For the estimate, Mike listened to my concerns, discussed my goals and helped me with my first renovation. With his expertise & knowledge as well as professional skills, he incorporated my specific details into a total renovation job. ATS was able to complete various skilled trade professions within one company. The price was competitive and every day the renovation job was cleaned and organized for the next day’s work. The job was finished in a timely manner, and Mike even followed up after the job to make sure I had no outstanding items. I don’t know how I would’ve been able to complete this renovation without Atlantic Total Solutions. They stand behind their professional work with integrity and standards.

Excellent job on my bathroom rehab. They also built stairs out my back door and replaced the handrails on my front porch!

I called Atlantic Total Solutions to fix my roof soffit vents that were out of alignment from heavy winds. Michael responded to my email very fast and I set up an appointment and he and his partner were out to fix my soffit vent. Most other siding companies would not bother to fix a minor issue like I had. Michael and his partner were both professional and no matter what they were there to fix my situation. I will be recommending Atlantic Total Solutions to all my friends and neighbors.

These guys did two big projects for me. They did an excellent job, they are good communicators, and do quality work.

I reached out to Michael to construct a fence on a home I just purchased. I really wanted a space for my dogs to be able to run free and enjoy the outdoors. Michael and his team listened to what I needed and installed the fence in a day. They showed up when they said they were going to and cleaned up behind themselves. The fence looks outstanding and my wife and I could not be happier with the quality of work. I highly recommend this company to anyone for their home needs. I will be using them again!

Excellent response and recommendations didn't let me down. Michael, Todd, John, and David very professional and totally followed through with their efforts to repair T-11 water damage with horizontal Hardieboard and trim including a new chimney surround. They provided me with quality repairs and I'm delighted with final appearance of my home.

Atlantic Total Solutions is awesome! Michael was extremely responsive and helped us complete a structural repair from water damage in order to close our house sale. They did an excellent job, explained the whole process, and completed a complex construction project ahead of schedule. I’m looking forward to working with Atlantic Total Solutions again!

Dealt with Michael to have multiple items fixed along with a gorgeous new deck built with concrete pad and sidewalk. (see Pic) Just finished everything up yesterday. Quick rundown of what they did - repaired ceiling in master bedroom where we had a hole in our roof, replaced a bathroom door and trim, replaced wood at bottom of the side door that was rotted, pressure washed our trailer and of course the concrete pad and sidewalk with the HUGE 12'x14' deck.

Guys did an absolutely wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone. I wanted to get the bedroom fixed first so we could get all our stuff back in as it was driving us nuts since we had pulled it out per another contractor that ditched us. And Michael got right on it had a guy out here within a week. Awesome!! (have to be patient not always available and some of these guys are booked months in advance to do work).

Anyways, I cannot recommend Atlantic Total Solutions and Michael enough. He kept me informed and touched base with me, if he saw anything that needed to be addressed he took care of it immediately. Thanks Michael and everyone you had working on our issues. You are greatly appreciated and will be the first person I call when I need additional work done!!

I hired Micheal and his team to demo a fireplace and level a floor in my grandfather's house. He and his team were professional, knowledgeable and prompt. His estimate of cost for materials and labor was right on budget. I will most definitely be using Micheal and his team for future projects. 10/10 for all around experience.

I hired Atlantic Total Solutions to remodel my guest bathroom.
They removed, tile and vanity. Did all prep work.
Painted, lay floating floor, installed new tile, installed vanity.
They show up early and work hard all day. They are a family owned business.
They are super polite.
I had one issue with a leak and emailed them. They came out the same day and fixed it.
We are very happy with their work and will be using then to remodel my master bath.
Oh and by the way, they are licensed.
Their prices weren't the cheapest, but are well worth the money for the investment in my home.

Excellent company! Out of the three contractors I called, they were the only one to call me back. I had a very small job of replacing a few sheets of siding and they treated it with the same priority I'd expect for a large job. Their pricing was fair and they would be my first call for any future siding repair/replacement.

Very professional, on-time, and fair! Jeff came out for the initial quote and offered his expertise which saved on unnecessary work and finances on our home. I went through Ms. Tina from there who kept in close contact via email and phone up until the workmen arrived. The two men that came to the house were super respectful and very tidy to their work area, knowledgeable and willing to take time to explain what they were doing... After the job was completed Mr. Michael followed up! I couldn’t ask for a better company that can complete ALL housing upkeep and repairs under one company. They got guys for everything! ATS helped redo both of my showers in my house. Unfortunately my husband and I found rotted beams under the tile in both rooms due to window leaks prior to us moving into the house. ATS did a great job in replacing everything and finishing our showers completely up to the tile. I love the work they have done and would highly recommend them to anyone. They were always on time, very professional and friendly.

Replaced t-111 siding on two story home. Crew arrived on time and completed the work on time. Painted and caulked professionally. Looks brand new, and the price was more than reasonable. Thank you!!

They gave me the best price and the honest works. The explanations are very clear, on time and using the right materials (good materials) -- they know what they are doing. They did not try to persuade me (sell me) some fancy things, just find the good/right ways to solve the problems. They fix my leaking roof, seal the crackings (a lot, a lot) on exterior walls and repaint the exterior of my house. The workers are honest, hard working and clean it all after the job done. They really help me solve the problems. :) Next time if I have any problem, I will call them first.
