I decided to give this company a try based upon the reviews. I reached out to Lisa and Mr. Charlie on or around 11-18-2021. Mr. Charlie did show up as scheduled along with his dog on 11-23-2021. He completed an assessment from the damages of Hurricane IDA. Days/Weeks went by and no communication. I did send several emails asking for an update. The final decision from Mr. Charlie was I was not going to receive the information. Mr. Charlie said the person he hired to calculate the numbers for the report was an alcoholic. I trusted this man because he said he worked for State Farm and knew how this insurance company handles business. I also wanted to believe he would fulfill his commitment since State Farm was waiting for this report in order to start repairing/replacing my father's home. SHAME ON MR. CHARLIE! I would never ever recommend this company.

I can not say enough about the work they did on replacing my roof appoximately 2 months prior to Hurricane Ida. From start to finish Chris and Paul were professional, and exceptionally qualified in the roofing business. They guided me through the insurance process, supervised the entire job several times a day while the roof was being installed and the work crew was great. I had absolutely no roof damage post Hurricane Ida where many houses on my street and neigborhood suffered extensive roof damage. I highly recommend this company without reservation to anyone in need of a new roof. RP

I had major roof damage to my apartment building after Zeta and these guys did a great job with the roof and handling my insurance issues. Chris came out and met with my adjuster and got everything covered, truly a master! Paul came out and oversaw all the work that was done. Both of them texted, sent pictures and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I wasn’t even in town. Chris also went above and beyond and helped me with the insurance part after the repairs were complete. I have already recommended these guys to friends and family. If you need your roof repaired or replaced like I had to do- call Augustino’s, you will not be disappointed.

Chris came out to look at our roof. He explained the entire process and offered to meet our claims adjuster. Without Chris, we would never have been able to maximize our roofing claim. He went above and beyond for us. He was there every step of the way, and followed up on all installation work performed. Would recommend Augustino Brothers to anyone in the New Orleans and surrounding areas!

Worked with Augustino Bros to help take care of some issues with the roof at my house. Stuff that was leftover from another "company" that ended up being very unprofessional. Augustino showed me what was wrong, told me how they would fix it, and actually did it. Very professional and took care of me.
