Atlas Home Repair

I had them come last year around our storm season when i noticed water damage on our ceiling. They came promptly and said they got it fixed. Since it really didnt rain after that I called it good. This year, that exact same spot is getting water damage and looks worst. Ive been trying to reach them for a month now and have gotten no response at all. Very disappointed in their business practice and i hope people take caution with this company.

I work with Atlas on projects fairly frequently.
They are prompt and have good communication habits as well. Couple that with a strong warranty and people who stand behind their work and you get a winning team here in Las Cruces!

I just got my roof worked on by them. They are very nice and respectful they give me a good price the work was done fast. And it looks good. They told me if I have problems later they'll take care of it. Thank you Cecil. He is the president of atlas. Nice man.

I've worked with this company for a number of years. You can request them to come to the home, look at your project, give you a fair bid and complete the work on time. Now here is the best thing they stand behind at work.

Even though I was a very "nervous Nelly" client our home improvement project was a huge success! I want to thank the girls in the office Eileen and Kati for being so patient with me.
We had our roof resealed and air conditioner replaced. When we discovered that our duct work would need to be replaced and that would delay the final sealing of the roof work I was concerned. I didn't need to be, Gabriel and the crew went above and beyond to get our job finished and they did a great job! Thank you Cecil for having such a great company!
10-31-18 UPDATE After several rains our roof needs to be repaired. The coating they put on is peeling and coming off in a couple of spots. Mr. Campbell came out and looked and said he would send someone out the next week. That was over a month ago! Called again yesterday and my husband was told he would need to communicate by email. Sent them an email today and we're still hoping this issue will be resolved.

I received a bid from Atlas Roofing on a roof replacement for a rental property that I own in Las Cruces, N.M. A detailed estimate was completed within 3 business days, and Atlas was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process.

Great work! They were able to give options for the repair needed and took the time to explain the differences. The work they do is warrantied which gave me peace of mind. Pricing was more than fair.

So far stucco repair leaves a bit to be desired.
Since then the Atlas people have returned and have done a pretty good job. They matched the stucco appearance, texture, and coloring. I an now quite happy with the work and am even considering them for some other work.
