Samuel and his team were professional throughout the entire project that cost me over $40k. Samuel ensured that I was informed so I can make sound decisions on budget and material cost. Authentic roofing goal is to make the customer satisfied and they will go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with the work to be completed. He was in constant communication with me throughout. Samuel and his team will not leave you with bad taste of you being had. Fantastic group of professionals!

Just a great experience working with Sam at Authentic Roofing. The reason I went with AR is the customer service and the price. When I needed to replace my roof MOST places wouldn't quote me a price on paper. Sam sent me a detailed breakdown with drone shots of my roof. Very professional. I had a delay in getting my roof replaced so I reached out to Sam and asked if the quote was still good. It had been a few months. He said he'd honor it and I scheduled them that day. I'm unable to drive so I thought I would be stuck at home with roof repair going on all day. Nope. His crew was here setting up early and replaced my roof in half the time I expected. Yard was cleared of debris. His crew was very professional and quick. You can't ask for a better service.

During the installation process, Sam stopped by often & oversaw that everything get done correctly. We even got our new gutters professionally installed & my wife was very happy about it. He was very professional and respectful of our time and particular needs for the job. Our completed roof is first rate. They replaced our gutters, screens and repaired our fence after a recent hail storm as well.
