Avco builders did an excellent job from start to finish on our new build. Maddox worked with us at the beginning to reconfigure our house design, pick out our cabinets/fixtures as well as making sure it all came together. Renee was so kind and provided all the paperwork that needed to be done within their office. Scott was awesome with making sure the house was getting everything it needed and more. We are pleased with our new home and would encourage anyone looking to build to go with AVCO. They are great people and truly care about the work being done. Thank you ALL at AVCO!

We were so happy to find Avco builders. Maddox, the sales manager took us to see several of Avco’s houses that were under construction. we discussed with him, our desire for a modern aesthetic, and we were able to achieve that by making just a few changes on one of their stock designs. The Avco team is very hands-on and detail oriented. all of their subs were great. The cabinet work was Awesome. They completed the project on time as promised. We highly recommend Avco builders.

Oh, What a blessed trip it’s been ! We visited from the midwest to decide if Pahrump would be our next home town. As we searched for land and a possible home, we were blessed to find AVCO builders. On a late Saturday afternoon, we called AVCO to leave a message but were pleasantly surprised when Maddix answered the phone and invited us to the office to discuss possible plans to move and build a home in Pahrump. We are still amazed that on a late Saturday afternoon a builder was willing to meet with us, and on top of this, we talked a very long time! Our stay was nearing its end, and Maddix went above and beyond anyone’s expectations, taking the time to meet with us in person. He kept in close contact with us throughout the sale of our midwest home, and our move to Pahrump. Maddix was with us throughout the entire home building process! Scott, the owner of AVCO builders provides unparalleled quality, support and service to the home owner. From finding land, which is important due to soil conditions, to ensuring sub-contractors are onsite working; simply put, it’s a well machined process. Maddix and Scott answered every question without hesitation. Both Maddix and Scott are sticklers regarding attention to detail. We never experienced an issue with workmanship, and when inspections were conducted, our home passed with flying colors! We were very impressed with the building process and we were a part of each phase, as our house became a home. AVCO made us feel welcomed throughout the entire process, they made us feel like we were a part of the AVCO family, and… we still feel that way. All the sub contractors are friendly and professional! We appreciate the dedication and attention to detail! It is a beautiful well built home! AVCO.. you went above and beyond, and on top of all of this, you managed to build our home in 4 and a half months. The workmanship is impeccable, and it shows. Thank you for treating us like family, and for caring. We are truly grateful and blessed beyond words!

My husband and I decided to leave the craziness of Las Vegas and move to Pahrump. We bought some land and my son -in -law found Avco Builders and owner Scott West and we are very fortunate he did. We went with the Silver Sandhill and Scott worked with us on a couple of changes we wanted to make. His prices are very reasonable and he includes a lot of what other builders charge extra for. We called quite a bit with questions and both Scott or his assistant Maddix would respond quickly and were very courteous. What impressed us the most was Scott’s attention to detail and the quality of his work. Avco Builders definitely exceeded our expectations.

Our experience with Avco Builders was Fantastic!
After we interviewed several contractors for our new home build, we met with Scott. He is knowledgeable and honest, answered all our questions, and set us at ease about the entire building process. Avco Builders came highly recommended from people who have an Avco home, so the decision to go with Avco Builders was an easy one. Getting the funding approval took the longest part of our build. Once we had the funding, the project started a week later and thanks to the professional and well-organized crews, our house was finished on time and without going over budget. Avco took care of everything! The attention to detail was impressive. The quality of work is superb, the design is beautiful, and the functionality is great. We were always kept in the loop as to what was going on, so we didn’t have to call and ask. We had a Quiet Cool system installed, and that has noticeably reduced our cooling costs. Everyone we met, from the office staff to the field staff and subcontractors was very nice and professional.
We ABSOLUTELY love our beautiful new house and strongly recommend Avco Builders to everyone! If you are looking for a new home builder, give them a call.

To start my wife and I looked at pre-owned homes, literally for months and then we were introduced to AVCO Builders, who claimed they could build us a home for the same or cheaper price. WHAAT! No way? Right. Well, they DID!! AND it is GREAT, I mean we absolutely Love our Home! AVCO Builders get an Absolute 5+ Star Rating from us. My wife and I contracted with AVCO to build our dream home in Pahrump, Nevada. We were immediately convinced that the owner Scott was experienced, patient, and customer service driven, and we were 100% correct. Our home, workshop, and kennel far exceeded our expectations, and look awesome. Scott took our 1 acre parcel and laid out the house, workshop, and sheds perfectly.

It is very easy to pick out the AVCO homes in our neighborhood because of the quality, craftsmanship, and design of the homes. Then you add the first class customer service provided by the AVCO team that always kept us informed and involved with all the steps of our build. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with our home.

This fan is fantastic! Even in 110 degree weather, the fan brought the house down under 100... huge difference on our electric bill and wear and tear on the hvac. Maddix was thorough and professional and set everything up for us. Great job!

We had a whole house fan in our old home. When we moved to Pahrump I decided to look in to getting one installed. I was so impressed with the QuietCool fan. They are a lot quieter then the one we had they are also more efficient.
I definitely recommend installing both house and attic they work great with each other

Hiring these wonderful professionals to build my custom home was the best thing I could have done -- the entire process has been a joy, from taking my rough little plan to them, having Scott and Vickey make the house into a reality, to the finished product, which is everything I wanted and more. Without Vickey's help, I would have been lost. Her design suggestions, and ability to procure the fixtures that make the house special, on top of running the busy office, were invaluable. Scott has been kind, professional, and patient throughout, and Steve's ability to oversee his crew and keep things moving brought the whole project together, on time and on budget, was a comfort. I can't recommend these fine people, or this company, enough. You can't go wrong with AVCO.
