My gutters have never been this easy to maintain, the gutter guards these guys install are Shaka bruddah I haven’t had this good of luck with the birds not nesting in my gutters. Great work guys ~ MAHALO

I had a minor d’ajustement after Owen initially installed the screen on my gutter. Had to call the company to have the problem corrected! They sent someone right away! I cannot remember this gentleman’s name! He did a good job! I must not forget to thank Joemell for his good work, he made all the arrangement for rescheduling a repair appointment. Very friendly and very understanding!

A great experience with Windward Windows & Gutters! A section of gutter had pulled away from the roof and it was re-attached in a jiffy. And, all the plant growth was removed - including two rubber trees! Fast, efficient work. A great company to do business with -happy to support a local company!

The only thing I would hope gets improved is the installation scheduling. I am not sure if this is how it goes on every project but it must have taken a month to complete the job from the 1st day to the last. I just don't understand how you can jump around to different houses instead of finishing our house within a couple days. I think it's weird that you started on our house then the following day work on another house and not come back to work on ours again a few days to a week later and then not finish and then have to come back a few days later again.

I would think it would be better to finish a project on one house before moving to the next and not have to come back to mine 4 or 5 different times.

The staff at Windward Windows and gutters readily accommodated my last minute request to clean our windows and screens. The technician arrived on time and completed the job efficiently and expertly. I had a partial gutter install done. Response to my online inquiry was within 24 hours. Danny, the owner, came and provided an estimate. He was friendly & professional, very thorough and explained everything well. On the day of the install, Logan & Keagan came, they were pleasant & knew what they were doing. It was a bit of a windy day so additional crew were called to assist. Danny also arrived to assess and help. I was so thankful he did because he had the foresight & ability to suggest & change the design slightly to achieve a more balanced draining efficiency. There was exactly enough leftover material to add a 2nd end spout that he offered to do at no charge. He could have made extra money for this addition, but didn’t. THAT small decision made me a customer for life. I trust this company & the employees to do outstanding work and stand behind what they do. Thank you Windward Windows and Gutters!

Very pleasant group to work with. Had to have 2 work days due to bad weather. Had 2 different groups of workers. Both groups were very respectful and efficient. Mahalo nui loa!!

I started working with Lacey after I showed my husband the ad that came in the mail. We booked an estimate and Lacey called me to work everything out, I senr pictures of the front and back of the house and the front of the garage. Lacey sent out someone to look at the areas that needed work.it actually ended being Danny the owner.my husband got there just as he was finishing up. We worked out a contract that we could agree on and waited to get the work done. There was a small wait but once we were on the schedule they came and got it done. They did come back to put in the covers that they didn’t have for the gutters and fixed one of the run offs to drain in another direction and my husband really appreciated the work done, he felt the tech did an awesome job! 5 stars for Windward Windows and Gutters.

Our house is large with numerous screens and windows. Some of which are very high. Yesterday Brazen cleaned everything to perfection. I’m going to request his services in the future for sure!

We noticed the gutter on the front of our house was separating from the house. With the heavy rain that we had last week the gutter was separating even more. A relative of mine recommended Windward Windows & Gutters. On Thursday 5/1 I called them told them about my problem. Danny called me back and asked if he could come on Friday 5/2 to do an assessment and give me a quote. Danny showed up on Friday and did the assessment and gave me a quote. He said that because of the pending rain, he wanted to do the repairs asap. He squeezed me into his busy schedule and came back on Saturday 5/3. He did the repairs and showed me pictures of what he had done!
We are truly grateful of Danny’s professionalism and hard work!

Two technicians, named Brian and Brajen, arrived in time and completed the project to my full satisfaction. My correspondences with receptionist Joemel were pleasant. They are all sincere people. The invoice was reasonable. After receiving the payment, they acknowledged the receipt.

After a recent rainstorm, I noticed water running down the side of my house instead of through the drain, so I contacted Windward Windows & Gutters. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The technician arrived on time and worked thoroughly, removing about half a garbage bin’s worth of leaves and debris from my gutters.

I would definitely recommend this service for anyone dealing with clogged gutters or drainage issues.

Lacey is an absolute WONDER to work with. She was extremely responsive, got me updates on everything that was going on, and even helped move my appointment around the ending of my lease. She is a grade A, 10/10 worker and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She helped make everything more affordable and convenient for me.

WW&G’s job consisted of: 1) inspecting & cleaning all of gutters, 2) reattaching a section of gutter, 3) installing gutter guards on both lengths of a 2 story level, 4) cleaning 59 windows on our 2 story edition. The work was done in a timely manner. I am satisfied with quality of the materials and the work done. I would use WW&G again. I am considering their annual maintenance program..

When the two guys showed up to clean our gutters and windows, and complete a repair to a broken gutter, I was immediately taken with their friendly attitudes and their utter professionalism. One of them took the lead and walked the entire job with me, explaining everything they would be doing, how they would accomplish their work and basically how long it would take. He promised that they would stay out of our way as best they could and not be a bother to us. I wasn’t really worried about that at all, and then they both took the time to meet our dogs and make them feel comfortable with their presence. They were fast and did an excellent job, reporting into me regularly with the progress. I enjoyed the experience very much and they did an extremely excellent job. They also took the time to walk the job with me when they were done to go over what they had done and ask me if I had any questions or concerns. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

The two man team smoothly completed the task and cleaned up and made sure everything was done. They politely kept me updated on the task before and after. Thank you

We have used Windward for at least 10 years at both a condo and now, a house. The window cleaning is excellent every time, the workers are pleasant and professional. Highly recommend anyone who wants a really good window cleaning plus to give Windward a ring.

Mark Kaufman Roofing recently reroofed our North Port residence. The roof was significantly damaged by 22 years of use and various issues caused by several hurricanes. We are pleased we selected MK Roofing to do our job. Their pricing was reasonable. Their on-site performance was timely and efficient. despite some complications at the site. The installation was adequately staffed by knowledgeable workers. Every problem that arose was resolved. Techs arrived early and did a great job. Gutters are functioning great and water is draining more efficiently. Techs are very courteous and professional.

Job done well. The crew showed up on time and finished cleaning my 32 windows in less than 2 hours inside and out.

They were easy to schedule time for a quote and were on time for the work. I appreciate their efficiency and kindness. You don’t always get that.

They were prompt with their response and I think reasonably priced compared to the other estimates I received.
Dane who was the technician who did the work was very friendly and efficient, always sporting a smile! He appreciated the business and stated so. I decided to sign up for their maintenance plan to lock in the pricing!

Windward Window Cleaners did an outstanding job on taking care of our gutters for a reasonable price. We have an old, almost 100 year old home that needed attention but we couldn’t afford new gutters. They removed tons of our neighbor’s leaves, reattached portions and got everything flowing smoothly again. Great job! Great people! MAHALO NUI LOA!!!

I’m not in the habit of writing reviews but wanted to share our experience with Windward Windows & Gutters. The customer service of this company is amazing! Super responsive to our calls and v-mails. I wanted to add new gutters and clean/repair existing gutters by the end of the year (for tax purposes). I contacted them late (right before Christmas…my bad!) but they worked really hard to fit me into their schedule. Their prices were much less than I anticipated based on the cost my friend paid at Home Depot to do it himself. I would highly recommend this company, they were awesome, and am planning to use them again in the future.

Please update your billing protocol, when customers want to forgo the 3% merchant fee by paying with check or cash. HOWEVER, very amazing that you allow customers to save an extra $10 by allowing them to pay in check or cash. I give 5 stars!

These people are awesome! They came out and did a tour at my job, and they’re all so kind and genuine!

They were very responsive and their price was reasonable. You can tell that they are interested in satisfying their customers from their technicians to their account managers.

Danny reinforced my gutter but also took pictures of roof damage and damage of solar panels. These things had nothing to do with my gutter damage but he took the time to let me know. He went beyond the call and I appreciated that! Job well done!

Let me tell you about good service….!

Danny Speer and everybody that I have had the privilege to work on my home from Gu-Win have been outstanding. I have purchased an older home that I’m going to renovate in the next one to two years and they have been so incredibly mindful and helpful with trying to keep this house in good shape until the renovation can take place. To start with when it would rain, I would have a waterfall on the corners of my house because of the overflowing Gutters. I also had no flashing on one side of my roof for some reason. Additionally, the vents on the corners of my house were all busted up and consisted of giant holes for birds to fly in and out of. Everyone at Gu-Win went the extra mile to make sure that everything was in good shape and were mindful of the costs given how much I was going to have to spend with the renovation in the near future. They fixed the flashing, they sealed up the bird holes and made them look beautiful, and there are no longer waterfalls off of my house when we get a decent amount of rain anymore.

To top it all off, I just had water in my downstairs after a massive rain that occurred. It was evident that water was seeping through the concrete pad in my downstairs area. After speaking with a fantastic foundation contractor to diagnose the problem, I was left needing to re-pipe rainwater from the gutters behind my house out of a drain ditch that was leaking and causing the water in my downstairs.

With a massive storm forecasted, I frantically tried to go to Home Depot to solve the problem myself. I happened to see Danny in the aisle with drain piping and thinking he would be too busy to help me right away he told me he would be at my house in the morning. After giving me a quote in the morning and then stopping by something like 14 different homes to help people today, he and a colleague came at 9PM tonight! To install all of the tubing from all four gutters behind my house in the dark. The work looks exceptional and I am so relieved that I will not have to worry tomorrow because of this big storm.

It’s really hard to find people that care about other people with home related work these days but this company really does care and goes the extra mile to make whatever your problem is right. It was a GREAT Experience working with Danny and his crew from Windward Windows and Gutters. Danny is the owner and does all the estimates for the work and thoroughly explains what he will be doing according to individual situations. Angel and his crew installed the gutters and did an excellent job. Their workmanship is so precise and neat and upon completion they cleaned up everything. The administrative staff also were very quick to return calls and answer any questions I had. They also sent text messages with any updates on arrival times or appointment reminders. Although there are only five stars to rate this business, from beginning to end, I would definitely give them a 10 star rating!!

The scheduling was spotty as I didn’t have a designated time window so I sat around waiting most the day but the technician was very competent and the price was fair.

Gutter inspection and repair (small) job. Accommodating in scheduling the work, performed the work (including caulking some leaky spots and repairing some broken rods) in timely fashion to resolve the issues. Price appeared to be reasonable.
