Senior citizens Beware of this company!!!
ATTYX has A program where Roofing is free provided that you sign up for the Solar program. I was offered to sign a contract the day that I talked to the sales representative, but I insisted to be giving at least 24 hours and not be rushed…I did sign the contract, but it was quite rushed that I wasn’t able to read thoroughly and a few days later I began to realize that they’re fine print wasn’t acceptable by me. The loan company was Dividend and it was going to be a very long Loan and I will be about 100 years old, which is ridiculous. They did not point that out to me. They initially told me that they would lower the interest and there would be a monthly payment of 400 somewhat odd dollars but when I looked at the contract, it looked like the majority of the time they would increase the monthly payment to almost double that amount of course I wouldn’t be able to handle that..

I immediately wrote a letter to the company when I saw that there was deception that they never explained all of these things to me and they knew that I was a senior citizen onset income… The y immediately stated that the penalty for canceling the contract was gonna be $7500 and that made me very very worried. I think any senior citizen would be so threatened. He also told me that I would be sent to collections agency if I don’t pay the $7500 but I never knew what that was going to cover it. They said that it was the preplanning stage and I’m wondering why would they start on a preplanning when I didn’t even have a loan approved yet so I’m just telling all you senior folks out there they are many many local companies that will service you very truthfully, and I would not do any business with this particular company…

Senior citizens take care of one another because there are lots of unscrupulous sales people out there to take your Limited amount of funds that you have…

The roofers & Solar install crew was very impressive. I am so very happy my leaky roof was reinforced and between my garage and home- I needed 40 panels to take care of my needs. My family are farmers and ranchers so crucial to keep chill and freezers at industry standards. Solar on a new roof was the perfect solution and crews were knowledgeable, efficient and pros! I love the results. Mahalo

ATTYX has been great to work with they are trustworthy and dependable. Everyone from customer service the sales rep and the installers and the solar equipment representatives have done what they said they would do and then some. I had my roof replaced and my 20 panel solar system with battery backup installed with no out of pocket expense. What a great company that I took a chance on from an advertisement on Facebook.

Attyx has veen a wonderful company to work with. Specifically Adam. This is my third time trying to get solar and finally was able to get it with them. The coolest thing was getting my entire roof replaced first! My entire roof is being replaced and solar with battery is installed after! Thank you Adam and Attyx!

Sorry for the long review. It was a major mess to have them do the roof and solar! The company has a major weakness with communication! Two days before they were to start, they realized they did not have our shingles in stock so they had to scramble to find them. They were doing two roofs on the property. They only had enough shingles in the first order to do an outbuildings roof so did not have enough shingles for the o’hana. Started on the second roof and got more shingles in. Disconnected the solar hot water. Did not have all supplies and had to wait for a third delivery of drip edges. Finished roof. Installed solar less one panel. All panels were put on smaller roof to avoid running wires in a ditch. Was asked ‘didn’t you see the plan?’ And I said no! Took almost a month until they got someone who knew how to reinstall our solar hot water heater. They still have not cleaned up rubbish ( dumpsters were taken before the job was finished). It was supposed to be a 3-5 day project. Lasted 3 weeks. I have called customer service 3 times and left messages, no call back! I have sent texts and got ‘please be patient’. Patience runs out.

solid company. actually upheld their promised warranty even 3 years later. nice to see a company that actually cares about the customer. pretty rare these days with solar/roofing

There was a little miscommunication and got fixed. Everything is finally finished from new roof to solar and battery. So far we’re happy just waiting for the electric bill next. All the guys that came to install from roof to solar/battery, thank you so much for a job well done! You’re all awesome! To ATTYX/SUNCO, thank you for everything.

This company provides a 5 star roofing service. No one else would work on my home. Attyx took care of it! Super pleased
