Our new roof is beautiful, the yard was immaculate when they left and when Irma passed through not as much as a squeaky shingle. Make sure to stop by the office to pick your roof shingles out, they know their stuff! THANK YOU AWS!
