I recently had a great experience with this company last week. I had a roof leak on the back of my house, when I called them they came out in a timely manner to inspect the issue. During the visit they discovered they were able to go ahead and make the repairs. James and his coworker completed the job so quickly and the work was impeccable, I watched them complete the entire job and they did an amazing job making sure it won’t ever leak there again. They also matched the shingles perfectly and cleaned up everything when they left. I was very impressed with the work but the topper was the fact that they were both very kind, respectful and willing to explain the process. He even used my phone to take photos so I could see the damage for myself. I will definitely use this company for any future work. 100%

Technicians were prompt, courteous and professional. Workmanship was top notch. Only downside was that the application of spray coating was delayed due to equipment failure. Once corrected, technician finished the job. Results were excellent!

We contacted Atlantic Craftsman LLC to come out and look at our roof as we had a small beam of sunshine coming into our attic. The entire experience was great from beginning to end. The office staff were inviting and answered all my questions, the gentleman who came out and conducted the quote, Mark, was a gem; and the team the came out to fix our pipe collar were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I will be using this company for all my roofing needs and highly recommend everyone does as well!

I’ve had my roof for about 2 years and have had no issues. I highly recommend! I live in a HOA community and the representative I worked with provided me with samples to ensure I was in compliance with guidelines. The quote was very affordable. The crew was also quick and picked up after themselves. If I have any issues in the future, I will be reaching out to them again.

The office staff are top notch. Kaylin answered all of my questions before I even set up my appointment. She was great to talk with over the phone. Nick came out and gave me a full run down and educated me on all aspects I wanted to know about my roof. Not super pushy sales which I loved. He gave me a great price and even better presentation. The guys did a fantastic job, very thorough, and done in one day. Nick stopped by twice to make sure the job was running smoothly which I appreciated. It’s nice to see on site staff supervision. Nick and Kaylin Koenig are my GO TO PEOPLE!!!! I have been in the real estate business for 4 years and I have never gone to anyone else for advice/repairs regarding a roof installation. Nick has come to the rescue during multiple transactions where the roof was the biggest concern. They make time for their people no matter what! Their crew installed our roof in oThey didn't stop. We had more damage than expected from an improperly installled initial roof. AC removed the damaged sheeting and repaired the spot. They upgraded the flashing to prevent future leaks from a bad roof design. Total professionals. Highly recommended.

Nick and his company were absolutely amazing. He was the 3rd company I called to ask for a quote and the first to come and look. The other companies took weeks to even call to book some time.
He answered any question we had and more. We were taken back by their professionalism. To my surprise, his packet even had recommendations for customers on how to protect themselves when dealing with companies for roofing.

I had a great experience with Atlantic Craftsman. I call scheduled an appointment a representative came out inspected my roof gave me an assessment of the damage and the status of my entire roof surface. Then he gave me an estimate of the damage area which was found upon his inspection. We agreed upon the cost we scheduled the repair date. The roof was repaired i have had any problems in the areas of the repair since.
I would recommend their services to anyone who wants dependable, honest professionals to perform work at your home that will not over charge for what you need.

Mike was extremely kind, helpful, and diligent. Took pictures of the issues and showed me exactly what was going on. He was also completely honest about the condition of my roof and helped me get a better understanding of what I needed to do and look out for. Very appreciative of him and the time he took to evaluate my home!

The team was fantastic! Our roof looks beautiful. After installation they did an amazing job cleaning up and you couldn’t even tell they were there.

My FIL works in construction and he has told me for a few years that Atlantic Craftsman is the best residential roofer in the area. Based on that, I hired them to do a patio roof on a house I sold. The one we bought had an older roof, but based off our amazing experience the first time, we felt comfortable buying it because we knew who’d we have replace it. I called for an estimate on a Friday and received my quote the next week. After a couple weeks, I followed up to see if I could get scheduled. The receptionist told me that it might be a couple weeks. I was a little annoyed because I had already waited the two weeks they originally quoted me, so I called Pyramid for an estimate. I texted Joe from Atlantic just to make sure the additional two weeks was accurate. He told me he’d look into it and within an hour, his project manager Nick called me. He said my file was lost but that he could start on Monday (this was Friday). On Monday they absolutely crushed it. My roof was done by the time I got home from work and they did a great job cleaning up. My invoice came in timely and fair. I highly recommend this company for any service they offer. We will be calling them the next time we have a need.

They arrived 0730, a team of 6 went right to work. Stripped off the old shingles, fixed a couple bad spots. Had lunch on site. Finished up around 3:30- 4pm. Cleaned up everything. Picjed up all debris and swept the driveway and perimeter several times to make sure they got all the nails. All done at 5:30.

I would highly recommend Atlantic Craftsman LLC. They are professional, timely, used there in house workers (so no contractors), and the cost is phenomenal!!! That’s a lot coming from me because I never leave reviews and the way they handled my situation has given me piece of mind and reduced my anxiety. I can sing this companies praises all day so call them if you need a new roof ☺️☺️☺️

I have used Atlantic craftsman in the past and had great success with them. so far I have not had any problems with this roof repair and it looks great. I can't do a 5 star because communication with this contractor is extremely poor. I did absolutely all the contacting in this transaction with the exception of Mike who called me to set up a quote. I understand that contractors are busy, but a small amount of communication goes a long way. I waited for about a week after signing the contract and was never called. After that week was up, I was continuously calling Mike and the office to get an idea of when I would be put on the schedule. It took approx 3 weeks to get this scheduled for a repair. The only reason I stuck with you is because of my past experience and your price was very competibe. Please work on communication.

I was given quotes in excess of 15k for a new roof from other local companies. Mike from Atlantic Craftsman came out and did a thorough inspection and reported that I didn't need a new roof because I had 40-year shingles and there was 19 to 20 years of life left in them. Subsequently, a few small repairs were quickly scheduled ( small nail pops and roof vents) and completed the next week. They also provided a detailed letter of repairs made and the life expectancy of the roof so that my home owners insurance would be satisfied. I highly recommend Atlantic Craftsman based on my experience with them.

Considering the weather, they did a great job replacing my flat roof on my sunroom and the price was reasonable. The cleanup was done right and you would not know that the roof was replaced.

I hired Atlantic Craftsman for a hole in my roof. They came up to look at the issue, they found two other holes and brought it to my attention. They did an amazing job. I fully recommend them!!!

Atlantic Craftsman has been the most difficult company to deal with. I hired them to replace the siding on my house. The first thing I noticed was the house wrap they used was not the same as agreed in the contract. They also didn’t order enough siding which took over a month to arrive. I also noticed large holes in the walls behind the siding which look to me like they were trying to cover up. I was able to get them to fix all the mistakes but it was a very unprofessional experience.

The company was very responsive when I had a warranty request. It was fixed and the workmen were very nice and considerate.

Atlantic Craftsman came to my property following a lightning strike. The owner was so thorough and kind. Mike, who created the estimate was also so very thorough knowing we were dealing with a tough insurance adjustor. After finding the issue on our roof, the owner of Atlantic Craftsman sent a crew to our home the very next day to tarp the roof. We haven't begun repairs yet, but just from their service alone - we will be hiring them to complete the full job. Thanks guys!

Updated review February 2025: In a few months the roof will be 4 years old. The roof seems to have held up well. Have not needed to call Atlantic Craftsman to fix any thing so far. Previous review July 2021: The new roof work appears to have been done well as no problems have been discovered after almost two years. It was somewhat difficult to communicate with the workers and onsite leader due to language differences. I would have given 5 stars if the workers hadn't broken many of our flowering plants in the front yard near the house with debris thrown off or dropped on the plants. A cloth cover was placed over the plants but did not hold up to the heavy debris that fell on them. My wife was very unhappy to discover the damaged plants for the cost of a new roof. I recommend Atlantic Craftsman LLC based on the roof work and the products used with the caveat to make sure the workers use better means to protect the plants near the house foundation.
