The "science" and tech behind cleaning solar panels, roof material and nasty algae on my roof was a learned experience. Matt and his crew were very friendly and professional when they came to clean our roof and skylights. After they left, I noticed a streak on one of the skylights and notified Matt. He quickly responded, returned the next day and was very meticulous in making sure everything was sparkling clean. They stood by their work and did a great job. I will hire them again

We knew we needed our roof and PV system cleaned, but were unsure about who to contact. The last company we hired used a heavy rotor pressure washer. They damaged part of our gutter getting the rotor onto our roof and one of our PV panels didn’t work after the cleaners left. None of our friends had cleaned their roofs recently, so we got no leads through them. My wife was browsing the construction supplement in the Sunday newspaper and came across the company, Pacific Spray Wash. We were intrigued by their soft wash process so we contacted them. Matt, the owner, quickly returned my call and set up an appointment. He’s a very personable and knowledgeable guy and took us through the benefits of their soft wash process and how the cleaning process would take place step by step. We signed their proposal and scheduled the cleaning. Two of his crew members, Patrick and Joey showed up on the day of cleaning. They were friendly and professional and answered all of our questions about the job. After completing the cleaning they did a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves. I recently had the pleasure of contracting with Pacific Spray Wash to soft clean my rooftop PV panels. The entire process was transparent and easy. I reached out to Matt Comstock in order to obtain an estimate for the job. His response was timely, courteous, thorough and professional. We communicated several times prior to setting up a date for the job to be initiated. His quote was very reasonable. He entertained and satisfactorily addressed every question and issue I raised, and we were set to go. One of his crew, Mitchel, arrived promptly and immediately started working following an introduction and explanation of the process. He was polite, considerate, efficient, thorough and very professional. He left our residence without a trace of evidence that he was ever here (except for a small amount of water on the ground around the roof with the panels, which would be expected). Matt provided me with a summary of what Mitchel found, re the condition of the panels, as well as both 'before' and 'after' photos. The entire process went so smoothly and, to boot, the kilowatt production of my panels increased dramatically. I would strongly endorse the services of Pacific Spray Wash without reservation.

Pacific Spray Wash did an excellent job on cleaning my deeply darkened roof blackened by decades of mildew and algae growth in rainy Moanalua Valley. The crew arrived on time and immediately set up equipment to protect foliage and garden plants. They worked efficiently and professionally to systematically turn the gray black roof to a bright white finish. They thoroughly cleaned even under each of 20 PV and solar panels so the entire roof was a consistent bright white from edge to edge. Our home needed cleaning on the outside, the walls, eves and patio ceiling had dirt and mold. I call Pacific Spray Wash company that had ads in the Hawaii Renovation newspaper section. Matt the owner came to our home to see what needed to be done. After patiently explaining how their process of house washing is done, I knew I call the right company. On the day scheduled for our house to be washed Matt and his crew of Mike and Patrick who were very polite and friendly knew what to do. They sealed and taped the electrical outlets, outside lights and doors where water may enter. They did an excellent job of eliminating the dirt and mold on the outside of the house, garage and sidewalks. We were very pleased with the work done. If we had to do the cleaning by ourselves it would have taken 3 or more day. They did it in about 6 hours. We recommend this company to all who need their services.

My 12 year old Alcoa aluminum shake roof and eaves were coated with a very tough brown mold that took me many hours to power wash just a small section, and even that did not get the mold out of the many small crevices of the aluminum shingles. The soft wash Matt applied worked like magic. The mold that seemed to be fused onto my shingles melted off like magic and now my roof and eaves looks like new again! Matt was very thorough in researching my rather uncommon Alcoa shake roof product, even contacting the manufacturer and original installing roofer to make sure the soft wash was not going to damage or discolor my shakes in any way. Matt communicates really well so you always know what he is going to do, why, and what it will cost. He took great care to protect plants, split A/C equipment and lights and cameras under the eaves. Great job at a fair price! Will recommend him to all my friends and family!

Matt at Pacific Spray Wash just did the outside of our house in Kahalu'u. Our side of the island is always wet, so the walkways and house get green. My Mom wanted to get the house cleaned so she could repaint. Matt was very responsive and got us a quote in a timely manner.
