My interaction with this business was towards getting a bid on a roof replacement. I have not done the project yet, but my experience with their representative was fantastic. Very smart, informed and professional, yet also easy to talk to and ask questions throughout the bid process.

The team that replaced our roof was friendly and worked very quickly.

However, after my insurance company and I paid HomeGuard more than $20k, the end result was a roof that failed five inspections and a swamp cooler that they had moved which was no longer functional that the company refused to take responsibility for breaking.

Had a good experience. Quick, competent, and professional crew. My only criticism is that it took multiple long visits to coordinate. Three 1hr trips for the estimate, then a supplemental team to evaluate other items not included by insurance.

He and his crew not only put a gorgeous new roof on my home, but installed gutter guards and a skylight as well. I've had 4 roofs put on in my lifetime and the best experience I have had by far has been with HomeGuard Roofing & Restoration. Gary and Matt were a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales (which is a deal breaker for me), friendly, courteous and honest. I was on the roof with Gary, and he pointed out specific areas where they went above a beyond to ensure that the roof wouldn't leak or stop birds from getting into this overhang, etc. No other roofing company has performed this kind of detailed work for me. Gary went out of his way, not only to be here while the work was being done, but he made a trip to Home Depot to get some parts that would enhance the work that was being performed. It was not something we had talked about previously, he just took it upon himself to run it by me and go the extra mile. Also, I have never seen a better cleanup. In fact, my next door neighbor needs a new roof, and I was over there yesterday recommending HomeGuard Roofing. If I ever need another roof, they will be the company I will use. I rarely write reviews, good or bad, but these guys are great.

From the first phone call to the day of our repair, we were pleased with HomeGuard. Michael Rall was very personable and professional when he came out for the inspection. They used technology to show us what we couldn't see for ourselves and sent a comprehensive bid with photos highlighting the problem area. They followed through on everything they said they would do and the job was done on time and on budget. Their professional and no BS approach was appreciated. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The hail storm of 2017 blew through Wheat Ridge and my friend worked here. They are all local guys from Arvada who spent time building the business. I was leery as I had never had to replace my roof from previous storms and had heard numerous stories about roofing companies. From start to finish they were on the job, communicative, took extra time with me to find the right roof, and went above and beyond with helping me deal with my insurance company. After a year of patience working with my insurance, they transformed my house and returned to check it out and check me and my satisfaction with the job. I left their sign out for over a year bc I need to make sure everyone in the area knew who to call.

They were on time, finished a little quicker than expected and it cost a little less than the estimate. They were friendly.

HomeGuard came highly recommended to me by a family friend, as I was looking for someone to inspect my roof. I was purchasing a new home at the time and my home inspector only did a visual inspection from the ground. I called HomeGuard and was told they would be happy to come check things out for me. On the day of the inspection, several nice young men from HomeGuard came out to do the inspection. They were on time, courteous and professional. They got up on my roof, did a thorough inspection and reported back that all looked great! The fact that this did not result in a sale did not change the way I was treated. In fact, they genuinely seemed to care about my situation and even gave my husband some great tips on how to check for damage in the future. The best part is they did not charge me anything for the inspection! They said word of mouth referrals were the best compliment I could give them, so that is why it was important to me to write this review. I would highly recommend HomeGuard Restoration to anyone that needs a new roof, gutters, siding, paint or windows!

Many of us is we got hit with hail. My mothers roof was destroyed. We called HomeGuard roofing &a restoration best call I ever made. They handled everything inspection , estimate , they met with the insurance co worked,out all the details. Even after they started the job and found more damage they called back the insurance co. Fast , clean , efficient best experience. Roof is beautiful they did a fantastic job. Homeguard is a great company. They tore down and replaced our hail damaged roof in late summer of 2017. Alex, was very informative and was always quick to respond to any correspondences. While the crew worked on our roof, they kept the area very neat and would clean up before they left each night. By far, the best roofers we have had in our experiences as homeowners.

I requested an inspection from Homeguard following the installation of a roof on my residential property by another contractor. David Smith with Homeguard prepared a comprehensive report identifying all of the flaws in the previous installation. He also prepared an estimate to replace with a new GAF roof. The new installation by Homeguard was completed in a little more than 1 day and the new roof was installed properly and looked awesome.

David assisted the building inspector I used for my small claim against the previous contractor by working with him on a thorough inspection. He also prepared a separate report that was used during the trial. This was all done as part of his new installation at no additional cost. In other words, he went way beyond my expectations.

David was delightful to work with and his communications with me were always timely. He truly set the highest standard for customer service. Zack took our claim and dealt with the insurance company. They fought it and HomeGuard took it all the way through mediation and final settlement. I would never do a claim any other way again. Initially when we filed they gave us 1500.00 for hail damage. HomeGuard got us a full roof. Once the claim completed they removed and installed the new roof in 2 days. This is a great company, great team of guys in the field. The communication from this company is spot on. From owners to project managers to technicians, I knew where my project was. The paperwork and photos to document this project, they set up in a link so I could see it at anytime.

Thought i would be happy with homeguard when they were recommended to me by my insurance for a sizeable hail damage claim to my home. That was before they took over a year to complete the work. I have had to have them come back twice now for roof leaks that I did not have before they replaced my roof. My fencing will not stay in place because it was cut too short. I am still finding cigerette butts in my yard from the crews and the stain didnt even last through the summer. Next time my husband and I will be fixing our home ourselves!

HomeGuard approached us to do a roof inspection to check for storm damage. I normally do not like to work with people who come to the door, but the HomeGuard rep, Brent, was very pleasant and not at all salesy. His assessment at the time was that we did not have any significant damage. I kept his card and called him just a few weeks later after a big hail storm. We did have damage then. They helped us navigate the insurance process and explained everything along the way. They did not require any payment until after the insurance claim was settled. The roof looks great, and the workmanship and service were exceptional. I would definitely recommend HomeGuard.

We have had a number of roof issues over the last few years. And nothing is more stressful than water coming through your ceiling into your house. When it comes to choosing a repair company, anybody can fix a roof, competence really isn't the issue; character is. The guys at HomeGuard, from the owners to the guys on the roof were amazing! Our quote was accurate, the work was done in a timely manner, they cleaned up after themselves and EVEN worked around our 1 year olds nap schedule as to not wake him up. Truly a great experience. Our experience with Homeguard and Joel Thomas, the project manager, was outstanding. From the initial presentation to working with our insurance company and the final completion of the new roof, all aspects were professional, thorough, and of excellent quality. Homeguard even upgraded the quality of our new shingles so that we could get a substantial discount on our insurance premiums. In addition, they found instances of sub-standard work by a previous roofing company and fixed all of those issues as well. The communication was excellent, both from the home office and the project manager. Highly recommended.

Contacted HG Restoration after having a bad experience with another roofing company and had them come out to give me an estimate on replacing my roof through my insurance, and i must say that hey were very professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented... the roof was replaced in two weeks, due to codes and regs with city of Lakewood, the roof and gutters look amazing and they even took off an old Cupola/ Weathervane and just sheeted it up (plywood and shingled over it) so i didn't have to deal with it anymore. My wife and i could not be happier with the work HG Restorations did, i would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing home improvement work done. Tony, the owner was available to talk to with, any and all questions were dealt with smoothly and his crews did outstanding work.Having the gutters replaced at he same time was great as they look and work fantasticly...
