We had a great experience with Joe and his team. We had some specific flashing concerns which he addressed in detail. Project clean up was spot on. We also liked the approach Joe took in scoping out the job. There were things we asked for he felt we did not need. Saved us a bit of $$. We would definitely recommend them

For a home repair that isn't conventionally fun or enjoyable, Joe made the process a breeze and is everything you want out of a professional -- responsive and communicative, straightforward and competitively priced. He and his crew were so efficient with the demo and install and had an impressive set-up that took care of all of the debris and protected our landscaping and property. I would certainly use Joe again for any and all roofing needs and highly recommend working with him!

I had water flowing down between the roof and the gutter during heavy rains. I was concerned that something wasn't installed properly and called Joe. Within two days he had someone come to my house and inspect. Turns out it was a clogged gutter causing the water to back up.
I've had several instances over the years where a warranty wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. Not in this case. Even though there wasn't an issue with the roof, Joe backed up his work and took care of a problem that he didn't cause.

Joe was quick to respond to my inquiry and went out of his way to inspect our roof. From there, he had a crew assigned to the job within 48 hours. His crew was professional and did great work. Highly recommend ARS to anyone.

Joe from Atlanta Roof Solutions contacted me within minutes after I submitted the quote request form online regarding my roof leaks due to recent heavy storms. Crystal came out the next day to survey the situation and provided pictures of the problem areas and explained the suggested solutions. I even got the quote on the same day. Once I had accepted the proposal, Crystal kept me abreast of the works in progress, even put tarps on the roof to prevent further leaking until the repairs are completed. I highly recommend Atlanta Roof Solutions, they are prompt, responsive and did a great job to repair the leaks and replace skylight.
